YALL OHYSICALLY DROP BAGS UPON BAGS AND RUN OVER THE TRASH AND PLACE THE DUMPSTERS BACK ON TOP OF TRASH!!!! disgusting…..🤢 at the “Horror Hall” i watch yall take trash, you do it for my apartment to!!

This company should not have been contracted by the city in Nanticoke.. It’s not worth the money we pay for $400 a year.. They throw the garbage cans in the street crack my cans and half the time don’t even pick up my garbage or recycling.. I called City Hall and they called the garbage company to come pick up my stuff and they don’t do it. I’ve called them directly many times during the week and they don’t come pick up my garbage or my recycling. They just don’t care. I’m going to City Hall to voice my concerns about this company with other people and when the time comes up to reestablish their contract, we are going to be there to vote no… I am disabled and cannot pick up if the garbage or recycling blows in the street and they don’t care and they were told I was disabled that I have to have people put it out for me cause I cannot walk. It’s something done about this company….. When I call them, they assure me they’re coming to get it. They never show up.

1. Has skipped my house multiple weeks in a row despite ALWAYS being paid in full and on time. 2. Leaves my cans/bins over the yellow line in the street/in traffic. 3. Leaves trash/recycling scattered in front of my house. 4. Raised their prices for THIS kind of service???

Breaks the trash cans right in front of you. Company never replaces. They leave the cans in the middle of the road. Throwing them half the time. Only good thing is the bulk pickup. One guy on the truck threw my can watched him and he fought with me saying he didn't

I was just walking past a place on Popular Street In Hazleton And one of your truck drivers was yelling at a guy About being parked in front of a dumpster No need to be yelling Just saying ohh and the man moved his vehicle while the truck driver was yelling and he took off and didn't take he dumpster that's uncalled for the person that dumpster belongs to wasn't parked there how is that fair very unprofessional and ignorant who ever that criminal is driving you're truck!!!!! He's gunna run into the wrong one if he was yelling at me like that I would've yanked him out of that truck I promise you that you probably won't do shit about it tho looking at you're reviews

This company is extremely disrespectful and love to make fun of people. I was just sitting on a bench when they passed by and starting yelling the most wrongful things at me. It was a black male driver with a bright green shirt and a hat. Something needs to be done about these people.

UPDATE; TO THE OWNER OR MANAGER.. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!! ALMOST EVERYONE IS A ONE STAR!! AND ALMOST EVERYONE COMPLAINS AND THE THE SAME 3 ISSUES!! AND ITS NOT ONLY RECENTLY ITS BEEN YEARS!! WHY IS THERE NO EFFORT TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES???!!!????know the reviews fall on deaf ears but I have to post because I’m so sick of getting my foot in my mouth when I change my review.This time I’m not changing it. If you read down that was my last review. That crew was amazing. For years they would just throw the cans back to the curb and I replaced at least five garbage cans because of it well a few weeks ago one of the garbage cruise came on and there was a situation and that crew handled the situation. Amazing. I couldn’t believe they were going above and beyond, but as usual within a few weeks, I regret making a good review I walked out this morning and almost every garbage can on my street was just throwing back towards the curb not on the curb towards the curb. My foot was put back in my mouth. I know it’s a long job, but I’m sick and tired of the cruise not caring about the peoples property and that’s exactly what it is. Garbage cans are our property and it only takes another three seconds to put the back on the curb upright not throwing on the side not throwing 5 feet from the curb. An extra few seconds it just shows they are lazy and don’t care about peoples property , like I said, this is always gonna fall on years because they don’t really care but again I’m done changing my review status because no matter what I’m always gonna feel like an idiot when I change it to a good one . I know JP Mascaro gets a ton of bad reviews so I figure ide change it up. Today a garbage crew working my street. Nicholson street in Wilkes barre township was doing their job and when they were using the lift to empty a large can it slipped and garbage went everywhere. And a lot of it. Well the guys started picking it up by hand, I heard the one guy say to get absolutely EVERYTHING , we can’t leave these peoples street messy at all, he seen me getting my can and came up very embarrassed and said, Sir, I’m so very sorry to have to ask but do you possibly have a shovel we could use? There’s a huge spill and we don’t want to leave anything on your street. I went back and got two large shovels for them and when I handed them to him he dug into his pocket and tried to offer me $5. I said absolutely not! But again, JP gets a lot of bad reviews but this time, these guys went Far above and beyond.The gentleman was very polite and took his job seriously. Well both guys did I don’t want to leave out the other gentleman. They both did a outstanding job. I hope if the bosses or owners see this they at least give them a “good job” because with all the bad reviews it’s guys like this that will get jp more good reviews. The route was Nicholson street on may 1st 2024. Good job guys!

Live at 911 Decker St Archbald, Pa. The men didn't bother to take all the garbage that was in my trash can. Left a bag. Why? My trash is bagged and tied.

I love how our garbage rate is literally DOUBLING, yet everytime our refuse goes, I watch the workers toss our cans like they despise their jobs or dont even bother to check if they got everything out of the cans. I've also come home to stuff that fell out of our cans, and of course they didn't pick any of it up.. So PLEASE... tell me why I'm paying you DOUBLE to disrespect my property? I'd love to know. Better yet, I'd love to pay the old rate....

This company is constantly missing pick-ups. I filed a BBB report at which time (2 or so weeks ago) the route supervisor stopped by our home. They only had 2 reports on records of missed pick-ups when in fact I have probably called numerous times in the past year re: issues. The supervisor gave me his business card. I have now left 2 voice mails for Michael Iacavazzi with no response. So once again, I called the office today to report the missed pick-up. Usually they make a note and still no one comes until the next round of scheduled pick-ups. They also act very inconvenienced and irritated with me when I call, as if the missed pick-up was my problem. It's been a very frustrating process.

Terrible company!!! They don't want to pick up what the towns are paying for them in their contract. Such as my town allows 6 bags of garbage and 2 bulk items(furniture, non freon appliances and such) a week. They never, EVER pick up the bulk items. We pay a ridiculous amount for garbage pickup for them to leave the stuff at the curb. Nevermind the mess they make!! I'm hoping the town will switch companies when the contract is up. The company should be ashamed of itself.

The guy who drives the route on my street has no respect for human life or decency. He drives back down a narrow one lane road in the rain at about 50 mph down a hill. There are children who life here. There are elderly and There are a lot of dogs. He has no respect for any of them and he especially has no respect for the poor guys hanging off the back of the truck. I called twice about this now and it seems like he's driving even faster now.

Broke my new garbage cans handle nearly clean off...this isnt some cheap little garbage can either...no care for personal property apparently as they wont accept ANY responsibility

Terrible company. Street workers take what they want when they want. The company changes pick ups with no warning. Customer service is embarrassing. Payment goes up for less service. Do not use these crooks

A truck driver for this company with the license plate number pt-893k3 just ran my car off the road with myself, my husband, and my baby in it. If it weren’t for my husband merging into the shoulder of the road, we would’ve been crushed because of the drivers negligence while speeding.

If you ever get to vote on this place to pick up your garbage vote no .....they always skip weeks, never pick up all your garbage very unprofessional....

It is almost weekly that I have to call to get the garbage truck to actually come and pick up my garbage. Every week my garbage is out, and every week no one comes to pick it up. This week, the truck actually drove by and left the garbage next to my house.

This trash company, multiple times, has indicated we’ve had more than 4 bags of trash although I‘ve contacted them multiple times to inform them there’s multiple apartments in my buildings. The city limit is 4 bags per household. You’d think they have this information on file through the city’s tax payer info. I guess it’s too hard to check before leaving a note on my door...

They dig through my trash and only pick items they want to get leaving trash all over the street. They threw a bin at my car and dented the bumper and refuse to contact me even though I've left multiple messages and emails. Would not recommend this service to anyone. They are truly the worst.

This company is incredibly disrespectful and inconsiderate. In spite of being asked not to they keep coming out to a residential community at 3:30 in the morning banging dumpsters and beeping to wake up the neighborhood. This has to stop. Ive decided to make a complaint with the City because I do believe they are probably violating some kind of city ordinance by coming out so early to a residential with that noise. The people here are really tired of it and it's started to effect some of us in negative ways at work and the kids at school who cant fall back to sleep after they've had their sleep interrupted by this nuisance company.

There's this stuff. You pick it up. Put it in the back of a truck. Drive away. Repeat. Easy right? Countless calls and emails to the town, then the company about missed collections spanning years. The ONLY solution that worked was when the company actually sent two trucks every week down my street. They must have figured two guys would end up doing what one should have. This caveman business approach worked for months! Now we are back down to one truck and missed collections. It's piling up Nanticoke!

I'm noy sure why this company feels superior to everyone else. They are rude and arrogant. My sister broke down right on their street, as a tow truck was coming in, a woker proceeded to tell her to move and get out of the way! I know it's not grabage related but, that attitude towards someone in trouble is right down aweful! Shows alot about thier character! Also, they come for our trash when they feel like it almost. ...ok.

Who ever said this company is great are lying.. our garbage does not get picked up every week like it suppose to, sometimes they don't come for weeks. When they do pick up the garbage its all over the street and the garbage pals are down the block. I made a few calls to complain about the service but the people are very rude and don't care if they loose your business. Switch companies if you can !!!!

I don't know about excellent service ? But my landlord pays the garbage bill where i live and it just seems like every week our garbage is never picked up

Worst company ever. Mark from the nanticoke office is very rude and unprofessional. Didn't pick up our garbage for 3 weeks then refused to refund us money because we decided to switch after months of problems. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Also prices are ridiculously expensive.. I'm switching to another company for 1 yard more and half th price. Do yourself a favor and shop around before choosing them.

***BUYER BEWARE*** -delivered wrong container (2x larger than agreed upon) and refused to exchange it -refused to put locking bars on the lids as agreed on -CONSISTENTLY did not empty container -charged me 30% more than agreed upon & raised rated 6 months in -Rick, the account manager, was extremely rude -charged my card early, charged it late, charged it whenever they felt like it -refused to remove me from auto-pay when I changed banks causing incredible frustration. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS. (If you already do make sure you double check your bank statements)

I am very pleased with the prompt, professional and timely service I receive from this trash hauling company. And if I ever have an issue with my trash hauling and need to speak with someone in the main office, I am spoken to with courtesy and concern being treated as a valued customer of their company. I am very grateful to the driver and the man who helps him pick up our trash on the route. They deliver outstanding service!
