This is my go to place for service and repairs. I don't understand the bad reviews , but they are years old. They are friendly, reasonable and so far spot on with their repairs. They are a family operation and I prefer them to an impersonal national chain.
Let me just say that this is one of the worst auto repair shops in the area. Completely in professional service and handling of their loyal customers. I scheduled a car inspection which they charge 80$ by the way.. I forgot to include my car insurance card but they still went ahead and did the inspection knowing that it wasn't going to pass and still charged me 80$ .. instead they could have done the professional thing which would have waited to do my inspection and had me bring over my proof of insurance. And I've been a loyal customer with d an j for two years now. Family even brings their cars here. Well no longer they not only lost my patronage but my families as well. This place is the worst .. if you need your car inspected or repaired I highly recommend just going down the road a bit on 309 and checking out the Midas over their on Quakertown they charge 42 which is half the price I paid here .. Kevin is very friendly and is very willing to work with his customers.
This place is run by 2 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ladies who frankly are terrible and will greet you like you are bothering them. They don't want your business and they have no problem showing it. Terrible service, they have hidden made up charges that no other notary that I've ever known has. I've purchased near 50 cars in the last 10 years, this place ranks at the absolute TOP #1 WORST. I'll make sure to never get stuck going there again, they are absolutely terrible and mean people run this place. They have the most terrible attitudes I've ever seen running a business. GO ELSEWHERE SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO SEE THEIR MEAN FACES, AND DISCOURTEOUS BEHAVIOR. BEWARE. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
