I'm new to Allentown, and a neighbor recommended this place to me. Unfortunately, I have to say that this is not a good place to take your car for an inspection. I have a vehicle with low mileage and no warning signs, yet they seem to think people are foolish. The inspector told me I needed to drive my car on the highway and back so the computer could check the codes. Then she said I would have to do it again; otherwise, I risk not passing and having to pay again. Fine, I agreed to do it. Afterward, she informed me that I needed to change the brakes, which I accepted. However, you must be very cautious here because they seem to look for something wrong with your vehicle that may not even exist, just to charge you extra. What they don't realize is that we already know who they are and how they operate, so they should be cautious.
came with a bolt in my car tire somehow.. i was in and out of this place in less than thirty minutes and was only $15 for a tire patch. absolutely recommend!!
I want to take the time to thank my front desk cashier Ms. Santana Martine for helping me and my car get back on the road driving. My car had a bad need of a tune up and my coils and spark plugs were almost all bad. They took my car in and took my new parts that I gave them and changed them out and even let me keep my old parts showing unintentionally that the work was done. These amazing workers and staff don’t play and are all out for the customers and business. Glad to see honest and fast mechanics . Will be taking my car there for any needed repairs or tune ups in the future.
I brought my car to them the day after I bought it to get an oil change. I waited 3 hours for it to be done, they put the wrong oil in my car which caused my lifters to go bad, my head gaskets & intake gaskets blew. All my sparks plugs and coil packs had to be replaced which all costed me $5k to fix and they also did mid muffler deletes on my car and left big exhaust leaks then basically told me that’s my problem so I plan on suing. I do NOT recommend at all
I had a good experience with them. I had a transmission change but the first one was not good and they changed it because of the three months warranty. Just drove back and forth but they were nice and ready to get it fixed. I will recommend!
The owner is a good man and is willing to work with you, His staff knows what they are doing. I have been coming here for a few years now. They have the added benefit of being opened on Saturdays, which most mechanics are closed on this day. Overall, they haven't let me down yet.
Called, came in about a hour later with my daughter. My tire had a leak and within not even ten minutes they retrieved my keys. Service was not long at all, they found a nail in my tire and fixed it. The receptionist is very sweet, informational and very nice as well as the mechanics. I’m going back next week to get my fluids checked.
DONT GO HERE !!!!! TERRIBLE !! I changed my gas pump and they charged me $515 dollars and two days later it burned. They changed it and not even 4 days later it burned again. I called and they didn’t even want to solve the problem . NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN !!!!
Called them to ask if they still do car inspections, was told yes. I drove over, had no wait time. I was in and out in half hour. Great professional service.
Young lady at the counter is beautiful that’s one . Great personality and wonderful communication very upfront and forward . The work was done engine was done in two days faster then expected . Car runs great so far and works . Comes with 90 day warranty on engine so we shall see .
Could not be happier. Stopped in at Santana today to see if l could make an appointment to have a master cylinder installed in my car. They took my car in right away and an hour later it was done. The work was done quickly. My brakes were never better. Quality work at a great price!! Wow!
Yo they charge me 550 to put on two belt that I brought an a an out in a pulley took them 3 days very disrespectful lady lied to me about parts prices people very weird an fake honest opinion don’t go their..
They do great work! We had our transmission replaced - the work was done very well & had it back the next day! They are so reasonably priced! I would recommend them to anyone.
DO NOT GO HERE! WORTH ENTIRE READ: They sold me a seized engine, when I went back they told me they'd put another engine in my car free of charge if I had it towed to them. I had asked them to switch over the new parts I put on the seized engine, onto the replacement engine. They called me and told me the timing belt was off by 5 teeth and that's why it wasn't moving (which was definitely not the case). They also told me the water pump was bad and asked for $80 for a new one. When I said I'd pick one up for $50 at Advance Auto, it was a big deal and they didn't want that. They changed the water pump without changing the timing belt which is recommended, so I have to do that on my own time. When I picked up my car, it had a different engine in it after they told me it was the same engine and they fixed it. They also did not switch over the new parts, which were spark plugs, a coil pack, and plug wires. When I asked about them about it they told me the old engine was still in the lot and I could come pull them off. When I went to pull them a spark plug was missing and it was a big deal when I asked for it back. Upon further inspection of the job they did installing my engine, a ground wire is not plugged in and a vacuum port has no hose hooked up to it. It also appears the timing belt is off by a tooth. They also took all the spare parts (to keep for themselves) I had in the back of my car in case they needed them because they're not on my engine. Scummy place, never plan on even driving by that place again.
I go to them for all my car issues and they do the job that same day or if they are too busy let me know when to come back and they get it done. Very reasonable prices. Good work.
I had a few issues with my car, and was debating where I should take me to to be taken care off, a good friend of mine recommended that I give them a try, and it was one of the best decisions that I have made regarding having someone fix my car. Both receptionists were helpful with me by detailing the cost and how long the process will take before I could have my car. I was kept up with calls if I had an issue. Dropped my car off on Friday afternoon, and I was driving by Tuesday morning. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family alike.
Fast service and very friendly staff the lady at the front desk called my husband hunni and sweetheart a good 10 plus times but it was cool lol glad I'm back on the road
