Horrible customer service! Purchased a bad battery and had nothing but a hassle trying to return it. The associate swore the battery was good until we finally came to an agreement to swap for a new one. What do you know, I install the new battery and the truck fires right up. Associate tried to degrade me into thinking I’m ignorant and there is something wrong with my truck. In the end the battery was bad and he was very rude. Horrible customer service, this is what’s wrong with America.
Purchased battery for vehicle. Installed battery and vehicle wouldn't start. Returned battery associate gave me a hard time saying the battery is good. Finally got a other battery installed and vehicle started right up. Bad customer service. Someone should teach them about customer service. Felt cheated and moraly downed on. Won't be going there again. Going to report this to there corporate headquarters.
I've done business there for many years and I must say i liked it alot better when it was market st auto..prices have gone crazy since fisher took over...now advanced auto and autozone are cheaper
They have a large selection of parts in stock. They are always fair priced and always helpful. Also staff is very knowledgeable. Do business with them all the time.

Great place, friendly and knowledgable counter guys, prices better than national chains, most parts in stock, and quick to get something ordered in if out of stock. If they can't get it, they will tell you where to find it.
It was a great experience for me and my dog. That's right. My dog is also welcome in the store. They welcome him with dog biscuits and belly rubs and the service is great, fast deliveries and friendly people behind the counter.
Great place to deal with! Knowledgeable, helpful staff and if the part isn't in stock they can usually get it quickly. Good prices, and you're dealing with a local business.
