Had a problem with my truck a few weeks back and I went to my local repair shop. Long story short, I got it back and the guy working filled the hood of my truck with spaghetti and a bunch of spoiled milk. Definitely won’t be going back.
Absolutely terrible experience. This shop completely screwed me over from start to finish. Communication was awful, timelines meant nothing, and I felt like I was being misled the entire time. What I was told upfront ended up being very different from what actually happened, and the final result did not justify the cost at all.
Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful whenever I tried to get answers. Instead of taking responsibility, they made excuses and acted like my concerns didn’t matter. I left feeling frustrated, taken advantage of, and with zero confidence in the work that was done.
I would strongly recommend going anywhere else before trusting this shop with your truck. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. This was easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.
Within 30 minutes of my truck breaking down and a call to this incredible company the man was here with a tow truck ready to go!!! His prices are insanely reasonable and not to mention an all around good guy! No wonder why he is everyone's go to! We will definitely be using him from here on out!!!

Bill and Carl do an awesome job with any job they get. From inspections/emissions all the way through an engine (basically being rebuilt), care and excellence are put into your vehicle as if it were their own. Not only that, you walk through the door, and you are treated like you are family every time.
Great mechanics for diesel and gas also. The folks there are down to earth and honest people. A great example for Veteran owned businesses like this one! And the coffee is always fresh!
This gentleman does fair work. Knowledgeable. Decent price. My travel out of state being in the area. Helped repair my vehicle and got me back on the road. Reliable work. Will go over and above to be honest and fair. Give him a call for your diesel repair needs.
