What can I say about this place other than phenomenal. Got the burger for lunch. Got the seared tuna for dinner paired with the wild rice, "Recommended by Jess" and dont get me started with the absolute bangers on the radio. Never have I ever jammed to Snoop Dogg and Mary J Blige while eating tuna and drinking a modelo. Peak atmosphere with awesome service. This place is doing it right.

We stumbled upon this place after shopping in Hershey and absolutely loved everything about it. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing, the service was fantastic we didn't wait long for our food and had a few beers before dinner was served. I had the prime rib with wild rice and it was amazing, cooked exactly like I asked, my wife had the crab cakes and rice and said it was some of the best she has had. Our overall experience was great and we will be going back in the near future.

Renovated old building but kept up well. Grilled tuna salad was good. Tuna steak was cooked exactly as ordered. Server was attentive and did a good job. We didn't have reservation so we were sat over in the bar. There were some locals there but the atmosphere maintained calm and fun.

I stopped in here last night for the first time with my husband. I had the crab cakes and my husband had steak. Both meals were phenomenal. I also want to give this place 5 stars because of the food and our server Jamie. She was so nice and very attentive.

Harper's never disappoints! Food was sensational and our waitress Jessy was amazing! Attentive to all our needs and fun to chat with. She handled our party of 12 with ease while also having other tables. Thanks again jessy- would have given you 10 stars if I could.

Stopped in on a road trip. Had high expectations. Service was not good. Waitress wasn't the friendliest, got annoyed and rolled her eyes when we asked for ranch and mayo for dishes that it should have come with. The rib eye was more like a steak and eggs steak. Liked the decor and feel of the place.

Absolutely awesome experience here for lunch today. We both got the Hollywood Bacon Burger, one with fries and one with onion rings. They did not disappoint! The building is historic and beautiful. The service started slow but rounded up to 5 stars. Good burger spot!

A very nice historic restaurant. Excellent food, drinks and service. Miranda, our bar tender/server was absolutely on her game!! Drink glasses never empty, took care of any need with practiced ease, in addition to making drinks for the entire wait staff. This was a GREAT experience, and I will revisit the next time im in town!!

Bad from beginning to end. Woman seating is was rude. Food was not good. Four of us ordered steaks and seafood. Steaks were tough, and the sides were bad except for mashed potatoes which were okay, also very expensive. Do not recommend!

Such a cute place! Had the fish and fries and French onion soup. Fish and fries were crispy and delicious ?

Sandwich and drink were great. Service was great and prompt. I love the atmosphere of old buildings so im glad they kept it. And while I prefer paying card, so much easier when traveling to not carry a was of cash, their nice request instead of a fee was enough to make me choose cash.

Absolute gem of a restaurant! Beautiful decor, super sweet staff, and delicious food. The black bean burger was crunchy and moist and the marinara veggies were so flavorful. There was no wait and we were able to have our dog on the patio. Highly recommend!!!

Delicious food and great service! Started with the bacon wrapped scallops appetizer and enjoyed crab cakes and steak for our entrees. Highly recommend!

We stopped in twice on the same day, it's so good. Historical building with a great touch of class. We were in town camping at the KOA and found this lovely spot. Full service bar, menu was everything from wings to crab cakes, prime rib and more. Guinness on draft. Super service. Recommend.

Find this amazing place by accident, and will definitely be back!! The staff was super friendly from the second we walked in the door. Having been in business for over 200 years, they certainly mastered their craft. I have the Hollywood Cheeseburger with their house fries. The burger was cooked perfectly as ordered. The seasoning was delicious and this was one of the best burgers I've had in awhile!! I am really glad I ordered it - with the great options they offered it almost didn't happen. My better half had the Reuben with sweet potato fries that she loved as well. We look forward to trying their steaks and seafood in the future, as I can only imagine how amazing they'll be!

If I could give this a 10, I would. Jess was one of the best servers we have found. Great eye contact, genuinely wanted you to enjoy your experience. Held great conversations with both of us. When asked for recommendations, she didn’t have to think about it, that tells me she knows the value of her food/drinks. We over heard staff members complimenting and praising each other. The Angus burger was the BEST I have ever had. Definitely will be back and bringing friends.

Pros: Terrific, friendly service. Really good food for the price point. (I had the clam chowder, a double salad as two sides and a tuna steak.) Cons: None come to mind. ++++ Update. 2nd visit just as good.

Old World feel (established 1804) except for the modern music. Casual elegance. We arrived about 3pm, and the place was bustling with regular patrons even when the weather was gloomy (rainy and windy). Loved the freshly prepared tasty haddock and tenderloin sandwiches, onion rings, and fries.

Was a spare of the moment stop. We missed our turn an ended up turning around in the parking lot. Looked like our type of place an boy was I right the food was great the waitress was very nice an made sure we were good definitely be back an would recommend

Food was great. Service was as expected, nothing memorable. Quaint old inn with a ton of history. It does need a major cleaning! There were several splatters of food on the walls and the carpet could use a cleaning. If you can overlook these small details, you'll have a nice experience.

While the restaurant was busy, we were seated after only a short wait at 7 on a Saturday. I tried the Saturday special, a Harpertini. It was very flavorful and fun. We both got a French Onion. The bowl was a bit shallow, but that helped speed the cheese nicely. I would have liked a bit more broth. The broth was tasty. He got a blackened strip that was cooked to perfection. It was tender and tasty. I had the scallops. It was a good portion of scallops, again cooked perfectly. The restaurant itself has character. The signs say that it was started in 1804. You can tell that they have just added on and revamped spaces as needed. This is not the place for the latest in food trends. The menu is mainly steak and seafood. All very traditional. But if you keep with transitional g food, then you can cook it to perfection.

Had some of the best wings in the area. But had the absolutely best customer service in the area. Everything we had was great and I could not recommend it enough. Word of warning; don’t fxuk with the chef. I assumed the hot wings would not be hot and asked for the hottest. They brought the normal mild wings out but then chef came by and gave a dollop of some sauce satan himself would think is too extreme. Holy smokes it was hot, but damn it was good too. Had me sweating and verifying the people around me knew how to call 911

Quaint place. We visited once before about five years ago and enjoyed the food at that time as well. Our waiter was effecient, but rushed and a tad rude. It was very busy at the time. The food was delicious. However, the appetizer was a bit small for the price. Four small Bacon Wrapped Scallops for $15. My Crab Cake was mostly killer little filler, and the fries were crispy. My husband had Karl's Crab Scampi and said it was really good, loaded with Crab meat.

Excellent restaurant. Very good food and attentive staff. Started off with the Jolly Ramcher Martini. They have the best bacon wrapped scallops in the area. The crabcake and stuffed flounder were excellent.

This amazing gem tucked away in the Fort Indiantown Gap was a welcome treat. The food and staff were amazing! From seafood to steak, they have it and cook it right. Friday and Saturday evenings they have prime rib. Full bar and daily food specials. I recommend stopping to see this historic restaurant that has been in continuous business since 1804.
