I bought a car for my daughter from here a few weeks ago. It was a great experience. No stress, very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend. I have nothing but great things to say. The car was super clean and they cleaned it again real nice when we picked it up. I had a couple of hiccups on my side and he was patient and more than understanding!! Damn Coronavirus!!! Lol. Anyway, overall a very good experience
Does not keep obligations to customers!! We had a set appt for a specific car! We were very interested and serious about car, which we let this “Dee” person know! He made the appt and everything! We drove down at our appt time and messaged we were there! Messaged back saying car was sold night before! Not a good way to run a business!!! Poor excuses for their actions! They need to keep their word! Wasted our time! Will NOT go to them again and will NOT recommend them!
Long waits. Did not keep appointment time. No apology for delays. Gave less for trade than agreed. Vehicle 4wd needed repair after being told all funtional. Would not stand behind product. Warrenty company covered nothing. No restroom offered.
I just bought a 2004 235ci BMW from this place and the experience was amazing. Up until this point, I have never bought from a dealer because I thought they were all scumbags. Not this one!! The dealer from the get go was 100% honest with me about everything. In fact, when I first looked at the car, the a/c was blowing somewhat cold. I told the dealer that I loved the car but the a/c being not so cold, scared me. In turn, the next day he took the car to his mechanic and had it diagnosed and fixed. I went back to look at the car and it was blowing COLD as ice. I felt no pressure when I went to look at the car and the quality of this BMW is UNREAL amazing. This car was garage kept and maintained. Not a leak, dent or scratch on the car. If you're looking for a good quality, well-kept, solid car at an awesome price, be sure and see Eric, the owner. If all dealers could have his mentality, the car-buying world would be a better place!
