Encountered tire issues traveling from Scranton back to Missouri. Thought I could use tire sealant but it did not work and I limped into Mausdale in the middle of the night. With no appointment I showed up at Mausdale Service Center the next morning a little after 8am. They were able to look at the tire and determined I needed a new tire as it could not be plugged or patched due to the cords separating. I am a furloughed Federal employee and needed a super cheap solution due to not being paid recently. Ernie and crew were able to find me an economy tire and get me back on the road by 10:30 for under $110. They treated me with respect and found a solution that fit my needs and budget in short order. I would not hesitate to go there again if in the area and it seemed like a lot of the customers that morning were on a first name basis with everyone working there. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. As a bonus, the tech who road tested the tire didn’t blink an eye when my dog crawled up into her seat thinking we were on the road again. Thank you Ernie and crew. I am forever grateful for your service.
Went to get a inspection. I was told it failed inspection because of rust issues and holes. The problem is I just took it to get oil change a day prior and took pictures of under carriage. So took it to two body shop. Both said damage was done to frame in purpose. It looks like to them the car fell off the lift. Based on evidence. So, this is your warning. As the damage done was over $4000.
I recently moved back to Danville after 40 years i needed to find a good garage that not only could do an Audi but one I could trust, and not jerk you around with hidden costs. I almost went to another garage in danville, and somebody told me they've heard good things about this shop. I can tell you that there was no hidden costs. Everything that needed to be done. I knew ahead of time. I knew the price which was fair and timely. The funny thing is, I knew something in my back. End wasn't quite right, and it wasn't in there for that, but they picked up on it which was my rear wheel bearing so of course, I got that fixed, and I can tell you it's riding so much better. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and I found no my new repair facility.
Honest, Reliable and Efficient! On tour my car broke down and stopped in Danville how lucky I was to find Mausdale Service Center. God had other plans and got me back on the road in no time flat. If you have a car anywhere near these good people take it to them first you will thank your lucky stars you did!
I had a flat on I-80 just a mile from their location and not only did they take us right in to fix it, but they also drove to the next exit to grab a new tire since they didn’t have our size in stock. I would recommend them to anyone!
Always on point! I have had many great experiences with Mausdale Service center and would recommend them to anyone. Professional, nice, and always clean. I also enjoy the estimate text feature for work they give you quotes on. Straight forward and trustworthy.
Do not have your vehicle serviced at this place. They are highly unprofessional and incompetent. They did an oil change on my vehicle and put the wrong oil in it and left the screw on the drain plug so loose that it came out while driving and completely drained the tank which caused me and my family a lot to repair. This was the worst experience with getting a car serviced I have ever had in my entire life. This is inexcusable and I would not recommend getting your car worked on at this establishment. A child would be able to do a more competent job than these fools. MY FOUR YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS IN THE CAR WHEN THIS HAPPENED!!! Don’t go here if you expect a good job or any professionalism. Our alternator went on our van on our way to Chicago. Within 2 hours we were back on the road !!! That does not happen. So grateful and thankful for the crew at mausdale service center . Could not recommend them any higher !!!!!!
We had taken vehicles there in the past and had no issues. I dropped my truck off after it broke down one night. I didn’t hear anything from them after 10 days. I called and they said that appointments take priority and they would make an appointment for the truck and that if I gave them another week they would look at it. I waited another 12 days before calling them again. This time I was told no one had made an appointment and if I gave them another 2-3 weeks they might get to it but couldn’t make a promise because I didn’t have an appointment. I picked up the keys and towed my truck to Steve Shannon who looked at it the next day. It took them 20 minutes to find that the control module was locked and they didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic. This was a nightmare process and a waste of almost a month of not having a vehicle. Very Poor communication. Just go to Steve Shannon and avoid the headache
We wanted to send a big shout out to this shop! My husband was driving across PA from NJ to our house in OH when he had a tire go bad. He was able to get off the exit and asked if there was a place he could have this tire repaired and he was referred here. They were closing in 30 minutes. However, they took our car right in, patched the tire and he was back on the road! Such great service and at a reasonable price too! Thank you so much for helping him and getting him home safely and on time!

I arrived in Danville to visit my in-laws and noticed my rear breaks were making grinding noises. I called Mausdale Service Center and they got me in right away and the problem fixed within the work day. Excellent service all the way around!!
I had an emergency breakdown. I elected to get towed to Mausdale's Service Center. They got a part delivered and installed. I was on my way again in about 2 hours. It is a great place!
Great automotive repair shop, And Highly recommended!!!! Facility and their towing services are fast and the most stress free towing experience ever! Willy has been great and is my go to guy for towing from now on! Proven himself over and over again! You've just found an auto service center that's honest, on time, and isn't going to gouge you on parts. I have a 35 minute drive to Mausdale and there's probably 10 auto repair shops within 10 miles of my home. Mausdale tops them all in my opinion with professional, on time services and honest pricing. I'll definitely continue using them for my first choice auto repair shop.
Yeah these people there, they are very good and amazing mechanics but also God's fearing people. They are very nice, and do great job for a reasonable price. I will definitely stick with them.
I have had my vehicle inspected. Oil change, tuneup, brakes installed. Very professional and courteous. Prices are very reasonable. Upcoming inspection and tires will be purchased and put on. They guarantee their work. I feel safe when I get my vehicle back. I would recommend Mausdale's Auto to anyone.
Fantastic Repair Shop! Ernie went above and beyond getting our vehicle and towing it back to his shop after hours during a critical breakdown after our company vehicle threw a belt. He tried every belt he had in stock to match ours with no luck. The first thing the next morning he sourced the correct belt and had our truck & driver back on the road within an hour of opening. He even picked up our driver from the hotel! The price for the tow and belt was unbeatable and I cannot thank Ernie and his shop enough for the outstanding customer service. I am a fleet manager and deal with hundreds of shops a year and this is one of the rare best of the best that still provide first-class customer service above all else.
Great service. Travel trailer/camper needed inspected and they were able to fit me in quickly. I needed new tires and they had great prices and we're able to take care of everything quickly.
Top notch garage! Called and made an appointment about 5 days out (soonest opening) and dropped at 0730. They called a little before 11 AM and had the work (brake booster and suspense vibration) complete. Service staff were courteous and the work came out good. No concerns and I’ll definitely be taking my vehicles here in the future. Especially since I live ten minutes down the road. Thank you.
Expert service from the technicians to the front desk. Just as importantly - a real family feel that makes you feel very welcome. Also - HONEST. Lastly, they have no problem answering my many questions about my 10-year old vehicle. Top notch place. I live in MD and get my car work done up here when visiting folks in PA(save emergencies).
Spent $1500 for my car to be good on a road trip. I was given my car back with parts loose with my brakes, almost broke down on road trip bc of it and $80 for a pair of brakes that just squeal. Didn't squeal until I took my car there n had these issues.
Driving through and had exhaust problems. Kevin kindly let us in before they were open. Had his guy fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend them, super professionals, great service.
My dad always came here because of honesty, reasonable cost, and great work. I had timing belt replaced on my '06 Acura. Work was completed on time, we'll, and at $65 less than the estimate. I highly recommend for any car service.
