They have zero respect for anyone or their personal property. My roofer used them for a container. They dropped the container off at my house before 630 am and woke the whole neighborhood up and then didn't listen to directions and put it in the yard instead of the driveway. When they came to pick it up they hit the small retaining wall at the new of my driveway and drive off. They also left the boards the put the dumpster on in my yard. Imagine the trash company litters...what a great job. Currently in claims to see if my hardscaping will ever get fixed. Do yourself a favor and find a company that has respect for people's property and neighborhoods quiet.
We just made the switch from our previous waste hauler at the company I work for. Receiving a quote and setting up our service with Matt Huggler was a breeze. He was patient and helped make the transition smooth. We ended up needing to start our service a week early on a days notice and they made it happen. Highly recommend from our experience so far. Corey Barton has been a huge help during the transition from our previous hauler. He was onsite several times to assist with placing our rolloff container in the correct spot and his communication was outstanding. You can tell he’s passionate about his work.

I live in East Donegal township. They have Republic as their trash carrier. I live right next door to republic trash. In fact my property is right next them. I have to call my township a lot because they can't get job done in picking my trash up. The address of my property is 1562 Depot Road, Marietta. Come on guys. Get the job done. You wake me up every morning with all your banging and beeping. I don't say anything to you about that. Being I lived at my residence long before you set up. I pay my bill on time. Just pick up my trash

Update August 2024: Republic continues with excellent construction service. Our new rep, Sheri Karan, has been a great resource for work in the Lancaster and Harrisburg areas. She went above and beyond to connect us with help outside of her area as well.
I live in Marietta. My trash was not picked up. Not only was it Christmas week our trash was delayed a day. I have a full trash can mine not yours and 4 bags. Your contract is not up until next week. When are you going to come pick up my trash. Do not take it out on us customers. We did not have a choice to pick our trash removal. Also, smashing people's trash cans and leaving trash on the ground. Really!?!?
What a great customer service phone call. I spoke with Helen in customer support and Rick in bulk collection. Both were kind, polite and helpful. Rick had a “system problem” that was preventing him from scheduling a bulk pickup. In spite of that, he was calm and apologetic. While we had to end our call without completing the scheduling, he called me back later as he said he would and confirmed that the pickup was indeed arranged. It’s a shame that this level of service is rare but to have two people in one call that were friendly and helpful is noteworthy. I hope this review finds its way back to their supervisors and to them. Thanks.
We are an industrial concrete polishing company and used Republic to help with our concrete slurry. They were very responsive and helped work with us one what is a difficult situation removing and disposing of concrete slurry. I would recommend them to anyone for any type of work especially industrial.
My husband has his own business and with the help of Mike Emig he was able to coordinate cleaning out the property quickly so that the real estate agent could get it ready for the next tenant. Mike Emig did a great job coordinating this & was very professional through the process.

Had the chance to get to meet the driver that services my apartment complex. He goes above and beyond takes the time to make sure our gates are closed and the parking lot is clean of debris that may fall around our dumpster while he is servicing us. Way to go! Sheri Karan was great to work with in coordinating my dumpster prior to my recent move! It was delivered and picked up on my requested days and times and the driver made sure it was located where I wanted it to be. I will gladly work with Republic again should the need arise.
We had an issue when we first moved into our home where our bin’s lid got busted, we weren’t sure what to do but Corey Barton was very responsive and quick on to give us a solution! We are thankful for him because we didn’t know how to go about replacing it. I always appreciate great professionals and you can tell Corey truly cares about his work!
Once i got Sheri Karan to talk too she was awesome. She answered all my questions. She has set up the service for us to start on December 30th. If all the people at Republic are like her it will be great. I am looking forward to the service starting. Even though Sheri won't be our account rep., As ours was on vacation, she treated us as if we would be on her account.

I have to commend Paula for being a friendly voice from Republic after waiting on the phone for a customer service representative a day earlier for over 1 hour and 20 minutes, after being transferred 2x. I now know that if we need someone to help us out we can call her.
