I had a flat tire first thing in the morning and the driver arrived on time! Very friendly, professional, and provided quick service! Keep up the great work!

Rude driver Ken was parked right beside an entrance at night with all his lights on, blocking the view and making it unsafe for people turning into and out off the restaurant. When confronted he was extremely rude and denied any wrong doing, saying he was parked a safe distance back, even though he wasn’t.

I called my roadside assistance after my caliper seized on my way to get dinner. They connected me with shenberger's and a tow guy named Jesse who was absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable very polite and timely! Thank you so much!

I just had my truck towed from hershey medical center and Shenbergers towing came out to pickup my truck and the driver Jessy was the best. I got a flat tire and they were there at the estimated time without fail. The driver was absolutely amazing! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and just a very nice guy.The whole experience was the best I've had in my whole driving career. I cannot recommend this towing company enough! From one roadside assistance company to another, Shenbergers did an amazing job towing a vehicle for us. Our friends vehicle broke down on Rt30 and unfortunately in a very dangerous location. Chris from Shenbergers arrived and without hesitation took over and loaded up the vehicle in minutes all while dodging traffic. He then was able to unload the vehicle with absolute precision at a garage. Very impressed and highly recommend. Definitely give some props to Chris given the risk of the profession.

My roadside assistance company called Shenbergers out, and I was beyond happy with the outcome of what was rather an annoying afternoon. The driver (who's name I didn't get) was very professional, and quick with getting my truck up on the the rollback! I had to ride with him, and he was very friendly and talkative in the truck ride, which was nice. I would definitely recommend!

My friend and I woke up to a flat tire on the morning of our 5 hour drive home. She called Triple A and within a half hour, Shenbergers was at our hotel to put on the spare. Dave was very kind and found the issue with the tire and even recommended a nearby shop that could patch the tire for us.

My husbands car had some mechanical issues on his way home from work. State Farm set up roadside assistance for a tow. This was by far the best tow experience I have ever encountered ETA was very accurate. The gentleman was very professional, helpful, respectful and friendly. Highly recommend. If you need a towing service this is the one to call. They are quick getting to you and are very friendly and get the job done. I am very pleased with the service and recommend them highly. I will definitely be using them again when I need this kind of service again.

I had to use roadside assistance when my alternator went out in my car and they dispatched Shenberger's towing. He did a great job! He took a picture of my car at the repair shop after he dropped it off and sent it to me to let me know it had been delivered safe and sound.

Hartford auto insurance uses them for road side assistance. They are friendly fast and prompt. Our tow guy was Exceptional and a man of excellence and was careful & knows how to do his work with skills. A proud moment. Certainly businesses you can trust ur business with!

This company deserves an A+ rating for the above and beyond service. For privacy reasons I don’t want to display the driver / technicians name but he was absolutely amazing to deal with . Excellent communication from the time of picking up my distress vehicle to the point of delivering it to the garage. I recommend there services if you are in need. Flat tire, 10 at night (no spare, they just don't make em anymore). Called Erie Insurance roadside and they dispatched Shenberger's Towing. Ed from Shenberger's contacted me, gave me an accurate ETA and came to get my car on time. He was very professional and knew exactly how to properly get the car on the flatbed. Shenberger's is lucky to have somebody like Ed, who cares about outcomes, knowing the people he's helping are stressed about being stranded. He even sent a picture of the car parked at the mechanic's. Thank you!

Incredible experience through Progressive insurance. Ed was a fantastic help and went above and beyond the call of duty to get my truck home from a solid distance, and gave me advice and guidance on what to do to prevent the issue from occuring. Strongly recommend

Highly recommend. Ed came out around midnight to pick up my car which broke down on the side of the highway. Although it was cold and windy he showed up with a smile and treated me very kindly. Hopefully I won’t need Ed’s towing services again but if I do he’d definitely be the first one I’d call

Unfortunately we needed a tow on a cold, sleet/snow/rain evening. Our roadside assistance dispatched this company for us. The driver kept us updated with his ETA and was efficient loading the vehicle onto the truck. He dropped it off at our service shop and even called to be sure that he had left it at the right spot due to some confusing signage at the location. Hopefully we never need them again, but if we did, I would not hesitate to use them!

I needed to have my car towed from my house to the dealership to get repaired. Shenberger's Towing was selected as the roadside assistance through my car insurance. Service was fantastic! Right away I was notified on an estimate time frame, driver called to tell me he was on the way and was very friendly when he arrived. Quick and great service! Thank you!

Super friendly staff! They worked quickly to help me put, the office staff was easy to work with and professional. They have competitive pricing, and a well trained tow staff. The tow driver that helped me out knew the area, picked up and delivered my truck, and parked it nicely. 10/10 would recommend!

I was completely stranded & alone in Manheim after my car broke down on the turnpike. The service center I managed to get my car to, refused to help me in any way shape or form & I was absolutely distraught since I was on my way to be with my family after the death of my father. I called this company & Jess was beyond helpful, compassionate & caring. She not only calmed me down but she called me back twice just to check on me & let me know when the tow truck driver was arriving. Chris, the driver, also went out of his way to take care of this awful situation & got my car back home. I am forever in debt to this company & I am so grateful for their help.

My car broke down in Lancaster. This was the towing company that was dispatched to tow my car to the dealership. They got there within two hours which is great timing for a Friday afternoon. The driver was really cool and helpful.

Ed was a lifesaver for us when we got a flat tire (with no spare) in the middle of the night. We were two hours from home, and no one was responding to our insurance agency’s request for a tow. Not only did Ed respond, but he made the drive to our location in Harrisburg and towed our van home to Northern Virginia, more than 2 hours away. My insurance company linked we with this company and at first I was kinda weary because they are in Marietta I live on Harrisburg. The driver was on time and very professional. The driver called me before he arrived to make sure I was ready to go. He towed my Van like he was towing his own vehicle. Excellent service! Came to tow my car with a locked up trans at 2am. Driver was very skilled and was able to tow my car without further damage! Would highly recommend!
