My F150 had a rattle that occurred during acceleration and braking and they were able to identify the heat shield being the culprit and in less than 15 minutes I was on my way - without the rattling sound. Definitely recommend the shop if you value honest and quick service.

We purchased a custom built and fabricated meat smoker on a trailer for our BBQ business and needed an "enhanced inspection" to get it titled and make it legal. Jason got us in his schedule quickly and made sure he got all the work done ASAP to make sure we got our smoker back so we didn't miss a beat in our business. In june of 2017 I had my transmission go out in my truck. I had it replaced at Marietta Motors. 15k miles and 3.5 years later, it went out again. The warranty was 3 years or 100k miles. Marietta Motors was not willing to help me in any way. My transmission should not have gone out in 15k miles. I sold the truck and the buyer sent me pictures when he fixed it. He said there was barely any fluid in the trans and the teeth were shaved off. Also there was a mounting bolt broken off and someone just welded it to the frame instead of doing it the right way. Very poor job done by Marietta Motors. I will never go back for anything. Not even a tire change.
Invoice didnt match to what the technician told me. Either lied to me for more money or because they thought i didnt know what i was talking about. I could go off on what it all was but ill save that for managemet. Today is a sad day that i have to say goodbye to them as my normal mechanics. I used to tell everyone to come here too...now i feel betrayed
These people Do not stand behind there work. They fix things you dont ask to fix and then dont fix the problem.. And they will lie right your face.. Very rude . My daughters car broke down 1 mile from leaving garage. Mecanic said he drove it for 40 miles and it was fine. My daughter took car in on E with ligjt on there was no way he drove that car for 40 miles when confronted he said oh between 4 and 10. He never even checked the car
Turns out the secretary told him to fix other things and not what was asked 800 dollars for nothing

Took my bmw here because the dealership is a rip off and most garages wouldn't touch it. One garage had it for a day, stuck the key in, got no dash lights, and said, "nope, take it to the dealer." Being previously ripped off by them that wasnt an option. So i called around and no one wanted touch it, until i called marietta motors. From the gate i was immediately transferred to an educated technician who listened to my car problems and even gave some possible causes and solutions. This was suprising because most garages dont want you to know anything for fear that you might fix it yourself and save money, this was not the case here.They reassured me that whatever it was they would figure it out, and even had an idea of what it could be. They have a towing service and they dont even require payment until your car is fixed!, So i went ahead and used them as my car was still not running and at the other garage. They picked it up on a friday morning and had it running by friday evening! The car had been between 3 different garages and sitting in the driveway for 6 months because no one could figure it out. They informed me exactly what was wrong, and even had the parts i needed on hand! Unbelievable. pricing was totally fair and ive never been so happy with any garage ever. This is def my new go to garage. Thanks to marietta motors and my tech travis for providing excellent customer service, repair service, and saving my car. Honestly i probably shouldn't drive a bmw because i am by no means wealthy enough to afford their services but thanks to marietta motors, i can continue to drive my dream car. I am grateful for their services.
Very honest and helpful staff! In a day and age where some mechanics can't be trusted I can guarantee that these guys will be honest and upfront with what's wrong with your car and what it'll cost to fix. Would recommend them to anybody with car issues.
Very kind. My brother went into a ditch and they helped and towed us out. Very friendly and price isn’t bad at all. Definitely reccomend as a towing service. Definitely know what they are doing.
They towed my vehicle and in the process a cheap cast metal exhaust hangar broke. Could have easily happened to anyone and I wasn't upset at all. They took the time to contact me, not the other way around, and insisted on making it right. They ordered the part and replaced it free of charge. They didn't have to, but they know how to do business. I'm not even from the area so it's not about repeat business....just doing the right thing. Too bad more businesses aren't the same. Very hap and thank you again!
At first, they seemed average. Drop off your car before your scheduled appointment. Finished right on time. Then pay.
With my 2006 Nissan Sentra(I don't recommend that model AT ALL!) it had a lot of repairs. So many times I thought they were ripping me off.
Later I discovered that the car was a rip, period.
Through a very laborious and watchful process, I've learned throughout the entire thing that they were spot on with work; they were clean, fair, honest, and even kept track off all my repairs. They really do give a **** to put it forthright.
Once they broke a cell phone holder, and I told them. they could have said, "O, your bull*hitting, but they took it as real and gave me a very fair refund, very fair.
I recommend Alvin and the boys to get the job done every single time you have a problem. Their labor price is extremely competitive and nothing falls apart. They'll definitely be straight with you.
Location is excellent: short drive north or south on 441, easy 15 minutes from York, Lancaster, Elizabethtown, Columbia, Middletown, and no traffic ever.
Big lot and even 24 hour tow service available. Sorry dude for not knowing your tow business name, but its under MM Inc number and the same location. Perfect for an emergency tow and repair FAST! Better than fast food. Garner's towing if I hit that right? Sorry if I didn't. I never used the service, but I heard its good.
