Thank you guys so much for helping me out with my trailer. I greatly appreciate it.

My husbands dealership replaced a Camshaft under warranty to fix his truck. After the work was done, his dash lit up like a Christmas tree. After taking it back to the dealer, they essentially wanted to guess which part was causing the problems now and 'start somewhere' as they said. The parts they said it COULD be were a battery, the spark plugs (which are 600$ to replace in his truck due to placement) or a plastic flap underneath the truck which was also 600$ worth of work. Mind you, these were ALL essentially guesses. I called my garage and going to CARS was recommended due to there knowledge in newer technology in vehicles. I called and spoke to Alyssa and explained everything above and how we couldn't afford to exchange out parts in the entire truck that weren't the issue. Without hesitation she told us to stop by and her husband Adam would take a look. He ran it, cleared all codes and asked my husband to return when it went off again. When it did he ran it again and almost definitively knew what the issue was. So we made an appt. When the appt day came, he checked it out a little more and determined a list of parts related to a camshaft that needed replaced totaling around 1600. Alyssa determined thru the warranty company that CARS was unable to complete the work because it had to be done by a dealership due to being an engine repair. When we came to pick up, Alyssa handed us a list to give the dealership of the diagnosis that Adam gave of what work needed to be done. And after all that neither Adam or Alyssa wanted any payment for their time or diagnosis. These people are the definition of good people, running a good business, who know their stuff. They didnt have to do the things they did or print out a list to give to another mechanic to do the work but they did and took the time to explain everything to my husband and I. I wouldnt hesitate for a second going back to them (and we will be) or recommending them to anyone else.

Best Place to take your Vehicles, They are Upfront, Honest, Reliable and I wouldn't take my car to anyone else !!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could !!!!

Love Adam and Alyssa and their talented staff! They are so quick to lend advice and guide our entire family on our fleet of newer and older vehicles. I highly recommend them! They are also faithful in promoting our community, and we greatly appreciate them for that!

This place is top notch. They have been servicing my vehicles for years. From installing a new motor to rebuilding another and rebuilding a transmission. The get me in fast for all my oil changes and give it to me straight when my vehicle has a problem. They even did all the phone/paperwork when I had to use the warranty. Im grateful I found them.

Truck has been there twice for same issue.truck is now going through same issue a third time.. won’t be returning or recommending. secretary also talks to you like you just stole her dog

I have gone through these kind folks for a few years now there’s been a few times where I didn’t have what I needed for my vehicle and they still let me take it home and help me with payments. My son has a heart condition and they work perfectly with me and my wife And no matter good or bad. They always are truthful and they don’t sugarcoat anything I truly love our Guarage they have saved me a lot of hassle and with children’s hospital trips they make certain we are safe to get there and back with our babies thank you all! Saved me so much money. Had been to 4 shops and spent over $1,500 and they couldn’t find the problem. CARS diagnosed my car and had it fixed within a week. Really grateful that I had my car towed here. Highly recommend them for transmission work.

Put my dollar and 25 cents into the vending machine and it did not give me my drink. It also did not return my money. Do not use this vending machine scam

I have used them a couple of times in emergency situations and they had the vehicles in and out in a day. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. For non-emergency though I'm not sure how far out they schedule though.

This is a hard working honest shop to bring your vehicle for repair.

I’m in the area vacationing and preparing to head back to Florida in a few days when my 2013 RAM truck gets stuck in fourth gear. I called half a dozen shops all but 2 said they were swamped or had lost their transmission guy. Of the other 2, Complete Auto Repair was the only shop that said bring it right over. On arrival, I saw a bustling garage with several mechanics working. They saw me coming and met me when I parked. I explained my situation and Adam, the owner, had diagnosed the problem, located the necessary parts, and gave a quote within 30 minutes. Then he said he’d try to have it done that same day. He had the repair finished and road tested 3-4 hours later that same day. Talk about exceeding expectations!

The knowledge of the owner and the superior Administrative ability of his wife as the office manager makes this the only place to have automotive work done Plus they pride themselves on honesty Unfortunately I have had some terrible experience as of late with another local repair Facility that installed a used junkyard transmission into my SUV and told me that is a rebuilt transmission Now I am suing this dishonest business owner in court Thank you Complete Automotive Repair for everything you have done If I could I would give them 10 stars

They are the best garage I've ever been to.They are so personable and honest.

I had been to 6 other mechanics before reaching this one to fix an issue with numerous possible causes. I had diagnoses ranging from engine to transmission and everything in between. This place got me in right away, and no more than 10 minutes had a diagnosis. Less than a day later I had my car back with the problem fixed. I was, and still am, ecstatic! Lots of time wasted with other mechanics and diagnostic fees at previous places, CAR will be my go-to first stop for every auto need!

The most knowledgeable transmission team in the area. The owner/operator has been in the business for a very long time. Very trust worthy shop. I will not take my cars anywhere else!

Very professional, great atmosphere, & got the car fixed up quickly to complete the inspection. I would totally recommend going for any vehicle repair service. Its easily a 35 minute drive for us but totally worth the trip.

Great team to work with. Great communication and patient. Took my duramax in to have built allison rebuilt. Clutch company dropped the ball on shipping, but they took care of it. Greg and staff know their way around the allison and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend these guys. I originally took it in for a problem I was having with shifting, but of course I also got a flat on 79 the day prior to me taking it in. They got my tire patched, and my Jeep back to me within a day. They were SO helpful and answered every question I had, I felt very taken care of. They did something to my Jeep to try and help with the issue I was having but didn’t charge me as they weren’t quite sure it was the solvent. Even if it isn’t, I had a wonderful experience with them and I’m SO appreciative of their promptness of getting my very cherished ride in. I will be forever grateful for their help and their AMAZING service. Thank you SO much!

Adam is great, he diagnosed my problem, schedule an appointment and got some heavy work done and got me back on the road in a short amount of time, Adam and C.A.R.S are 5 stars all the way! We highly recommend them!
