Salah has explained what was wrong with my car aswell as been very respectful while under pressure. He is the perfect example of a great mechanic/ worker here in mavis. Him and Richard have made my experience here in Mavis Discount Auto and Tire phenomenal. I come here for any issues I may have with my car.

I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tires! The manager of the store assist me with my tire issue and he was very courteous and friendly. He worked alongside his employees which showed me he is a true team player.

Scheduled a 9am appt to get my tire patched. Got in and out without an hour. Update: My tire continued to leak the very next day. Brought it back in but I didn’t have the time to wait the hour that I’d have to just for them to look at it. I dropped my review to 3 stars due to me having return for the same issue. I’m getting it fixed elsewhere. Be nice if I could get my money back. Update 2: Finally got it fixed by my regular shop. The plug that was used wasn’t sealed properly. An unnecessary headache. Dropping my review to 1 star.

I was helped by Sal. He kindly assisted me, inspected my breaks, explained my options and his recommendations. The prices are reasonable, the service is excellent. I Highly recommend!

Stopped by Mavis Tire to get a tire taken care of, and they were awesome from start to finish. They got my car in right away, fixed the tire quickly, and made sure everything was safe before sending me back out. The staff was friendly, professional, and didn’t overcharge or push anything extra. Super smooth experience — if you need tire work done, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and business practice they offer here. I went to this location in person 2 weeks ago to schedule an appointment for a tire change. They verbally confirmed the installation fee would be $99.96. They’ve also changed the tires on my 2 other cars within the last 2 months for $99.96. When I took my daughter’s car in yesterday to get the work done, they charged her $159 for the install. I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for several years, and I’ve recommended all my friends to come here for their tire repair. After what happened today, I will no longer be coming here. This is poor customer service and terrible business practice.

The manager was super helpful and accommodating. He fit me in and got my tire on quickly and got me out of the door. Customer service is top-tier here. Highly recommended.

I called to set an appointment for two tires. Guy said just come on in we’ll get you settled. I show up 30 minutes later. Where I hand my keys and wait. 6 other people without appointments walk in after me. They were all taken care of before me. I waited 5 hours for two tires. 5:30 someone walks in to get a tire, they close at 6. Somehow that guys leaves 10 minutes after me. Terrible.

The gentleman at the front desk, I believe he was the manager and I'm not sure how to spell his name, started with an S - was very kind and helped me get my car back in shape with a same day tire and oil change. He was patient answering all of my questions. He handled a busy store with some unfriendly customers very nicely. I recommend working with this location.

Mavis was excellent to deal with. I booked my appointment right online and Richard continuously checked in with me to keep me updated. They handled my car so well and had me in and out. I wills definitely come back for any and all tires needs.

Staff is always friendly. The location just put in a workstation area for customers, complete with AC and USB outlets and WiFi access, so you can get work done while you’re waiting. Seems fairly priced compared to nearby competition.

I ask a lot of questions, and generally know the answer to them. I enjoy the insight. A lot of people take that opportunity to take advantage of a woman, but that didn’t happen. They were patient, and explained everything to me. They told me the best option, and provided cheaper ones at my request as well. I enjoy a shop I can trust with my vehicle, I will definitely come back in the future. Look at my baby!
