Kost Tire in Moscow has renewed my faith in availability of affordable quality tires, all services associated with tires and service after the sale. Craig “Woodie” Wood is a true professional. The overall staff and service workers get their work done professionally, reliably and in a timely way. Mr. Wood has helped me with everything from finding affordable quality tires to affordable used tire dispose, alignments and random flat tire repairs in a snap. HIGHLY recommend Kost Tire in Moscow, Pa. I won’t be going anywhere else!

My first time at Kost and meeting Woody, he made it a priority to get my vehicle in that day. He didn’t know the back story but he fixed my BMW that my dealer had claimed to have corrected and I had already had paid to have corrected a few short hours earlier. Not only did he and his team work rapidly on my vehicle, but also did with precision and accuracy better than where it was purchased from with no questions or story needed. Truly grateful and with a great price and additional vehicle done with oil change. I wish I sought them out sooner in the neighborhood! So Very Thankful to have met genuine people!

I have been coming to Kost tire for a very long time. When they arrived in Moscow I couldn’t be more happy. Always the best experience they are like family every time I walk in here I feel at home. Woody always has my back when it comes to whatever my car needs he is the man you want to see when you walk in. Thank you for everything Woody and the rest of the guys.

Had an appointment to have 4 tires replaced and an oil change. I did not pay and leave until 12PM…. Upon cashing out I asked why such a long time for the work to be completed. Was told one of the techs had the lug lock in his pocket and he was almost to Mt Pocono. That would have been nice to know instead of just waiting and wondering… I was told in the middle of service that a TPMS sensors was not working, I found that unlikely considering I just had all 4 replaced a little over a year ago. Turns out the technician broke one. So it seemed like they were going to try to charge me for the sensor they broke. When finally leaving I asked if they put my 3 good tires in the bed of the truck, which I requested before the service started, and that was not done. Kost will continue to get my business and I do like the people working at the Moscow location. Although, I really hope I do not have another experience like this. So for now, 3 Stars is all I give. ***UPDATE*** I brought my truck in this week for some service including transmission fluid, differential service and oil change. I also had them check my AC system. Upon dropping the truck off I did tell them that I am pretty certain that the condenser has a leak. The truck smokes from the front condenser area. I was called at 12pm notified the truck is ready for pick up. Talking to the other manager (not Woody) he said they saw no leaks. I asked if they were able to figure out where the smoke may be coming from and why my AC doesn’t work. He just said they would look at it and proceeded to tell me the cost of everything. Upon picking up the truck(4:30pm) I asked what they found as to the AC not working. No answer. When I got home I decided to pop the hood and take a peek only to find my caps for the freon fill missing. I did find them next to the battery tho. But this really made me question the reliability of service from this place. It is unfortunate that I bought 2 vehicles tires here and will miss out on my free rotation and balancing services, but I just don’t trust them anymore. Sorry Kost, I will never be back. D

AllSet Electric and family ONLY use Kost in Daleville. As we truly trust the polite and intelligent employees of Kost. They care about doing the job properly AND care about safety!!! Kind, honest, and excellent service. Thank you to Woody, Brian, Carlos, and the team at Kost Tires in Moscow-Daleville. Irish family driving back from NYC to Canada and had engine failure on the highway. From the moment Woody picked up the phone, his calm, kind, and friendly attitude made everything OK. We cannot recommend the team of expert mechanics enough. Got the car back on the road, and will forever remember the good humans that helped us on our adventure.

Woody was an absolute pleasure to work with! He immediately made sure I got the battery and auxiliary battery I needed for my car at the best price. I brought my vehicle straight from the dealer (story for another time) and they ensured my car was taken care of at my convenience. Woody was genuinely invested in making sure I felt taken care of and that I got what I needed. Would recommend to anyone in the area for any of your automotive needs! Stopped by for an inspection sticker on a busy frigid Monday snd was greeted by Woody who was very professional and said they could do it right away so I decided to wait while they did the service. The lobby was so clean and comfortable with a huge tv and fresh coffee. It took less than a hour and I was ready to go. Thanks Woody and Matt and your team for taking great care of me and my vehicle!

Woody and the team at KOST in Moscow were all better than great! They’re are always quick to get an appointment and they always keep us informed the whole time they do any services. Was deferred to this location from mt pocono location. Chasing a service engine light that started after work in Kost mt pocono. Replaced my c catalytic converter, which I was sure did not need to be replaced. I kept my parts and the light still continues to this day to come on. I’ve spent Tens of thousands between this truck and coast and my truck still years later consistently tells me something’s wrong but nobody can seem to figure out what. Mind you this all stems from having my motor replaced by coast mount Pocono I never had light issues before. when the light came on. It meant something was wrong. My service engine light is constantly on. It’s a distraction and a nuisance, and I feel I have been slighted by this company. Moscow location is a nice new building though. I’d know I’ve spent countless hrs and days there hoping they could fix a problem their colleagues created. Chris w the Mountaineer

I had gotten a punctured tire coming off I84 from a bungee cord, of all things and had barely made it to work. I had called Kost & spoke to Woody, who, was beyond friendly & helpful with setting me up with the exact same tire to replace mine as my tire wasn't able to be plugged. I worked all day & I got to Kost, via AAA tow, around 5:20pm. What I didn't know was that the mechanics leave at 5:30pm, even though Google states they are open until 6pm. However, because I had spoken to Woody earlier and one mechanic, Nick, was still there, they took my car to change my tire. They were more concerned about me getting home safely than anything else. First, that Kost is super clean, welcoming & Woody is so helpful & informative. He will go out of his way to make sure your experience there is to the upmost standards, which included the bathroom. I felt so terrible that I was unaware that Nick was getting ready to leave, but he never complained & when asked by Woody, took my car in with no hesitation. It just so happens both Nick & I live in the same area, which is about a 40 min to and an hour drive from Moscow, so he understood I would've never gotten home. I couldn't believe the service, concern, cleanliness & respect I received from both Woody & Nick. If you are in need of any car repairs, please don't hesitate to go to Kost Tire in Moscow. You'll be treated fairly & with fantastic service. I'll be there again! Thanks Woody & Nick!!

Woody is great and funny. Tells you what you need and walks you through it. I would highly recommend going it you need any service everyone is very friendly and service is done in a timely manner.

Woody has been very pleasant and helpful every time I have gone there! He also takes very good care of us at the Bank, and he always make sure that we make it to our car safely! Everyone there is also very helpful and nice! Anytime I have something going on with my Subaru, they always take good care of me!

Had a flat tire and they were able to help me right away. Staff was professional, explained everything clearly, and the price was reasonable. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Would definitely come back if I need tire service again.

Woody and the team at Kost Tire & Auto Center in Moscow, PA took great care of our 2009 Subaru Outback. They swapped out my low-profile tires for larger, winter-ready ones to make sure I’d be driving safely. Woody was very knowledgeable, explained everything in a way that made sense, and made the whole process easy. The shop is clean, welcoming, and professional, and the staff is genuinely courteous. It is hard to come across this level of expertise paired with actual care therefore I’d definitely recommend Woody!

Everyone was professional yet friendly. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. Everything was clean, actually. The giant windows let you see exactly what the mechanics were doing. They looked like they enjoyed their job but were diligently working. I got consistent updates while I waited. Woody was great to interact with. I highly recommend this place.

In a world where great service is getting hard to find I am writing to compliment WOODY at Kost Tire in Moscow PA. I am new to Kost but since they put a new store in my area I decided to give them a try. At first I had a few small complaints regarding lack of contact from them and not following specific instructions about which Instpection sticker i wanted on my car. BUT!! Because of Woody, his humble concern and willingness to go above and beyond to make me happy, I am now a KOST customer. I own three cars and will be bringing them to KOST in Moscow for service. With the snow we just had, I am very happy with the Goodyear WeatherReady2 tires and will be doing all my regualr service and tire purchases at KOST.

Manager, Matt Boswell is super friendly and I’m always impressed with the exceptional customer service and prompt responses I receive with any concerns I might have. Dane, the mechanic that has worked on my vehicles on numerous occasions, always answers any of my questions with honesty and pure professionalism. Thank you !

Kudos to Woody Called to order tires the day before the snowstorm within a few hours he called and had tires installed by the end of the business day .. Had my truck inspected + wiper blades replaced. Was very happy with all. Did not have to wait long and was very pleased with everyone I talked with. Woody and all were great in helping me + I will be making this my go to shop for all repairs.

I was visiting the area for a three day getaway in the Poconos and on our last day as I was leaving I realized I had a flat tire. I called AAA and they recommended Woody. I brought my car in and explained the situation to them. I didn’t have an appointment, but they still took my vehicle in on priority, found the nail in the tire, patched the tire, and put my donut back under the car. Best of all they didn’t charge me anything. I gave the service technician a tip for his great work who couldn’t thank me enough . Woody and the staff were fantastic and I recommend them to anybody who needs car service.

I recently went to Kost for the first time to get tires and was pleasantly surprised! I was trying to get the best price and Anthony spent a great deal of time researching and comparing different tires for me. I was given several different options and even offered a ride home since the wait was going to be a while. I opted to stay in the lobby where I was able to sit in comfortable chairs, have fresh coffee and watch tv. My car was even ready sooner than expected! I would 100% recommend Kost Tire in Daleville.
