Went into the covington township,pa store. It was snowing bad and my windshield wiperblade broke. Manny the store associate helped me replace my broken one. I'm extremely grateful to him. Keep up the good work.

My husband took my daughter’s car down to get windshield wipers last night, not only did they have them in stock the sales associate came out and installed them for him. He said the guy was super nice and went above and beyond what he expected.

Joseph B. was fantastic to work with, especially in Our last minute situation of needing a battery. He had great communication and answered all questions with great detail and patience. He also offered to check other possible issues before purchasing the battery. Highly recommend! Myself and my family will def be going back!

Since this place has opened I've tried to support them. I have made some dumb mistakes and purchased the wrong type of oil a few times. I tried to bring the oil back, of course I get an attitude from the short stub behind the counter. If this was the first time completing a return. I wouldn't care but this is the third time and every time I'm treated as if I'm lying and have stolen the product. Mainly because who ever completed the sale didn't add the sale to my account. So here we are again at another transaction where I have to prove Im not making up that I purchased something from this store even though they ask for my phone number with every purchase. I get upset finally, I buy the new oil and tell them I will throw the others out, at this point I'm free to leave and state I'll never buy anything from this store again. The manager tells me I can't leave... bro, I have stolen zero items, I've paid for my product and you're going to tell me I can't walk out your store? Oh if I wasn't in a better mood about life I would have let him have it a bit more. Not too mention the 4 employees standing around yapping when we got there with nothing better to do anyways. What a place. This place needs better management , better customer service and for the love of God teach your employees how to use your POS (POINT OF SALE), in case you managers don't know what that means. is. Not everybody is out to get your store, some of us actually tried to care about the place. Tried to support you. Not ever again though. I'll take my money else where.

To start with Joseph B is very friendly the type of person who treats you like a long time friend. I came in for a diagnostic test and he couldn't have been more professional , i was a very impressed . Don't hesitate to stop in for anything!

Usually when I walk into my local AutoZone in Indianapolis, it's like walking through the gates of Hell. The workers there have no clue what's going on and you're waiting in line while they ignore you and sit on the phone. NOT the case on the Daleville, PA store. I was in and out. Literally, the best AutoZone I've ever been too. GG boys. GG.

I went in to get new wipers. They Installed the new wipers. The first brand didn't fit correctly. So they removed them and found a brand that fit perfectly. Everyone there was very, courteous and helpful! I'll be back!

Pulled in with a mystery battery issue. Joesph B, Jared & Christian were absolutely amazing. They diagnosed the problem quickly, walked me through my options with courtesy, respect, humor, and without trying to upsell me on random stuff I didn't need. Everyone worked quickly & efficiently as a team & were good company while they were swapping out my battery. Stellar experience, would absolutely come back here if I (or my car) ever need anything.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by JARED, a remarkably warm and enthusiastic person. He quickly resolved a minor issue, and we were shortly on our way. The entire staff there was also friendly, accommodating, and attentive. It was an EXCELLENT experience, particularly as women in an automotive shop.

Incredibly happy we have an Autozone in town! We needed a parts store that doesn’t close early during week days and even earlier on the weekends when we really need to get parts. The store is well stocked, found everything I needed, and the employees are very nice

Called on August 22, 2025 at 11:45 AM about a 7.5 micro fuse. I asked for quantity and price. After 15 minutes total, he first came back with only quantity, then went back again just for the price. The employee sounded sleepy and slow, and gave no apology for the delay. Very disappointing service.
