This was our second time being towed by TowboatUS on Lake Wallenpaupack and they were great. Kevin was the captain on both occasions and helped get us back to our slip safely. I’d highly recommend their services if you have any boating issues on the water.
Kevin was fabulous. My boat just wouldn’t start, and the wind was blowing me towards the shore/rocks. He calmed me down over the phone and get to me with the tow boat in record time. His service was incomparable!
Captain Kevin was amazing. We didn’t end our day as planned and broke down on the way back to dock. Called and he was out quickly and not only tow us back to dock but put us in our slip as well. Very impressed with service and both men on the boat were amazing and professional!! Afterwards my little guy was looking at the tow boat and captain allow him to check out the boat and gave him some swag!!! This made the unfortunate break down a little more pleasant!! Thanks again and will continue to renew my membership for life!!!
The service was phenomenal. The guy who came to tow us was super patient professional and clearly a pro at what he does. He towed my boat to my dock in no time. The way he finagled the boat to get it into my dock slip was exceptional. Def recommend. They were there and had me towed in about 1 hr 4th of July weekend.
Needed my first ever tow and Kevin and his team made it an easy experience. He even contacted my own Marina and the mechanic came right down and repaired the boat. I won't get caught on the lake without TowboatUS!
Great service from phone call to on-boat help. The service man came very quickly, assessed the problem, and had us on our way within minutes. He was very polite and even waited to make sure we were on the move. I feel great knowing that I'm a phone call away from getting help should I need it. This is my second experience with TowBoatUS. On both occasions I had a day out on the water which I would not have had without this service!
Just had Kevin and his Crew tow me from WLE to Drift Cove Marina! Have been a Member since 1999 first time towed ! Kevin is professional, keeps you posted when he’s arriving very courteous and caring of your boat! Definitely will tell other boaters about his service! Thanks again Kevin
TowboatUS (Kevin & crew) did a fantastic job raising my pontoon boat out of the water in a dock slip. In less than a 24 hour period from when I first found out about my problem they had it raised and towed over to a launch which then they loaded it onto their trailer drained the water out of the toon and delivered it to a marina of my choice to begin repairs. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful are just some the words I would use to describe my experience. They work hand in hand with my Progressive insurance claims adjuster which also streamlined service and payment. I would strongly recommend having them as your “piece of mind” service provider on the water.

Captain Kevin is a gentleman - this is a marine rescue company with integrity - let them know the issue or issues and they will help however they can - clear and transparent - I felt as if he and the team were taking care of my property as if it waa thwir own... super pleased to have be a customer and know them for when need them again! Very helpful with going through the right procedures to getting towed. The tow boat Captain was very nice and informative with what he was doing. Great personality.
Our experience with Kevin and TowBoatUsNepa was amazing. Kevin took a really bad day and calmly and professionally turned it into an okay day. We broke down on Lake Wallenpaupack and the weather started getting rough, literally storms in the area, and our motorboat was tossed, if it wasn't for the courage of Kevin, our motorboat would be lost! We called Kevin at TowBoatUsNepa and he found us within 45 minutes, and promptly got us back to the safety of our dock. 10 minutes later the skies opened up with torrential downpours, you would not want to be out on that lake! Thank You Kevin and TowBoatUsNepa Lake Wallenpaupack for a job well done. Five Stars!
