I hit a deer and I was shocked at 1) how quickly they had it repaired and 2) the communication was top notch. Highly recommend.

Multiple areas on my truck were not fixed and I watched them take pictures of that. My trailer plug was never replaced. Decal not replaced. Rear quarter panel not re painted. Tailgate was not resprayed with bed liner like it came from factory. Screw this place. Ran it in the ground since the original owner

I hit a deer with my car destroyed my grill and radiator it was a mess. Chuck and his team are amazing. Called me every 2 days with updates very professional and compassionate. They were able to get my car done in about three weeks very quick and efficient. Plus they let me borrow a loaner car while mine was in the shop at no cost. I can't say enough great things about Chucks collision shop. When I picked up my car it looked perfect like a brand new car!!! Exceptional work would never know it was ever wrecked. Thank you so much Chuck & your entire team I appreciate you guys I will never entrust my vehicle with anyone else. I would give you 10 stars out of five!!! Very happy customer. Added a pic of my car after they finished the work.

I chose Chuck’s to fix my truck after a hit and run accident. They are wonderful to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. I did a preliminary estimate with them prior to the repairs and the man who initially helped was great. The lovely women behind the counter are so friendly and welcoming. My truck looks better than it did even before I got hit. I’m very happy with how it came out. They gave her a good wash too. I highly recommend them and will be coming here for all future repairs.

They did a excellent job on my car. Front end damage from a hit and run , looks like new, buffed out the couple of scratches on it, washed and detailed it. Highly recommend.

I was rear ended and took the vehicle to Chucks. They had the car for 5 days and upon getting the vehicle back they had done a fantastic job. I could not tell that I had been hit.

Your business was very understanding to the needs if your customers. You went out of your way to offer a free loaner car when our rental contract ended with Insurance company. We had a few minor issues when our car was done. Without any hesitation or excuses immediately fix these issues and again provided a free loaner car. All the staff I dealt with were never negative and had an understanding and positive attitude. Thank you , signed Mr Tarr.

I wish this rating system allowed for a zero star review or even a few negative stars. I took my vehicle in to have it diagnosed for frequent stalling problems and told Chuck and the lady who works the desk to call if the repair was more than a couple hundred dollars. They didn't even take a look at the vehicle for over a week (was in contact with them and asking about its status during that week, and was repeatedly told it hadn't yet been taken into the garage), then I received a call after more than a week went by and was told the car was ready and the cost would be $386. When I went to pick up the car, the lady had me wait for Chuck to come by to do the explanations. This was a bad sign. Apparently she felt uncomfortable explaining the situation herself, because I'm sure she could have, as she is quite mechanically knowledgeable. Anyway, Chuck said he put in a mass airflow sensor first and then decided to put in some plugs, and he went on about how it still has a rough idle and he hoped the plugs would work, and all this was in a lengthy and winding explanation that was clearly meant to say he tried, but the problem persisted. It's like he tried the airflow sensor and it didn't work and then he tried some plugs to cover up his misdiagnosis of a bad mass airflow sensor. Anyway, I paid what was due, even though I never authorized such a high repair cost. Even the bill was funny. The parts, labor, and tax came to $316, so I asked where the extra $70 came from. The desk lady could offer no reason for this discrepancy beyond "the computer kicks that out." Evidently their computer is set up to tack on a little extra for Chuck. The car started dying, FAR more often than before (it was only an occasional thing before this), on the same day that I retrieved it from Chuck's. I called Chuck a few days later saying the car is much worse now than when I took it in to his shop. He agreed to look at it again. It died on the drive there. He came with a tow truck to get it. A day later, he still hadn't looked at it, then he called at the end of the day after that to say he couldn't do anything.I guess he looked at it quickly at the last minute before closing up just to satisfy me, instead of making me wait a week again. I ended up getting it junked, towed from his shop, the next day after he called to tell me he couldn't do anything. Before I took it to him, it stalled but would restart and run. After he messed with it, it died all the time. I could barely put it in reverse before it died. If I could back it out of my parking spot, it died within a couple blocks at the most and then would often die again on startup. There was no apology from Chuck, no offer for a refund. When I was getting it junked at Chuck's, he seemed quite happy about the tow truck driver's inquiry to do business with him for some equipment, and he shamelessly spent the time I was there getting it lifted onto the tow truck talking to the driver, with a grifter's smile on his face, about potential new business transactions between them. Chuck expressed zero concern about my situation. He seems to be a greedy fellow who is perfectly willing to rip someone off, ruin their still-functional vehicle, then go about his day happily doing business with the tow driver picking up the vehicle he killed. Deciding to go to Chuck's Collision is as serious as a heart attack. I was warned about him once before, but he was suggested by my landlord when I was in the area from out of state for work. Frackers beware! If you need automotive work in the Waynesburg area, stay away from Chuck's Collision. It might be that he sees those out of state plates and his eyeballs turn into spinning dollar signs like in an old Warner Brothers cartoon. You're better off finding a local handyman for any simpler repairs, or if they're complicated, go to Morgantown or to some other shop in Greene County, perhaps Walt's Auto Clinic. Chuck's Collision is not the place for you. And even if I was a PA resident long term, I would be very leery of Chuck's Collision.
