I purchased a new battery today and had a very good experience at the Morrisville AutoZone. Gus was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional in both the purchase and his installing the battery. No question I will continue to do business there.
Out of state driver. Got a battery error (200pa) showing up on my dashboard. I asked a AutoZone worker to run a diagnostic. The female worker, mid 40s had attitude and didn't run the diagnostic thoroughly. She did not ask me to turn on high beams and AC to get reading for voltage.
I would ask outside drivers, especially not well versed engine mechanics to be cautious.
I went into the Waynesburg store and couldn’t find what I wanted. So I got into the checkout line and the person in front of me was completed. He then had a discussion with the worker that had nothing to do with auto care. I stood there for atleast 5 or 10 minutes as they continued their discussion fully aware that I was there. So I left.
So my AC in my car was running warm. I go to my local AutoZone in Waynesburg, PA and the people there were so helpful. They suggest first changing my filter to save me some money. Unfortunately it wasn’t the issue so I go back. I have never had to charge my AC before, so they helped me step by step fix it and now it works great! The people here are awesome and do such good work.
Excellent experience at this Auto Zone after I experienced car trouble on I-79. The diagnostic scan was accurate (broken VTEC pressure switch) and I was unable to continue my trip home to south east Virginia. They were extremely kind to me and very helpful in dealing with this situation. I called AAA and waited almost 2 hours in the store on an extremely hot day. Thank you for your help !!!
Ordered a part got the wrong one had an issue with trading the parts out then gave me a time it would be in and it's not there so another day wasted with no vehicle because telling them exactly what you need and getting it isn't a possibility unless you make 7 trips and 9 calls
Thee rudest most unfriendly people to deal with. My mechanic was fixing my car and I got a part from them that was faulty, got the new one and told her the mechanic said nobody called him back about the warranty, she looked at me and told me to leave. I was as kind and respectful as a person can be.
Use to love to go here for parts. Spent hundreds a month going here. Now you gotta make 2 trips or give a stranger you card info over the phone advanced autos right across the street they don't have any issues cheaper prices than auto zone.
Staff was very accomodating; spent a lot of time solving our problem. Driving at night; headlights went out a d we still had many miles to travel
Highly commend the young man and young lady who resolved the issue.
Autozone does a good job keeping stock of the most regularly needed supplies. It is rare that I go away without finding something to do what I need. At times their staff can be ineffective and should receive a bit more training.
The service associate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She checked everything out on my vehicle and exchanged my battery out for me since it was still covered under their warranty plan. I will definitely be going back there for my automotive needs.
The service that we receive from the ladies and gentlemen is ultimately unbecoming and straight forward

Always always always great service. I am always asked if I need help with anything and if I do they will look it up and tell me exactly what I need. They dont ever seem in a hurry or rushed while helping me. They are just great. As a female, with a little knowledge of cars and how they work I don't ever feel intimidated to going in there.
Young man who waited on me was very professional and patient. I can be a little cranky when things don't go my way, but didn't seem to phase him, he installed my new battery quickly and got me on my way. Great service!

While driving to Pittsburgh in some heavy rain, one of our windshield wipers broke. The nearest AutoZone was in Waynesburg, PA, so we decided to stop. We were waited on by Frank within a few minutes of entering the store. He was friendly and knowledgeable and within 5 minutes, he’d installed our new wiper and we were back on the road! Store 1809. I had an amazing experience. My car battery reached the end of its life when I was an hour away from home late at night. I have no idea how to replace a car battery and had been turned down by several auto shops because it was too late in the evening or because my car battery was too hard to get to (thanks Ford). Derrik saves my night and replaced my battery in the freezing cold and rain. Y’all my hand were frozen in my pockets and this wonderful human was still working on my car. This is a 5 star place in my books.
Every single time I've went to this location I've been given the wrong part or the employee had no idea what I was talking about. I feel that the employees should atleast have some knowledge if they're working at a car part store. They also take forever to get to customers because they're to busy talking or outside on their phone.
I don't recommend this place unless you already know what you are looking for and have basic car knowledge. I wouldn't recommend leaving it up to the employees here to assist in anything you may need to buy or information regarding products. If you are looking for a particular product, they do have a very large selection, you should just know what you are looking for.
Do you like making multiple trips to get the part that you should have received on the first trip? How about taking your car apart only to realize that the parts you picked up don't fit so you'll have to put everything back together to return to the store to ask for the part again? If so, this is the auto parts shop for you. An unwelcoming staff will gladly pretend to know what they are talking about and quickly order parts for you that don't fit your car. I've been going to AutoZone and Advance Auto for 15 years and It is always nice to know that some things never change! Thanks for wasting so many hours of my time. It's made for great stories over the years.
I took my moms car there to have the battery and alternator tested. Her battery was 5 months old from Walmart. They told me the battery had a dead cell and was only at 10.5 amps and needed replaced. So I bought a $130 battery and they installed it and we were on our way. The following day my mom called and was broke down so I had to go jump her car and we took it back to Auto Zone. The assistant manager tested the car and said the alternator was only charging at 18 percent and needed changed. I asked why they didn't say that the previous day and his reply was both were bad they just failed on 2 different days. He offered a 10 percent discount on a $125.00 alternator for the inconvenience and I went elsewhere to purchase 1 because they were incompetent to diagnose it properly putting me out a battery and an alternator.
Friendly and very helpful.... wouldn't go anywhere else..... Been given the runaround by to many parts stores and all you end up doing is losing time and money and end up at AutoZone to get what you need... so just save a couple nerves and go there first....
