Y'all deserve a glowing review!!!! My goodness where to start .. my flatbed tow trucks' serpentine belt and tensioner pulley decided to take a poop on me, far away from everyone in my life lol... Aaron was so kind and extremely helpful, from takin me down to Napa to get the parts. To actually putting them on, on the spot. And a huge thank you to the boss man ( I didn't catch your name) but I'll never forget Ms. Roxy (German shepherd) I owe you one for sure. Your kindness didn't go unnoticed. Until next time guys. Wrost repair i ever seen, I hit a deer with my car they took a 20 dollar box of wood screws and screwed it all togther. Highly do not recommend getting your car repaired here. Cob job professionals!

I hit a deer with my 2019 Tucson and Wade's did an excellent job repairing it. They did the repair very quickly and efficiently and my car looks good as new. Being as my car is black, I was very impressed at how great it turned out. I highly recommend them.

Everything went smooth from the first call till I picked it up! Looked like the day I bought it! Friendly staff and professional, quality work! I'm pretty picky and I recommend Wade's highly!

I hit a deer (again) and this time my wife set up to take it to Wade's. I had a fantastic rental from enterprise and it was clean and new and my car was kind of dirty and drab. When I picked up my car, not only was it fixed better than new, the inside was as clean as when I bought the car!! Every person I interacted with there was kind, courteous, friendly and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend this place!

If you want charged 1,000.00 for a tow and work stuff stolen out of your trunk and told it must've floated away (because it was in flood water) the heaviest things in the trunk but yet your hey dudes and wallet with no money didn't float way then by all means call them for a tow. And lied to on the phone by the guy that towed it about the time that it was towed. Bunch of lying crooks

I got hit in my front end they made it look brand new they even detailed the inside and basically redid my entire front end I'd say out of 5 stars they did 100 thank you guys!

This place is totally worthless. There pricing for towing in outrageous $725 to towel a car 8 miles. I think the state police got a cut of the money. Both are worthless

Another great transaction, in the past 6 months I’ve had two vehicles on for repairs. Unfortunately, my vehicle was in an accident so they replaced a fender, and it came back like a new vehicle! They even cleaned up the inside perfect, it looks great!

I have my truck in the shop with them now. Everything went smoothly with dropping it off and an estimated turnaround time. Very reasonable on the quote. I'm very happy with my service so far. I will update after repairs have been done.

Absolute joke of a business. Will never go to again. Does not give updates on car. Left it uncovered in the pouring rain multiple times after being asked multiple time to cover it. Said it was ready to pick up knowing that they did not fix everything in hopes we would not notice. The guy and woman we spoke with were extremely rude, mouthy, and disrespectful the entire time.

I damaged the bumper and side door of my Ford Explorer, and took it to Wade's to get repaired. Lisa and her team did an amazing job! Not only did they fix the damaged areas, but they also offered to do some touch up on another another blemish. Now, my vehicle looks practically brand new! I couldn't be happier with the job they did and feel they provided excellent value for the money I spent.

Wife and I were in a jam late night on a Saturday. Truck overheated and needed towed, etc. One call to Wades and they had us towed, by the next morning the truck was done and good as new!! Thank you for taking such good care of us and our vehicle!!

My husband hit a deer in our 22 Toyota Corolla and caused a ton of damage, they worked directly with our insurance I think and our car was picked up next day and they had it done in amazing time for as much damage as it had. I have zero complaints and our car literally looked brand new again!

After waiting 3 hours for AAA to tow us off of I79 we called Wade’s and they came right away. Never waiting on AAA again when Wade’s can save the day…. Or night in this case. Thank you!!

I had an accident and crack my passenger side front bumper, They did a phenomenal job fixing my car And had it done within 3 days of it being there.. Thanks Wade for a job well done... I will recommend more people to you all..

We took our vehicle in and got an estimate on services, they not only did what we got an estimate for, but they had it almost a month. They ended up breaking other things and did replace them at their cost, but they also did other things without asking permission from us first and stuck us with a huge bill. I would never go to them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else!!!!!

don't call if you've had an accident. if they think they have you over a barrel, they stick it to you. $500 to pull a car out of a ditch and haul it 3 miles. there oughta be a law against that kind of highway robbery.

Horrible crew. For moving a mobile home. Ripped my electric panel out of my mobile home. Did not have it properly leveled the first time. Left stuff laying around. We had to go get block and tires that they were to get. Only place that seems to move homes. But suck at it. They wouldn't even pay for damages

Had them come out for a jump. Initially didn't work, but the man was very helpful. He ran back to the shop to grab a different jumpstarter, and it started right up with that. I'd recommend them.

We just had our truck evaluated. In a matter of a few minutes talking with a gentleman, we felt confident we would get an honest assessment of our issue. Friendly, welcoming, and we immediately felt like our business was valued. Made an appoimtment right away.. in a matter of 10 days we will be taken care of! And the estimate was very reasonable!

Wade's came promptly and treated my car great. My car quit at a busy spot but it only took the guy a few minutes to have the car on the truck and we were on our way. The truck was immaculately clean. The driver was super nice. We had a pleasant chat and listened to KLove. Would highly recommend Wade's towing serviced

Paid almost 300 for a tow less than 20 miles and then had truck for over a week! Still not fixed after paying 400 to repair! The seal was broke leaking power steering fluid and you driver was told. We had mecanic come look at it and knew the issues. Sadly, blindly trusting you has cost us almost 700 and the vehicle was returned with same issues and not repaired.

My wife and I broke down on I79 south 2 hours from our home..Our auto club called Wades Towing and Frame, Thank God..The driver got to where we were and loaded our car and took us to his family run shop..He said if we can find the part we will have you fixed and back on road today..He said here's the keys to my personal car take it, Go get yourselves something to eat we will call you when it's ready..By far went way above and beyond making a bad situation, ok...I highly recommend this facility for any of your auto needs..

I was unsure where to take my truck being from out of state but wades had good reviews so I took my truck there and I was impressed to the fullest they got my truck done right in a timely manner had excellent front desk courtesy service they were friendly and I would mention something and they got on it before I could finish what I was saying. I’m very happy to have taken my truck there and highly recommend to locals and any out of town Oilfeild worker needing to get anything do to there vehicle
