Everyone there is wonderful! Everyone was so helpful! My car looks brand new again! I can't thank them enough. They even took care of my rental car. I couldn't be happier. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I do, Jennings is the only place I will take my vehicles! Highly recommend thank you Everyone!
I hit a deer back in May, my car had gone into the shop June 10th. I was told it was going to be a 4 day job, possibly 5 and get my car back the following Monday. Unfortunately, wrong parts were ordered, we weren’t notified until last minute and were kept out of the loop unless we called them. Took them 2 weeks to fix my car completely, they did mess up the bumper when it came to sand blasting (I assume) and there’s small scuffs at the very center of the bumper. I don’t exactly know what had happened. Thankfully it’s not noticeable unless you’re up close to it and actually looking for imperfections. I’m honestly thankful that it was repaired. Before the deer, the previous owner must’ve hit something or someone hit them so there was a huge scuff on the black. But now it’s gone thanks to a deer! Not my first rodeo sadly? They also had replaced my tow hook, and allowed me to keep the old one, AND ordered a front license plate mount since mine was only being held on by 2 bolts. (First pic is before the deer where you can just barely see the scuff from previous owner)
They took good care of my vehicle and the customer service was great. They made the process with insurance easy and when I picked up my car I noticed they had even vacuumed my floor mats. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you!

Not only did they have my car ready earlier than the Jennings Auto Body team had estimated, it was also washed and the interior was cleaned and vacuumed!
Since I could not pick up till after the body shop was closed, they took it to the Jennings auto dealership in Chambersburg for me to pick up.

A deer hit my vehicle, which was an unfortunate circumstance, but Jennings was so great to work with! They kept me up to date with everything going on with my vehicle. Jennings did a fantastic job fixing all the damage from the deer, and my car is as good as new! Although I hope I don't have an experience again where I need to go to them, if I need any work on my car, I will definitely go to Jennings!
I love this place. The guys here are the sweetest and most professional group of guys. The work from my experience is remarkable. The prices are achievable. I will check with Jennings on Grant street before anywhere else in Franklin County. Thanks guys! My Journey is riding better than when I bought her.The work did take a little longer than was expected but I was informed of why at all times. There were more issues than they could see from the estimate but I was still charged the same. They washed my car and vacuumed the front seats. I wasn't without a car thanks to their help. Hands down best body shop I've ever dealt with.
