I’m very thankful for the ladies in the office and the forklift operators. I had made an error on my part but the office staff took care of it and me right away and were very kind and friendly.

Hands down great experience. Clean office, ladies in the office are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Offered up jump box if needed, safety vests were on hand. Yard was in great condition, guy running the loader was very nice and helpful when we had a question.
Only thing that was missing would be markers so you know what row you are in. But not really complaining about that because staff made up for it with great service. Highly recommend this Copart should be the company standard. We look forward to purchasing from here in the future.
“Runs and Drives” was a lie. it was my first time dealing with copart, the fees felt like a scam, the car’s fuel pump was sabotaged(the contacts inside the fuel tank were bent) so it did not run and drive) which tells me that the fuel pump was sabotaged after it was dropped off at copart.
Terrible experiences with the customer service at this location. The manager, Adam is very poorly trained, inconsiderate and should be required to work somewhere that doesn’t allow human interaction.
Great experience at Copart Chambersburg. I’m not transporter not shop owner, I’m just non-licensed retail buyer. While many other locations don’t like to deal with buyers like me, at this location all the staff treated me so well. Easy and smooth process buying run and drive donated vehicle.

Even tho my key to the car wasn't present, the offered a suitable solution. And to this day I havent encountered any of the nasty dispositions that I've found at other locations.
I don't think this industry is really geared to serve "retail buyers" but that's what I am. I bought a salvage vehicle for my own personal use via Copart. While it was a little daunting to figure out, the office team was helpful and the fellow who set the vehicle on my rented trailer with a giant forklift was friendly and careful. I'd recommend you watch a youtube tutorial on how to use the transportation app, if picking up yourself, so you can setup an appointment and won't put them on the spot like I did. Despite my lack of knowledge, the process was good overall. I'd deal with this group again. Nice clean pick up lot without debris was a plus. Thank you!
Great place. The women in the office (Holly and Danielle)are extremely helpful with friendly professionalism. The guy (Steve) who runs the lift and brings you your car is the exact same way. They are so easy to work with and happy to help. I love it when Customer service representatives actually make it seem they came to work just for you, and enjoyed helping you!
My insurance company had my truck towed there, they weren't supposed to. But the CoPart employees were super nice and helpful in me getting my truck back. Huge thank you to all of them.
We went to the window to attempt to get a title transferred where we were unsuccessful in getting any response. I then went to the website to get my name in the queue for service. The website indicated that the wait time was 10 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, went in the front door and was treated very badly. When I arrived home 15 minutes later, I got a text saying a representative was available. Really???
Manager tricked me into leaving the lot with the car after I found 8k worth of damage that was not in the listings. Now I’m out the money and they won’t help me. The general manager at this location needs to be fired. I’m not the one to leave bad reviews either as I own a business myself and value every positive review. Unfortunate. Maybe one of their cars needs to be completely backed into with a fork lift and then be told it’s on them.
My fiancé and I own our on transportation business and are constantly at this location. This location is super quick, efficient and easy to work with. Got lots of flood cars at this location and seems like new employees as well. These guys are all great and I love working with them!! They’ve got a great system going , you get loaded as you come in (they do go by appointments). I’ve been to multiple other locations where there is absolutely no order whatsoever and they load who they feel like loading (or if you give them money you’ll definitely be loaded first) but this location doesn’t do that which is great. They’re fair about loading their transporters and I appreciate that greatly!
Would have gave 5 stars but the forklift driver broke the oil pan ac condensor radiator oil cooler and fan assembly and those parts are not cheap for a V-12 Mercedes ?♂️
Friendly and professional people. They answered every question I had about vehicles on their lot. Even gave me a bright green reflective vest to wear while inspecting vehicles.
Huge lot of cars for auction!! GPS was a little tricky but if you look for a nickel auto parts shop near a burger king your in the right area. Service desk was a breeze and when the driver brought the car on a fork lift he even placed it gently on the tow truck for us!! Amazing place :)
