I was referred by another trusted local shop. I own a car with a Ecoboost engine, more specifically a Lincoln. After removing the vehicle from storage, the engine light illuminated. He analyzed every possible issue trying to avoid the most expensive fix, the timing chain. Lo and behold, solenoids and conventional oil (an oil change place had used) caused bucking, poor acceleration, and rough idling.
He was personable, informative, friendly and verified his work. He explained that he took my vehicle on 3 test drives to verify it would continuing to run smoothly. His prices are extremely (almost shockingly) reasonable. My car is running so smoothly!
I got a newer car and it had a ticking noise under the hood. Tom had it for almost 2 hours and checked everything only to find no problems. He didn't charge me an arm and a leg for diagnosis and was very prompt. He assured me everything was in working order. He even straightened out my headlights since one was pointing higher. I highly reccomend this garage and will be returning for future work
