My daughter's pickup truck broke down outside of Erie. It was recommended to take it to Goodbans. They were very prompt at telling her what was wrong and how much it would be. It turned out there was a few more things that needed replaced. We were very happy with the work and good communication with them.

Great experience and decent prices, also very helpful, would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a tow either from one place to another, after a wreck, or even just after a breakdown, they also do a great job on repairs. Everyone that works there is very kind in my experience.
We got stuck in a ditch during the current snow storm. Called this company because we were pretty far from home and it was the only place in the area open with towing services. They got there in a decent amount of time, were super friendly, and got us out super quick and was very understanding about our financial situation and worked with us, just overall turned a bad night into a more pleasant experience! I will recommend this company to anyone I know when given the opportunity.

Timely service, professional, and very reasonably priced. Our 16 yr old daughter had a flat tire, an hour away from home and at 8:30 at night. I called Goodban and they anticipated at least a 1/2 hour wait time until the driver could be on site. They arrived, completed the tire change and had taken payment within less than 25 minutes. They were professional in every way and I would highly recommend and use them again.

We were traveling through the area on a Sunday night on our first day of vacation when we discovered bad problems with the wheel on our van. The lugnuts were loose on a tire and we had damaged the tire with our driving. We called Goodban Towing Sunday night and the tow driver did some calling and said they were able to get us in as soon as we arrived at their shop the next morning. We grabbed a nearby hotel for the night and as soon as we arrived at their garage on Monday morning they called around and got us a wheel with a tire and got it all set up on our van and got us back on the road about as quick as anybody could. They were vacation savers. We made it to see friends and the ocean. Thank you Goodban!

Bob, the owner, was incredibly helpful and a part-time counselor when i was stranded on the side of the road over night 3 hours away from home. He worked on my vehicle the second he walked in the door and focised on getting me home until the job was complete. To boot it was INCREDIBLY fair priced!

Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with! I want to give zero stars. Charged us $350 for a 2 mile tow and 2 nights storage. Then were super rude to us, and would accept cash only. Dont ever use this place!
I can say that I had ever been treated with the nicest hospitality people in my emergency situation. I was 3 hrs from my job that I was picking up materials and just got back on interstate and lost power. Long story short...I sat in a warm office and chatted with the proprietor for over 4 hours. Felt like a visit with family. This is a family ran business and they are straight forward and very reasonably priced. I think the best service a person can receive is from home town folks. In today's Hussle and short cut society we forget the great service of the small local business's over speed and efficient programmed world. So sad because I think I'm lucky to probably be last generation that didn't live for speed and materials over feelings. Where we sat together and ate and watched TV as a family. I met just such people today that we are the last of the best generation. I want to thank Ron Goodban and his family and knowledgeable and honest garage mechanics. Thanks so much 😊
