I was on the highway yesterday, and my truck broke down off of the freeway! I coasted into a phantom fireworks parking lot, and luckily had the tools on board. I found that my belt tensioner failed, and I was 2 hours away from home! I called Napa, and they were there to deliver parts to the parking lot I was stuck in. I was extremely grateful for this, I was able to fix it in 30 minutes and get back on the road. Thank you for the great customer service, I really do appreciate it! Was driving from New Hampshire home to Wisconsin and ran into fuel problems on my truck. Happened to be the closest store I could get to. The young lady working the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great place and thank you for the help.
The bad attitude I received was totally unnecessary. I work for a company that does a lot of business with Napa. Not that I’m beating my chest and demanding respect, the glare and non response to when I say thank you doesn’t sit well with me. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
The two ladies weren't very friendly at all the were as friendly as a old snapping turtle , an almost bit off my face when I did get a one word answer back 🥺😲😓just unbelievable 🤨🙄walked away from me as i was asking them to look up the part i was looking for an willing to listen to me n just continued the conversation about personal life things and one was talking on cellphone to non coustmer i just quickly walked away and went to advice auto a little further down the road for assistance and very useful information =>
5/29/21 (traveling down 90 and have a problem? This place is the best!) I'm not from PA ... But this morning we were heading from New York to Ohio and all of a sudden our alternator died on our truck we pulled over on the PA welcoming center exit and didn't know where to begin or who to call. (We decided to call NAPA because it was the closest and I had remembered Napa had always been great to me no matter which location I had gone to.) The gentleman that answered the phone was very positive and very helpful immediately ...When we joked about offering to bring the product to us to help us out considering we know nobody and it's 2 hours either way for somebody to help us he immediately agreed to not only bring the parts but also bring the tools to help us fix the issue! Both the gentleman and women (manager on duty) were extremely helpful, kind and went way over our expectations! I hope these employees are treated as well at that establisment as they treated us! Helpful staff. Great location only 10 minutes from home. I thought I needed a new battery for my car but they tested my battery and I don't need one. They could very easily have said yes you need one and sold me a battery that I don't need. I will recommend them.
The staff is willing to take the time to find a uncommon part.
