Came in to get some simple parts. Said they had the parts. They pulled them and ended up being the wrong parts which they already knew they were the wrongs parts i can prove it the dude told us they were "racing parts". Told us they could pull the right parts for the right car but we have to pay first all but 30 minutes before they close and wouldn't have the parts ready till the next day. Shady business. Have to pay first for them to pull your parts. Which at that point let people pull their own parts so they know what they are getting then pay for it?
Someone hit and ran my car and messed up my rear end . This place said they have a 8.8 rear end for a 2007 Ford mustang gt and they guaranteed it was the right part . Started to take it apart to find out it's a 7.5 rear end . They sold me the wrong part for $600 and will not allow me to return it because I had to take it apart from all the junk parts they left on it . So y'all not only screwed me but y'all took food off of my families table. After this they will never get my business again. This is b.s and y'all know it.

Went here thinking there was a hole in my tire. Mechanic came out and confirmed. Bought a used tired and had it mounted thinking it was a emergency. When I left my tire pressure light was still on. Come to find out I didn't need a tire in a emergency because it was my back one that was low. And the tire I had changed the Mechanic put 68 psi in when my car is 44psi max!!! Went back and got my old tire to confirm there wasn't a hole in it, ask dud how many psi was put in he said at least 40. When I told him not it's 68 he said his equipment must be broken. Was told pretty much o well I was lied to. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
If I got the wrong business here, let me know. But the A1 Automotive tow truck ran a red light nearly hitting me. Then proceeded to follow me around for a few blocks before disappearing. He never stopped so I could thank him personally for his bad driving!
Not very friendly people. But I got a really good deal on tires I needed for inspection, and I was in and out in 5 minutes, so I'm definitely not complaining.
Recently went to A-1 auto to purchase a new engine for my 05 civic just to drive 45 minutes home to my mechanics shop and to find out 2-3 weeks later (due to him being busy) that the engine was all screwed up because of something about the Honda it was taken out of had been hit from the front so badly that it had effected the engine I had purchased and he didn’t feel safe putting it into my car. I lost the receipt however I came in with emails/card statements that shows exactly what I had bought from them so there’s legit are no difference from a receipt, they also said they couldn’t pull it up on their computers either apparently.... all of that just to be rudely serviced and turned around. The lady in the front had claimed to of told me about the receipt on the phone but she didn’t just the time they’re open til. Which resulted in me wasting $751 so unless you know more about cars than I personally do and you can remember where you put your receipt lol I highly do no recommend also the people in the front are very rude and aren’t very kind speaking people. I will never put a cent into this place again. Horrible experience. Hopefully someone can learn from my experience and be smarter because these people don’t give a damn once they have your hard working money just like everyone else in businesses like these.
Was told tires don't need to be balance just so they could get an extra 15 bucks bc they do not balance tires. And then was rude and condescending on the phone. You cannot lie to customers and stay in business long.
It took WAAAAAY too long to get the part we went there for. They knew we were coming and we drove almost an hour just to wait about an hour or longer. Tbh they should have had it ready.
The last 3 times I went in i was Ignored! The girl working the counter said "She'd be with me" then ingnored me and was on her phone the whole time, People were walking past me and nobody offered to help, I waited...and waited...and waited.. I just wanted to get a tire put on, If you wanna spend all day sitting around and being ignored then by all means go to this place
Horrible experience, had me drive in, I live 45 minutes away, just to pay so that they would pull the part. They would not accept payment over the phone. Said part would be pulled for next day. I came back 5 days later only to find out that they lost my receipt and never pulled the part. Extremely poor customer service. Don't do business with these people.
I always find what I need here, these guys are very friendly & try to help you in any way possible... I have bought several parts from there and will continue to do so.
the guys here act like you're bothering them I always get the worst customer service. That and they'll sell you parts that are no good. For example I bought a cv axle that had a torn boot and they wouldn't refund me my money. Pay the extra money and buy your stuff brand new
One on the west side has really good service and was very helpful. The one on the fast side however ripped me off the whole way around the board. Put junk parts on my car and then gave me a hard time about it.
Service was friendly and took personal responsibility for his mistake (thing of the past) price was half of local yards. Drove 3.5 hours to go there. Yard worker helped me load 250 poubd trans into my trunk and put down thick plastic to keep trans fluid from staining my trunk mat. A+ experience all the way around.
Try amazon or an online shop before going here you might get a brand new part for a cheaper price or it will be just a couple bucks more.
I've tried twice now to get used parts from this place. First they wanted to charge me $80 for a third brake light that sounded kinda high to me so i went on amazon and found one brand new for $53 and that's with shipping. Second and final time a I will ever try to get parts from here I needed a tail light assembly they told me $60, I told him I found it on amazon for $41(I didn't want to wait on the shipping) he replied well that's where you should go. So that's what I'm going to do.
Just called to see if they had Volkswagen parts as I am in need of a new seatbelt anchor. The very impolite guy who answered the phone didn't listen to a word I said. He asked what kind of car and I repeated myself, and said Volkswagen. He said, "there are a lot of different types of Volkswagens..." So I said, "it's a 99 GTI." He said "a Jetta GTI, a Golf GTI...?" to which I responded, "a Golf GTI." He then asked the year (which I just told him). So I replied, "a 99." In the end, they had no parts for my car and to top off my conversation with this guy, he proceeded to say "you must not call for parts that often." So I agree with the previous comment that they have poor service and the staff are incompetent.
