The item I was purchasing was damaged before I received it. The staff initially attempted to hide the damage and then gave me several conflicting explanations for why it was supposedly my fault. One explanation was that I didn’t pick up the part immediately, and since they don’t have a warehouse, it was likely damaged in storage. I went to pick it up just four days after they said it was ready. Later, they changed their story and claimed the damage had been there the whole time. When I refused to accept the part, the situation escalated, the staff became aggressive, and I felt physically threatened. I also only received a partial refund. I do not believe this business is trustworthy and strongly recommend others stay far away. I suggest reading their other reviews to see similar experiences.
Not a good place they stole my car and then made it seem like they couldn't help me get it back and now they own it according t0 them. Perfectly working vehicle gone.
Amazing, empathetic and awesome salvage company. Every person we have worked with here has been fantastic. Our car died and we decided it was better to salvage than repair. We were miles and miles away from home. They promptly towed our car. They were incredibly accommodating. And they offered a very fair price. I cannot speak more highly od this company.
Great people with great services, the women at the front desk went out of they’re way to make sure I got what I needed I came in at almost closing time and they still made it happen with no complaints I will be back for sure!!!
Tried to have my car towed by them at a scheduled time they set. Come to find out they aren’t available until way later then they said. Truly a lack of professionalism and general organization. Recommend anyone other then this
I bought a transmission from them used. I took it to a certain shop. All he did is take the pan out and seen a whole bunch of clutch material and thick metal he put the pan back on and said nope not putting it in. I tried to take the transmission back because it’s that pacific shop. They said no I can’t get my money back if it was the other shops, they said, yeah they will give me my money back, I don’t think it’s fair a lot of money on the line to throw away. They said they got it driving, but I bet you they didn’t go through all the Gears it might not blown now, but it will soon all I’m asking is for my money back and it’s not right
Terrible people. Unfairly threatened to tow a teenage girl. Forced her to walk to an atm in the dark to get them cash (would not accept any other payment) while arguing with another teenage girl in the car next to her because they were doing the same to both young girls. Neither child’s car was up on their tow truck so they should not have charged them a $200 drop fee. The girls were bullied into it. When calling to complain, company representatives failed to care to rectify the situation. I wouldn’t recommend people like this to anyone for anything.
The staff there is always very helpful and friendly.. I was able to get the parts I needed and leads on other hard to find parts.. Would highly recommend this place of business!!

Best Auto Salvage shop in the city.. friendly staff and reasonable prices. Went there for a part wasn't sure exactly if I need a piece of the part or the entire kit...Al help he out and help me save a few bucks in only getting exactly what I needed....2 THUMBS UP THANK U
There tow driver Alex is very polite and courteous. I first called about a flat tire and while I waited I was listening to music and drained my battery. He was so patient and understanding, especially since I had my grandkids with me and they were asking him a thousand questions. I recommend him for all your service calls.
Very dishonest people.
They try to give me an old battery that is no match what so ever to the old one. And they was trying to be sneaky and put it in my car without showing it to me first. Iam sure they new they didn't have it. Instead of being honest and trying to rip me off.
I also asked to use the bathroom and i was denied the use of bathroom.
Iam pretty sure for this Cain of business, they need restroom for its customers.

I dropped off my car for a minor repair. Rode my bike to work. Their sign in the window said they would be open till 5, their website said they would be open till 5, google said the same. I started calling repeatedly at 3:00 and got no answer. Finally I went to pick up my car at 3:40, it was locked, they had my only key and all the lights were off.
I missed picking up my daughter from the bus and she got very freaked out by it, and I needed my car for other reasons. I finally had to call the tow number to get an answer and they acted like they didn't care at all about my inconvenience. That was my problem. I wasn't rude with them at all, but I felt very disrespected. Like I just didn't matter to them at all
BEWARE. We are another salvage business who ordered a 1999 Mercedes headlamp for a customer. This is a GLASS lens, not plastic. The box arrived in perfect condition, no damage. Upon opening, there is a very thin layer of bubble wrap on top where the lens is and peanuts underneath and on the sides. NOT ON THE TOP. The lens was completely smashed. Jennie was notified by email immediately with pictures and she sent an email back stating there was insurance on it and to take it up with USPS. After talking to our local Post Master, we discovered that there is NO INSURANCE on the shipment (SHE LIED) and that because there is no damage to the box and we were not the shippers, there wasn't much we could do other than have the shipper take care of reporting the damage. We made several phone calls in couple of days to get nowhere and Erie basically told us to rub salt. We also realized how much they gouged us on shipping. She charged $35 for shipping and on the shipping label she paid $16.60... Wow. IN ALL OF OUR YEARS PROVIDING SHIPPING SERVICES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS - WE HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. IF THE ITEM WAS POORLY PACKAGED AND BROKEN BECASE OF OUR NEGLIGENCE WE WOULD REFUND THE CUSTOMER IN FULL. BECAUSE IT WOULD BE OUR FAULT!! SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE.
Terrible costumer service!
I bought a part from them. I asked where can I get rid of my old part? He mentioned a place that I tried to Google, but I didn't find it because I didn't know how to spell it correctly. I asked if he can spell it, he said angrily, "I am busy. Go figure it out on your own!" I know it's not part of his job, but that is super bad costumer service. All I asked for is a spelling. Look at the other reviews. They literally waste hours of wait time on their costumers and not willing to spend a few seconds to spell a name.
If I could give -10 stars I would My husband and I were looking for parts for a 2002 vehicle. He was quoted $65 dollars. When we showed up it was now $85 Dollars. We decided we would look elsewhere.. We then called today and they "d us a $150. The phone call dropped called back I'm assuming I spoke to an owner female manager who was absolutely rude rude told me not sure why the technician said 150 because it should have been 130. I then ask her how did they price these parts after a few choice words back-and-forth she told me why are you doing business here go elsewhere.. During this hard times with the pandemic there are so much negativity but I think this place has always been negative so I would give this a -10 stars and do not put your money here Cause they will not back their parts they will not back their prices and they will not back the customer
Called and scheduled to have a car picked up for scrap. Was given a general time estimate that they’d arrive for pickup and provided all info necessary for the pickup. No one ever came nor did I ever receive any other communication from the business on the matter.
Very unprofessional and rude to deal with. We wanted to confirm a ratio for a rear end. It ended up being wrong when we got the part back. Called to let them know and they told us if we don't get the part back in 30 days they are going to sue us. Would never recommend them to anyone after this. They are threatening to sue over THEIR mistake!!
They are very rude And hang up on you and tell you your harassing them when you just want your money that they took for the core and when they charge you 50.00 for a core and deliver your part. They won’t pick the core up you have to deliver it to them. You think if that was the policy that information should have been told to us from the start. I have been in Buisness 30 years and have never had this much problems with a salvage yard. I do not recommend this place
Mixed experience with these guys... if you can avoid getting parts from them, I would advise that. No cash back on unneeded parts, THEY gave me the wrong part, couldn't provide the correct part, and couldn't get my money back. I got a credit due piece of paper with an amount that was -20% of my original price for a "restocking fee" I could see all that if I ordered the wrong part, but it was on them, and they should have done me right, did me dirty in my opinion.
Oh yeah, then apparently you only have 30 days to spend the credit on the due slip, or you lose your credit. Not a good look at all fellas. I won't do business with EAS unless it is out of desperation, necessity, or both.
They lost my trust on that one.

Called them about a tire and they say yes they have it so I drive all the way over there, out of my way, and sit and wait for a half hour for them to finally tell me they don't have it and someone didn't take it out of the computer inventory!!! I was furious to say the least but this is the 2nd time they've done this to me, they will no longer receive any of my business!!! So beware if you call them for parts better have them go look and confirm they actually have the part you need. Customer service is basically a 1 star!
I live in a apt that hires these guys to remove cars parked in our parking spots. There is a sign saying 24/7 they will tow. I have called them many times and get no answer. I called when they are open was told that after hour calls are to go to the tow driver but never does. What good are they if they do not answer there phone.
