Very fast friendly and communicates with customer so u know when where what and why doesn't leave u hanging around wondering . if I could give 10 stars I would !!
Robert responded quickly and had my Jeep running in no time. He got me in the Jeep quickly and got it running and even came back an hour later to jump the battery again so I could get it straight to a garage. He also quoted me at more than half the cost for a tow that another company had quoted (I didn’t end up needing it), he even threw in the battery jump for free since he was already there. I paid him more to come back and do it again though LOL. He’s fair and reasonable when others are price gouging. That shows wonderful character for a business these days and as a single mom on a budget I need to be able to work with companies that are fair.
This business was contracted to tow our vehicle through Erie insurances’ roadside service. We waited for our tow only to find out that it was cancelled by this business. I’m the one that had to call to find this out after waiting a lengthy time, nobody from North County bothered to relay this information to us. Unprofessional if you ask me! I know times are crazy but don’t say you’re going to do something and not follow through, especially when you leave people with a stranded vehicle at 10:00 at night!
When I called to confirm what my insurance company set up for me, the person who answered the phone acted like I was bothering him by even calling, responded with "whatever" to a question I genuinely needed an answer to, and then hung up. I called back and it rang over ten times before I hung up and called from my fiance's phone... It was then answered immediately and the employee was quite irritated to find that it was me calling back. I only called to relay certain delivery instructions as I was unable to be with the vehicle when it would be picked up. Upon delivery the driver made no conversation, ignored all interaction and seemed bothered to even have to work. Overall terrible experience with this company, would not recommend to my worst enemy.
So I was informed that they messed up my neighbors yard and when my husband called to tell them what happened, the guy was rude and threaten “to handle it himself”
But I will say they were quick.. just need to work on how you talk to your clients….
I had my car towed after it sat for a while so I could fix it, he was really fast and professional about it and affordability priced!!! 100% will recommend
After calling every company who unlocks cars in Erie and no one showing up they showed up (I wish I would’ve asked the guys name but I believe he had a pony tail!) he came to save the day, arrived very fast earlier than estimated time and quickly unlocked my car and went above and beyond very sweet! I recommend this company
Left his flatbed at the end of the driveway on a very tight street. Could barely access our driveway. Called him and asked to move, said he couldn't leave and hungup on me. Very unprofessional and kind of a jerk on the phone. Hung up on me mid conversation, very unprofessional, hope he doesn't talk to his customers that way.
I was very satisfied with the service I received from North County Automotive today. Robert (I believe the owner) was very curteous and nice. He gave a time and was very prompt arriving. I informed Robert over the phone the hurdle a previous towing company had and he stated no problem, that he would be able to tow it. He was very knowledgeable and quoted me 1/2 the price of the company who needed to wait for a dolly. I highly recommend North County Automotive for your towing needs.
I had a tire go flat on me in the middle of the night and it was pouring down raining… I called every single one of the big towing companies or roadside assistance companies in Erie Pennsylvania that I am aware of in that Google listed… I am in the car business and have been for a long time and I couldn’t get one of the other big companies who have 20+ trucks to come and help me or even answer the phone for that matter… I called this gentleman he answered in two rings and he was there in 25 minutes he was extremely fair on his pricing and extremely professional and he will be my go to guy for me and all my customers from here on out great job!

This is the worst company ever . Request someone else from aaa . The owner who took my call was absolutely horrible. Should never talk to a customer let alone a woman like he did.
The man who fixed my daughters car was amazing and so awesome. It’s a shame he works for someone like that .
The tow company caused over $1,000 worth of damage to my car when it was being towed to the dealership just from having an overheating engine. They don’t know where to properly place their j hooks. My panel and AC condenser were broke because of this. J hooks go on the frame not the panels and AC condenser. So not happy.
I was stranded on the 90 and had waited an hour for my Onstar roadside assistance to send someone, I ended up finding a private person to tow us but in the meantime mike from north county automative was dispatched to come, I was able to stop him and while talking with him, he offered to find me a place to get a tire and offered to change my tire to help me get back onto my trip south. He also offered to find me a tire to get me home. I did not end up being able to use him but he was extremely honest and kind, I really needed to hear a friendly helpful voice while stranded away from home. I would recommend them for their customer service alone!
