Ruben was knowledgeable, prompt, and honest which I could not appreciate more when I needed roadside assistance. I cannot recommend him and his company Beluga enough to those searching for competent roadside assistance.
Reuben, the owner, was fantastic. He came quickly and got to work right away. My brother had such a bad flat that the tire came off and the spare was needed. Even though his spare was rusted to the underside of the truck Reuben quickly solved that problem and had the spare on in no time.
The $80 was well worth the expertise and speed with which he solved the problem. I’ll be recommending him for all Erie roadside needs in the future .

He is a reliable and dependable man, he's very negotiable when it comes to price, he helped my buddy Eric get his car to the mechanics after his tire popped, highly recommend going with him to get a tow.
Ruben from Beluga Roadside Assistance in Erie, PA helped me with a company car that needed to be towed at the Angola Service Area in Angola, NY. Called this gentleman at 12:30 am at night answered on the third ring. Asked a couple question said he be right out. Showed up fast and was quick to get the tire changed. He even went the extra mile and followed us around 20 miles to make sure we were good. Highly recommend!!

Nothing ruins a ho hum Thursday like heading out to work only to find your car with a flat tire in the driveway. I contacted my roadside assistance provider who dispatched Beluga Roadside Assistance to change my flat tire. Ruben was truly a lifesaver! He arrived quickly (seriously, within 15 minutes!!), was professional, efficient and kind! He wouldn’t even accept a tip and had me back in business in less than 10 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about the great service I received and would recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully I won’t need to, but if I find myself immobilized again Beluga Roadside Assistance will be my first call!!

I had a flat tire and they came so fast to help! He saw I had a nail in my tire and gave me the option to either use my spare or he could patch it for me! He explained why it would be a better choice, so I didn’t need to go out and spend money on new tires immediately, and then proceeded to walk me through each step of the process. Making sure I didn’t have any other holes or leakage! He was incredibly knowledgeable and kind! I would recommend this service to anyone I know! 10/10 thank you!!!

We are from Ohio traveling to upstate NY when our van died on I 90 east of Erie about two miles before the NY border. Beluga Roadside Assistance was courteous from the first phone call and let me know what it would cost. He kept me updated with texts as he found his way to us. He was able to recommend a repair garage and got us there safely. He stayed until we had worked out the details, recommended a local hotel, and dropped us off there on his way to his next job. Very professional. Very friendly. Very helpful. I can highly recommend him.
Beluga Roadside Assistance llc was dispatched to our home through our insurance company they came from an hour and twenty minutes away. Polite and friendly chatted with us as he loaded up our vehicle with care. He helped us get it pushed out of the driveway to load safely. Once he got our vehicle to our repair shop of choice he sent pictures to show its arrival and keys passed to the shop. Highly communicative and helpful would definitely use his services again.

If you need a tow, this is the place. Car broke down and he was quick to contact us after submitting for a tow. Communicated the entire time letting us know how far away he was so we knew when he would arrive. He also looked at our car and let us know what happened and sent photos. Definitely recommend. Super nice and will use again when we need another tow. Don’t pass up good service!

Would highly recommend Beluga Roadside Assistance. Arrived within 30 minutes of our car breaking down, had us towed to the repair shop immediately...but the thing that impressed us the most is the owner personally drove us to our hotel that night, and offered to stop for food if needed....he definitely went above and beyond anything that we expected. Very kind and generous business owner.

We needed our car towed tonight, which caused a lot of panic. No one wants to be stranded somewhere with a car that just won’t work. While there are many options available on Google, I highly recommend Ruben. I rarely leave reviews, but he went above & beyond helping us, was very quick (other tow companies said we’d have wait until the next morning), and was reasonably priced. Just sharing because those are the three things I look for in these reviews. If I ever need help again, I now know who to call.
