Every time I’ve needed a tow they have always come fast and when they said they were going to they were always very nice no matter time of the night and gave me fair pricing and we’re extra careful not to damage any of my vehicles I highly recommend them
I stopped by McMillen to request some documentation for my old car for insurance purposes, and the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and genuine. He took the time to listen, was patient, and really wanted the best outcome for me. Great experience overall.
The tow truck drivers name was Scotty he was professional and courteous and prompt on service I highly recommend them for all your towing needs they came over an hour away to tow my car to my apartment and was very efficient
Yeah 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND MCMILLENS TOWING‼ My car got a flat tire 2 weekends ago at midnight & my donut was broke so I jacked the car up, took the tire off & came back the next morning to put a new tire on. I was parked on a side street off of east lake rd & when I came back the next am somebody had called the police & had my car towed. So I pay $200 to get my car out of impound then boom my whole wheel is slanted can’t even drive my car. Parked it in my driveway. Yesterday I get it towed to the garage. Mind you my boyfriend just put $600 in the truck not even 90 days ago to get the control arm & some other things fixed. The mechanic calls me yesterday & tells me the control arm is broke that u can tell McMillens towed it by the front control arm. $825!!!!! So I NICELY call them back & they are rude as hell! The man on the phone asked me how does he know I didn’t break it maybe I was drinking and hit a curb literally on the phone laughing. Then the owner called back and told me that if I contact them about this again I’ll be receiving a call from their attorney MIND YOU I only contacted them twice lmao & the second call was a follow up call because I was told the first time my call would be returned by the man who towed it & it wasn’t so I called back the next day. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MAN WHO ACTUALLY TOWED IT like I was told I would. & the crazy part is I wasn’t even asking them to reimburse me the whole $825 all I was asking was them to reimburse me the $200 I paid for the tow. Not it will be getting taken to civil court & I’m asking for FULL reimbursement!! Would NOT recommend! Oh and they stripped my lug nut when they put the tire on
Zach M. was AMAZING! He contacted me prior to let me know he was on his way. Arrived promptly. Explained the process to me and notified me when my daughter's car was dropped off to the shop. Hopefully I don't need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely contact McMillens and request Zach.
Zach was a great tow truck driver. He got there fast. Got the car on the flat bed and off we went. Dropped me and the car off at my garage. I would definitely call them again if needed.
I will definatly be refering mcmillens again, scotty and ethan are very quick and percise with getting my car on the truck and even parked my car in my drive way which would be impossible for others but he whipped it right in.I had my son with me and they didnt hesitate to lend a hand with his car seat and my other belongings.
Zack is everything u should have as a towel driver.He is an amazing person who goes out his way and actually care and understand other people situation. I RECOMMEND THAT HE DESERVE A RAISE AND RECONNECTION AND A DINNER TO HIS SELF OUT TO EAT PLUS A BONUS.

Car was impounded and towed by the city because it was stuck in front of my residence parked on the wrong side of the street for the on/off winter street parking and I had no help or time to get it unstuck while I was at work an hour away. Paid $280 to get it out same day. They knew they trashed it and waited for a reaction before I left. I didn’t sweat it too much at the time because I can fix it when I have the time, money, and energy which will be hard as I’m a mother of three. I also understand it was parked “illegally” so in my mind I get what I get in that regard but they destroyed the front end of my Benz, bumper, grill, radiator, and my front rims are torn up with chunks taken out of them, which are AGM gloss black aftermarket rims. Thousands in damage. Just because my car was stuck in snow and ice parked on the wrong side of the street that day, doesn’t mean I should have to put all this time and money into my only vehicle right around Christmas of course just so I can drive it again. I don’t know if they weren’t properly equipped, not properly trained, or just didn’t give a damn but it was a beautiful car until they touched it and they know it and won’t own up to it just claiming it was in an “accident and blocking the street” when my tow ticket from the police says otherwise. Rude, lying, greedy, careless crooks. (Edit to respond to bullshit response) it’s MY CAR that my man left a review about THE DAY you damaged it because he was way more upset about it than I was at the time. You lied responding to his review just as you did this one. I just got time to put it in the air to inspect damages today and again, the car was PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE STREET ONLY NEEDING TOWED OUT BECAUSE IT WAS PARKED STUCK in snow on ice on the WRONG SIDE OF THE STREET IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE PREVENTING THAT SPOT FROM BEING PLOWED PROPERLY while I was at work and unable to get to it quick enough. NOT blocking the street or traffic and NOT damaged prior as the car had never been in an accident EVER as long as I’ve owned it and the I certainly didn’t ram it through any high snow that would take out a whole bumper and radiator. You can tell every point that you tried to hook and pull my car from. The rims, the front subframe where the chain and hook pulled up and/or slipped off or a stinger arm being jammed under and tore my radiator up from UNDERNEATH. Those two perfectly centered UPWARD DENTS on the bottom of my radiator are not from snow or anything other than an incompetent tow truck operator that doesn’t take pride in their job and doesn’t care about other people’s property. Keep telling yourself and google your BS story but you are in fact a liar and a crook and you know it, I know it, and so should everyone else and that’s all I came here to say. And I’ll be obtaining a copy of that tow ticket tomorrow and posting it on here where it says why the car was towed and that there was no damage just to further validate that you shouldn’t be trusted.
First off these people were not my chosen tow company, to be completely transparent the vehicle was towed by the city for being snowed in on the wrong side of the street . They most likely came in as the lowest bidder for the city contract , and it shows .
After paying them 280 for the 9/10ths of a mile tow I was walked out to the vehicle to find they had caused an excessive amount of damage . So far the front bumper cover , condenser , radiator , front air bag sensor are all destroyed. I’m sure I will find more as I go . It appears they just threw a chain around the front subframe and let it rip through the front clip as they winched it .Im not sure if its lack of training , or a I don’t care attitude but they did thousands of dollars in damage . Didn’t say one word about it when the car was picked up either . Do yourself a favor and don’t let them touch your vehicle . Just because the city wants a car towed does not mean it should be trashed . You got double the tow rate for less than a mile .
According to the police report it’s noted that there is no damage upon towing … nice try tho ….

Can’t say enough about the friendly and quick service. Having spent most of my career firing towing facilities from automotive clubs, it’s nice to see a company with integrity and that truly understands how to be a community partner. They came to my vehicle today for a somewhat unorthodox service but they got it done in no time. This after several other places said no.

I have Good Sam Roadside Assistance which McMillen Towing participates. My average wait time with Good Sam has unbelievably been at least three hours. The last one in Bradenton, Florida was 6!!!!!!!!!!. McMillens was unbelievably quick. Less than 15 minutes. Their truck was really efficient. He backed underneath my car and away he went.To be honest, I don't know if he even had to get out of his truck. I was very satisfied with their service, never had one so quick before with a towing service. The driver was polite. I didn't have too much of a chance to talk to to him, because he was so quick. , and that's a good thing!!
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a towing company. The employee that I spoke too was very rude over the phone after I offered to pay in cash to get my vehicle, he was saying how I should just let insurance handle it. Which they will reimburse me if I pay any out of pocket expense, but the guy wouldn’t listen and wanted to get off the phone as soon as he could. I wouldn’t recommend using this company, especially after losing a vehicle in an accident that wasn’t your fault. After reading some of the reviews, the employees having attitudes seem to be brought up quite often. Please just treat customers with respect, it’s not that hard.
Correction; if it wasn’t the owner, then it was employees that treated me very disrespectfully, just because you’re in Florida, does not mean my review wasn’t true.
Steve came and picked up my company car for me today and drop me off at the tire place so I could get new tires put on. Very professional great service and showed up in the same time frame they quoted. Great service
I can honestly say that they didn't go through or take any of my stuff. My car is in the same state as I left it. As far as I'm concerned, it's as good as any tow places out there. The only problem/concern is the cash only part. Maybe thats because it was after hours

On May 2, 2022, Brian from McMillens Towing rescued my sister and me. We had traveled from Ohio to start a sister trip. After checking out the beaches and the visitor center at Presque Isle my car would not start. My first call to AAA sent a different company's service man. He determined that my battery was good but could not start the car. By this time my sister and I had been stranded for 3 hours.
My next call to AAA was to get my car towed. When Brian arrived from Mcmillens he was very kind and concerned about us, not just the car. That was comforting. When Brian checked out the car he was able to start it ! He suggested we drive straight home without stopping since we believed it to be the starter.
He even checked to see if we got home safely. We did.
Brian turned a very stressful time around by being knowledgeable and caring. We thank you! Thank you Mcmillens for employing such an A+ tow truck sevice man.

I called AAA a few days ago because my car literally lost all power WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I was 25 miles from home and Mike was the tow that showed up to help. Not only did he call me within minutes from my initial call for help, he was there in 20 min. After hooking my car up and me explaining what happened, I asked if it could be my battery. He then offered to tow me to the local auto parts store to get a new one. He was wayyyy more competent than the store clerk was and ended up installing it for me. Then he offered to follow me all the way back on I90 to make sure I got home ok.
EXCEPTIONAL service and I am only renewing my AAA membership because of this man.
McMillen’s was assigned my tow through AAA service call. AAA gave a 45 min wait time. I got a call letting me know the driver was at a wreck and might need extra time. I was okay with that and said to call once they’re close and I’ll meet them still. Steve gave me a call 10 minutes before he arrived (which was still 15 minutes before the original estimated wait time). Quick hookup, no time messing around or chitchatting. The driver followed me to where the car needed dropped off, unhooked easily and was off! Clear cut service and no messing around! Exactly what I needed!
Bill was so great! Super nice, helpful and polite! Got here way earlier than expected! Super affordable, great prices! I will ALWAYS call them if I ever need a tow again, and will refer to anyone who needs a tow. Bill was awesome, made me feel very comfortable.
The man who towed my car for me tonight after an accident was incredibly helpful, and friendly. Not to mention incredibly fast getting there, and very efficient. My family and I have gone to McMillens for years and we are always more than happy with the service! Would give TEN stars if we could! Finding myself out of town in an accident I called McMillens who did not hesitate to come help me and my granddaughter from from our horrible and scary situation. Bill came and was so nice. He asked how we were first and was very professional and helpful with the entire situation. He helped me in knowing what I needed to do next as far as the accident and eased my fears during the very stressful situation. They were great from the initial phone call, fast service, great knowledge, and friendly service. Wonderful people. They are now in my phone on speed dial....although I hope not to have to make a habit of calling them. :) Thanks to everyone at McMillens I appreciate the great service.
I suppose they did there job. The guy who towed my car when I got stopped for driving with an invalid registration sticker. (That was another story and review in itself for the insurance company who turned me in for forgetting to make my payment) well he was nice but he told me there was an upfront fee to get the car out and each day it say there I would be charged more. I told him my situation and because it was Saturday that he understood but I would have to wait until Monday to deal with the owner and he would probably be able to help me out and possible do a deal. Well Monday comes along and guess what no deal whatsoever. So needless to say the individual who was working when I went to sign the title over for the car because it was just too expensive and besides the police took my plate and over 300$ in traffic tickets but he was probably the coolest one of all he patiently waited for me to gather my belongings from the car and he made me more at ease about the reality of the entire situation. Lesson learned pay your insurance or as I discovered McMillens is just another tow company and they are decent people but they are who the police call to tow any illegal cars they find to be deemed unfit for the law. Pay your insurance. O wait I did have to call them when my tire fell off my week old freshly inspected 5,400 car. And that time the tow driver was very pleasant and efficient as well.
