terrible parts,customer service,website ,parts pullers.photes door they cut the harness when the plug is right there,grill didn't come with the mounting bracket,steering pump hose mounting elbow and the fender was the wrong side all on the same car order
While all the customer service agents I've dealt with are 100% legit I try to call Elizabeth Percy as often as possible only bc I've dealt with her for many years and have anxiety dealing with anything 'new' - yes I'm a creature of habit lol but have never been let down by any of their other people. Jason their delivery driver in my route is also top notch
Very friendly customer service. Terri and Dennis we’re awesome and super helpful. I had to order quite a few parts and swap parts several times for the correct part which was my mistake and they were very helpful. I really appreciate it. Will definitely use them again in the future if I ever need to and would recommend them to anyone! Also when you call their number you are routed to buffalo. But to make sure you’re getting all the correct information and it’ll make your life easier, insist on speaking to Erie people, it just saves a lot of confusion.
Customer service here is exceptional! Very friendly and go the extra mile before and after the sale. Will definitely be buying all of my replacement Auto parts here.
Their customer service is absolutely awful I was on hold on the phone with them for 10 minutes and then they picked up the phone and just hung up on me. I wouldn't even bother calling them
Horrible service, almost everytime when I place an order they ether send a wrong part, deffective or incomplete. Than I spend about a month calling them eceryday trying to resolve it. They transfer me around to 3 different people So I have to explain the problem to all 3 of them, then theyd finally promise me a resolution which never happens. So i have to go through the same process over and over. Those guys suck would never deal with them again.
