I am dealing with a difficult situation and called the towing company several times for help. The gentleman helped me out and went above and beyond to help with who I should call, what I should do next, etc. truly appreciate the help I received from the towing company. No one answers a phone.No one answers the door I have is a flat tire. I managed to get the vehicle off the road.
I took the spare out of the trunk...Just don't have the jack and tire iron for vehicle to do job myself .. tried 4am and now 6am still no answer the phone...
I want to give a shout out and thank you to George from Czarnecki towing after sliding off the snowy road in my truck and getting stuck in a ditch. George was prompt, professional, and had me back on the road in no time at all. He was kind enough to share his contact info with me and now I have a go to guy to call if I’m ever stuck in the future. Kudos George

We were headed home from a trip to Maine in our RV and it broke down around Erie, PA. We called B. R. Czarneski and they send George to help us. He was prompt, polite, and had our RV safely off the interstate in no time. We would highly recommend these guys for your towing needs
Traveling on a 17 hour work trip & our leaf springs broke on the work trailer about half way through. We had to leave the trailer & head to the job. We found a place to fix, but needed it towed. We tried 8 places before we found BR Czarnecki Towing. They did what was needed and we were extremely satisfied. Only regret not calling them first! Ran my truck out of diesel on I90. After a bitter back and forth with roadside I called for a tow. George was there in 30 min, pulled me to TA for a fill-up, even took me to their shop across the road and primed my fuel filters. Saved me almost 6 hours waiting for the TA mechanics. Highly recommend.
I called them to offload a large scale. They came in less than a hour. They were fast. Polite. And they focused on safety. Their Equiment is top notch. I have used them for a few tows too. They are amazing. George one of the drivers was so professional and made it look easy. I would refer them to anyone. You can not go wrong with these guys.
Be careful with this guy's they charge me $1200 only for lifting my trailer so I can reconnect. But my biggest concern is that my trailer got disconnected just starting my day exiting the truck stop where I spent the night and conveniently the tow company it's just infront of the TA truck stop so it looks like someone unlocked my fifth wheel during the night.
This really bothers me a lot.
I HIGHLY recommend B.R. Czarnecki towing if you want fast, reliable, professional and courteous service. I was in a huge jam but the crew took care of me at the drop of a hat. George came out and did an excellent job getting my truck to my mechanic so it could be fixed and have little down time as possible. The first time I called i spoke withe the owner Brian. He was the most Genuine person, who actually cared about my problem and me in General, from the start I could tell that he really was interested in helping me solve my towing problems. I needed a tow all the way from Erie Pa to Clintonville Pennsylvania, and thats where George came in he was very professional asked me about riding preferences, secured my baby very well, and also gave me some advice. The ride was smooth and he was very careful the whole ride, if I wasn't so pressed about getting my truck fixed, I'm sure I would have fallen asleep during the commute it was that smooth of a ride! They are very reasonably priced which helped a lot, with me.being in this dyer situation and I can't thank these guys enough! Thank you Thank and thank you!! Highly recommend!! May God continue to bless you guys!! I ask them again for their services in a heartbeat!! A1 service!!!
I needed a tow since our '06 Vibe finally broke down. George and Brian were professional, courteous, fast responding, and all at a fair price. Can't really ask for more than that. Next time our family needs a tow (hopefully not too soon) we'll be coming back to BR Czarnecki.

George showed up as a terrible snow had started and worked to get my car out of the ditch I was halfway in. He was kind, courteous, and worked quickly to get the job done, despite the snow coming down quickly. He communicated well with what I needed to do as the driver to assist him in doing this without any further issues/incident. The winch service ended up costing a lot more than I expected, comparing to the previous services I've had with other tow companies. But I appreciated the promptness and professionalism. Even allowing flexibility with the paperwork until the next day so I could figure out what my insurance company needed. Much appreciated service when I was in a bad situation. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of my car breaking down today (for the first time in my life). But really, I am not being flip, my car breaking down as I was passing through Erie on the interstate was a great experience for me. I called the cops and George picked me up promptly, quickly got me safe and professionally off the highway. George then helped me trouble shoot the problem effectively and was able to get me on my way promptly. George was a great guy to talk to. BR Czarnecki Towing got 'er done. Professional, swift and great at saving Damsels in distress. It was the night of a Pink Full Moon and all I saw was red because our All State Roadside assistance failed to satisfy my S.O.S for a towing call. We just left St. Vincent's hospital when our vehicle was showing signs of transmission duress. My husband turned into the Harbor Creek , PA T&A. I called our roadside assistance and they stated that no one would come out on a Sunday evening at 11 pm. I don't accept NO, so I walked into the T&A and asked the cashiers if they knew anyone who has a towing company. I called Brian Czarnecki; SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! Joe came and towed our 1990 Toyota Corolla Wagon to Dunkirk,NY. En route one of the inner dually tires popped. Sheer will brought her home! This is The American Way. These guys are my heroes! Towed my friends Aston Martin out of the middle of the highway. They were very careful, it took them a little bit to get it out but they didn't mess up the car thanks guys!
They are a total ripp off. Stay away from them. I had a truck slid off the road and i called them , told them where the truck is and ask them if they can pull it back 10 feet back on the road. He told me yes he can do it and to call him in an hour. In the meantime the state police called him too. They showed up to the truck pull it back on the road, it took them 15 minutes to do it and they charged me 925 $. They did not recognize that they talked to me before the police called them and when i told him the discussion and the exact time that i called him from the caller id he told me that if i dont pay right away they will increase it to 1500$ and hang up and threw the phone to the driver. Very rude people , they are just trying to take advantage and ripp off people that are in a bad spot so STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!
We called Mr Czarnecki and within 15 mins he was to us and got us safely off the ramp. He was very nice and I would recommend him to all our driver friends if they have any issues in the Erie area. Thank you so much for saving our butts today!!
