I drive a hour everyday to school and my Tahoe broke down in the parking garage on the 4th floor! My insurance company called 4 different people. They either couldn’t fit their tow truck in the 6 foot garage clearance or they wanted more money to get it out of the garage. My keys were passed from driver to driver since I’m a hour away and then ended up getting left in the office at the garage! FINALLY my insurance company found PAUL! He was a godsend! He went to the garage 3 different times to get my keys and then returned a 4th time! He got my truck right out of the parking garage and hauled it a hour back home for me! After 2 days of being stuck in that garage and dealing with a bunch of tow companies that didn’t know what they were doing I am so thankful for Paul! If you need a tow in Erie pa, Chautauqua county, or surrounding counties he’s the one to call! I cannot thank him enough! 5 plus stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fast, efficient, and professional! Choose Paul!
Well I have nothing bad to say, the tow truck driver had very good conversation, he was on time and if I ever need a toe again I will call the price was very reasonable as well compared to some of the other towing companies
Paul is the man. Showed up in the middle of winter storm within an hour to tow my broken down rig home. No BS, no price gauging, stand up guy. Family members have also used him in the past and will be my go to for anything like this in the future.

Got stranded and instead of showing up he tried to con me into paying him more money to pick me up You shouldn't be giving people an ultimatum because you think the insurance didn't pay you enough learn to do your job
The owner refused to pick up my car after getting paid for 2 hours. When I called him to ask what was going on he wanted me to pay him another $100 in cash. I immediately cancelled, beware of this guy!
Customer service was wonderful, Super fast, convenient, yet still took the time to be friendly and precise! I would recommend Paul's towing for all your towing needs. His service was highly appreciated, and not to mention affordable. Thank you Paul ~Godspeed~
Horrible service, my daughter's car was supposed to be towed at a certain time, and is well over an hour late, called again and is still going to be almost another hour. Not a great company would never recommend
Vehicle was scheduled to be towed this morning and it is still sitting and no answer at pauls towing mailbox is full can't leave a message. It says open 24hrs but no one answers the phone.
I called yesterday to schedule a tow for today. They were supposed to be here between 8:30-9AM. At 9:10AM I called to make sure they were still coming, nobody answered so I left a message. I called back 20min later and it went right to voice-mail. I ended up calling McMillens and they were here within 10 minutes of my call, they were also cheaper. Here it is, almost 10AM and Paul's still has not showed up or even called me back.
My experience with this company was amazing! Scottie was the one to come and help get my keys out of my car, it wasn’t easy and he didn’t give up. He went to get a different tool to help me and was so kind! I highly recommend this company because Scottie is such a hard & honest worker!!
My cars transmission went out on I79 and 12th street. Paul's Towing was there right when they said they would be. He was quick to get my car loaded and home, I believe the drive was Paul tho i'm hard of hearing and not completely sure, He was friendly and we had a great conversion on the way home. I give this company 10/10 for all aspects of service and strongly recommend them.
There are not many towing companies in the city of Erie that provide convenient services or that are willing to work with people's schedules. What sets this towing company apart from all the other ruthless, dishonest, greedy and shady towing companies is the customer service. Paul and all of his tow guys are some of the nicest guys I have ever met in the business. He is honest, fair and understanding of situations. Fair prices and a good human experience is what you'll get when using this company.
Cheap prices but one of there operators ramble threw my car . Stole all my change and cologne would recommend following them after there no reason to go in my car key was to be dropped off oh doors automatically lock fyi.
Pricing was fair. Biggest issue was timeliness but I understand when something comes up on their end. Would recommend if you ever need a tow call these guys.
Called and there was a man there within 20 minutes to assist us with unlocking my door. Couldn't even pay the man till the next day and he still came out and took care of us. Nice to know their are still good ppl in this crazy world. What a great guy with great ethics. Will definitely program his number into my phone if I need assistance in the future. My little pomeranian locked us out of car when we stopped to put oil in. These guys were driving past and stopped. They unlocked doors n got us in with no trouble. Cant say thank you enough. Perfect timing and truly helpful.
They were called by my warranty company to tow my Subaru. It is a low profile vehicle and they are not equipped to handle that. The driver dragged my car onto the flatbed and smashed my front bumper. The driver claimed it was already broken before he pulled it on the truck. Luckily my insurance covered it. Would not recommend especially if you have a vehicle that sits low to the ground
I called, Paul showed up and moved the car to my house. Super easy. Price was good for how far he moved the car. It was a little late at night to, so i was surprised
Broke down in Erie PA and had Paul's tow my vehicle back to Akron OH. This is a 2 hour drive. It took them 4 days to get it to me. And I had to pay them cash up front before they would tow it. Then I had to drive back to them to get a receipt to turn into my insurance company, after trying for another month to get them to mail me one. I'll never use them again. I can't give zero stars or I would.
These guys were suppose to come and tow my vehicle. I received a text telling me they would arrive in 80 minutes. That was TWO DAYS ago! I've called repeatedly but there voice mailbox is full and not accepting messages. This is all paid for by my insurance company!
I was skeptical when Roadside Assistance informed me Pauls Towing was coming, given the many negative reviews. However they went above and beyond my expectations and I will certainly contact them again for any future recovery services.
Paul's towing did a great job helping me with my disabled vehicle in a parking garage. They arrived quickly, and both service operators where friendly and helpful. After two other local towers had cancled on me due to the vehicles location in a parking garage, Paul's towing was able to quickly push my vehicle all the way out of the parking deck to the street in order to hook and tow it to a local dealership.
They only get one because I can't leave none. The front ball joint snapped on my husband truck. What did these idiots do... they dragged it onto the bed of the tow truck. Causing over more than 300 dollars worth of MORE DAMAGE. Then they broke the inside door handle to the truck. Never agin will I trust the incapable people of towing any of my vehicles. Worst experience ever. You're better off pushing your vehicle where it needs to go.
The dispatcher K.C. was the best nicest women ever and the man that towed my truck was the best supper awesome. I was broke done on I 86 and there was 4 adults and we needed to get back to warren pa from erie. Every other tow company could not help cause they could only take 2 people and the truck even triple A they were the worst. But Paul's they are the best thank you so much
I actually had Paul's tow a vehicle many times. Until one day they dropped my car 2 1/2 feet off the back of the flat bed. Nowadays Paul's towing is the face of blight on 18th Street. One day I went by there and I seen sheriff's sale posters on it. I saw them hauling stuff in for scrap and I was very pleased they would finally clean up. Fast forward to now, it is worse than it was. These guys have had some shady dealings in the past. All I will say is make sure your VIN number still matches when you get your car back!!
Great service & fair rates! They came all the way out to Waterford, from Erie, in horrible snowy conditions. They called me when they got to my vehicle, & then again to confirm my vehicle was safely delivered. Most Tow guys are moody hell, but these guys were friendly, professional, & courteous. If I ever need a tow again, I'm not hesitating to call Paul's. They seriously saved the day, during a blizzard. Lol
