Extremely rude the one guy screamed in my moms face until I stepped infront of him and he was quiet like a coward but very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional.

For years I’ve heard complaints about the city using Eddies, from their behavior to the way they treat a persons property is disturbing. I hope the new administration can make some changes.

Couldn't be nicer when I called. Tow truck came in a timely matter. Driver very professional and courteous! Thank you!

I have to thank Eddie’s Collectibles for getting me out of a bizarre parking jam. I had been blocked in by an improper park job on Mercyhurst University campus. Eddie’s Collectibles showed up and quickly had the other car moved so I could leave. They were light hearted in moment of stress and it was great!

Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Went in and asked for a tow the guy barely looked up from his phone. Gave me attitude while asking me questions for no reason then yelled at me! Very strange. Very weird experience.

Stranded with a blown out tire. My spare was rusted/frozen on and I couldn't get it off. Eddies (Driver was named Joe) showed up and helped out. I waited for another towing company for several hours before Eddies showed up and took care of me. I greatly appreciate it. He didn't have to help me but he did. Thanks, Eddies (and Joe).

I called there to see if they could tow my mother's car and person was so rude that answered the phone. He gave me such an attitude I hung up and called another towing service.

Very Ignorant and rude. Was hung up on twice by the owner himself. They broke the center console cup holders and plug. Won't even bother to try and work anything out. Said I should just file a damage clam.. don't bother with them. Go to browns towing in eire instead, they towed the same vehicle 2 days before with no issues what so ever.

I called to have a transit van towed and he was incredibly rude to me. He had no interest in working with me and gave me a huge attitude! I finally got tired of it and said that I'd pass so he hung up on me.

The truck was in an accident, and they towed it. It was there 3 weeks because police had a hold until the investigation was complete. I could not get my personal items and license plate. The claim adjuster called me to let me know when the police hold was done. I went there and waited after a while. I called again and had to go to a different office place further in the building. It was annoying, but I did get the items I needed. The staff is nice and helpful.

Was relatively easy to find the main office/shop, along with the tow yard. But when it came to entering & especially leaving the yard lol, boy oh boy were those interesting experiences. They have a massive "automatic" gate to enter the yard, which we waited a good 6-8 minutes until it opened. Not really a big deal whatsoever, but when we attempted to leave, no less than 20-25 minutes of thumb twirling while we sat & waited. After 15 minutes I Ended up calling the main office/shop asking how to get the gate to open, and dude on the other end laughed telling me he's gotta open it for us and then hung up. 10 minutes later someone showed up to manually type a code in to let us out. Absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional if you ask me.

The gentlemen that work here are very rude, they answer the phone like their lazy and don't want to be bothered. You ask them a question after providing your info and they still ask what vehicle yours completely disregarding the info you just provided. Also, not to mention all the fees they add to your bill. This should not be Erie City Polices first option and if you ever are in need of towing service, I would use them as a last resort but be ready to deal with attitudes that you don't need. I didnt even want to give them one star but they don't allow you to post review without selecting a star.

I tried to get my personal belongings out of my car that was totaled. The employee named Danny who was sitting on his motorcycle, obviously doing nothing....said they were closed and come back tomorrow. He was extremely rude and disrespectful! Unfortunately I did not have a choice of where my car was towed. It is stressful enough being in a car accident and having your car totaled. Being spoken to and treated that was wS added stress that wasn't necessary. When I went back the next day the other employees were very friendly and helpful. Was is that hard to kindly explain that my car was at a different location.

I don't know why, but he stole my registration card which I know for a fact was in my glovebox in an envelope marked 2007 Honda. Also he took my garage door opener too. I think he likes to see people suffer. I have to apologize to Eddie, he did not take my registration card.

Apparently they have a contract with Erie Police and the city, since they were the ones who towed my car away after it was hit by a drunk driver last year. Talking to them on the phone, they were extremely impolite and rude when I was trying to make arrangements to go up there to get stuff out of my car and deal with my insurance company. When I actually got to the office, however, they weren't too bad. I personally would never use their services if I didn't have to, but compared to some of the other reviews on here my experience probably could have been a lot worse.

Guy at front was slow . Could of cared less about what was going on. Didn't even have change for the bill I gave them. Wouldn't take debit or credit card. Was going to make me leave and find a ATM for change for a 20. But the one driver heard what I had to do and let me cash app him money to get the money I needed from him. Plus the city of Erie gets half of tow money ... it's all a sad joke

The guy in charge he was unpolite, kind of rude.Honestly I wouldn't go myself for any of his services . How he talked n looked while talking was like he was totally upset w me.no reason why for that.I only went to pick up the stuff left on the truck that was total loss. He was really Rude. Smh

Just got off the phone with this guy and he had the biggest attitude with me. All I wanted was to get some of my stuff out of it. Then told me you need to get ahold of your insurance. I want to know why can't I go and get my stuff I have my diabetic stuff in it.

Called trying to schedule a tow for the following day (or at least check the availability), and the gentleman that answers said "well call back tomorrow then". Definitely wouldn't bat an eye at this place. They don't seem to care about their business much.

Over-all they do what there suppose to do and I deeply feel they have a contract with epd. All I know is my car got towed and before it it pulled of I locked the doors. Well when picking it up it had been ramshacked you can put it together from there

Person that helped us was fantastic, couldn't have been more.polite or helpful. Unfortunately I must talk to loud with a mask on because good.old Eddie came out himself to break up a problem that didn't exist then wouldn't believe there wasn't a problem. Thankfully his run for Sheriff was unsuccessful. Driver great owner not so much.

I was in an accident the day before Christmas Eve. I had to go by ambulance to the ER so the police called Eddie’s to tow and store my car. I called the next day asking if I can stop by to pick up some stuff out of my car since my family’s Christmas gifts were in there and was told it would be $150 just to have someone come out and unlock the gate for me to get into my car. I waited until the Monday after Christmas to go clean my car out since I didn’t have the extra $150 to spend on just being able to get into my car. 3 car seats were in my car at the time of the accident, I was told by my insurance company to leave the seats in the car for them to evaluate and reimburse for me to buy my kids new car seats. When I left my car Monday the car seats were in there. I locked my car and gave the keys back to the office. Tuesday my insurance company came to tow the car to their tow yard to evaluate and the car seats were GONE! There was no window or door damage to where someone off the street could have gotten into the vehicle and the car was locked so only Eddie’s employees, who had the keys, could have gotten into the vehicle. I called Eddie’s and was told they don’t take things from vehicles. I asked them to check the cameras then because they were in there not even 24 hours ago and was told I’d have to call back after 5 because only the manager can view the camera footage. I called back after 5 and I’m assuming they saved my number because as soon as they answered the phone i got, “Eddie’s collectibles, the manager is not in” My insurance company told me to file a police report since they can’t reimburse me without proof of the car seats. I filed a police report; when the detective/cop went to Eddie’s they supposedly had camera malfunctions for the day in question and had nothing to show for the day the seats would have been taken but had footage from every other day that week...odd. My car ended up totaled and my car seats stolen. I’m really hoping they aren’t reselling those seats without disclosing they were in an accident and endangering the life of 3 other babies. Please be careful buying car seats secondhand. I will never have my car towed or stored by this company again and will not recommend them to others.

Had a flat tire while out for a ride in the country in our sports car. Called and tow truck came in the hour they estimated. Driver was very nice and friendly. Offered us bottled water because we had been sitting in the sun in our convertible. Took car to dealership and he was kind enough to then give us a ride home since it was a Sunday. Would absolutely recommend them.

They were the first of the four companies I called to pick up their phone. The man on the line gave me a quick and accurate quote. $75 to move the car a quarter of a mile to my driveway. Sure, that was frustrating for my budget, by not unreasonable for the service, specialized equipment, and expertise provided. The truck arrived in the thirty minute time frame estimated by the company and had my car safely moved in minutes. The driver made certain to place the car exactly where I wanted it and quickly completed the transaction. Two hours later, none of the other companies I left my number with have called back.

My car never even got towed by this company. I called on Friday morning, Saturday my car is syi in the street. I tried calling them back four times Saturday and no one ever picked up the phone. Sunday comes around, my car is still outside, so I called again and someone picked up the line and then hung it up before even saying anything. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but when someone needs their car towed that’s a pretty serious thing ??? Like hello I need that ??? Rude.

I asked tow vehicle driver to take my car to my mechanic he instead took it to his impound lot. Also when he was picking up my car he did extensive damage and said he is not responsible. Also charged me $145 for taking my car to the impound lot and extra $50 to recover my vehicle.

These guys were great!! Don't let the other reviews scare you. I originally called another towing company and because I was not triple a member, I sat 4 hours waiting and still no one coming. I called eddies collectibles and in 30 minutes, they were there. The guy on the phone was freiindly and so was the driver. All around great experience.

Called and asked if our call was towed there after an accident and they would not get off their butts to look so we could send our insurance company there. The car was there and they took it upon themselves to take out our belongs...which some are missing and some our broken and never told us. Our insurance company had to track down our belongings. They were of absolute no assistance in any of this process and rude!! I would never willingly use their service and suggest you don't too!!!

Car was involved in a car accident on Friday. Went to pick it up Saturday and no one was there. Called today to see what it would cost. Nearly $300. They had the nerve to charge storage fees for the days no one was there and told me it'd be an extra $50 on my part to get someone there on Saturday or Sunday. Straight up bullshit.
