I needed to get the battery in my remote changed. Devin saw to it immediately with no complaints and signed me up for rewards. It was great customer service experience.

This past Saturday I was an hour away from home during a snow storm. My truck just died and I knew no one to help me and no one would help me. I called Auto Zone and they were angels on earth. The Manager and Jacob went up and beyond to help me get back on the road. Jacob was out in the freezing cold working on my vehicle. I honestly don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for him. It was so nasty out and they should me kindness. I can't thank them enough. When no one else would help they did. Good people and customer service still exist at least at Auto Zone! Thank you Jacob!
Wonderful service. I just pulled in there to buy a headlight. And Louis came out in the 16 degree weather to help me change it and never complained. Very friendly and professional. Thanks a bunch

Great place. Went in for brakes. Tim Robinson helped me and all parts worked great. He even made some suggestions on things I would need that I forgot about. Tim is a great asset to the store. My go to place for auto needs.
i really like the store the manager has gone out of her way to help get the parts that i need. everybody in the store is very polite and helpful i recommend the store.
I have to say Andrea, store manager is amazing! We were driving through PA and she was so kind and helpful. She taught me how to change my air filter and gave great product advice. I work in retail and it’s great to see managers that lead by example. Wish more people were as helpful in the retail world. We made it to our destination and we are so grateful! Thank you Andrea!
Andrea Miller needs to go. She's the worst manager the store ever had. She's rude, disrespectful, and treats you like She's better than you. I'll be going online for my parts as of this point. Don't need to be treated like that.
Dude in there sucked, made me wait 15 minutes at a register just to ring up some brake fluid, bring a card to use self checkout or go to a different store it’s not worth the inconvenience

Knowledgeable staff. Friendly, clean. I live in Jax Fl and had to call my cousin Andrea Miller, store Manager to get help with a part because the staff at store 4833 here in Jax sold me a spark plug for a car when I had asked for a lawn mower plug! Also 4833 did not honor my military discount. Too busy eating at the register at 4833! Fabulous staff at 1828, St. Marys PA. Thank you for your help!
Sent my daughter in to buy a part for her SUV and the lady behind the counter (name tag said Desiree) sold her the wrong part. When you have someone that works at a auto part store they should know alittle something about vehicles. I think I would rather shop at advance auto from now on.
I have stopped here a few times. The first time they did not have what i was looking for. The second time was the same. This time for wiper blades. Tried the duralast brand. They are working fine. I stop here because of the location. It's easier to access than advanced auto down the road when traffic is heavy, it's open later than the Napa next door.
Used to enjoy coming in for minor help with my car. Staff normally assist me with replacing burnt out lights and wind shield wipers. My last visit, I came in asking for help with a bulb and staff examined my car and retrieved which kind I needed. After my purchase, staff said “You look like you were expecting me to put this in for you. Well, your boyfriend can do it at home.” I felt this was rude and condescending. Not sure what is going on in this world anymore…
Had an emissions code pop up and stopped in to AutoZone to find out what it was. It was quick and the lady working printed out a report for free then gave us some options on what to do next. Great experience all around :)
Oh auto zone, you have been there when my tail light goes out and the state trooper follows me to make sure I pull in. As if you were in collaboration with them to take my money that in the end I want to give you anyway for that cherry bomb I want to ziptie to my 06 minivan with a half faded number 4 tigers sticker and a caution baby on board suction sign i got from ol Walmart that my 12 year old hates regardless autozone you always got our back.
There was one male worker that was very ignorant to the person that I went into the store with. We were making a purchase and the male worker treated my friend so rude that we were just going to leave without making the purchase. This was the second time that this particular worker had that attitude. Workers should not be working with the public .We will be looking for another Auto parts store. There are four types of stores in our area.
I called autozone to find out if they had 5/16 gas hose as i had a 20 mile drive to get there, they assured me they had a 25 foot roll, drove over there and william s was at the counter, told him i was the 1 who called about the gas hose. He went in the back and came back and said they didnt have it. I asked why they told me they did. He got an attitude, william s is a liar and the manager that was there is lazy and just as bad, dont go to autozone unless you want lied to
Absolutely the worst experiences trying to find the right part. The female associates know nothing about anything automotive, my friends and I used to get parts there all the time until they got rid of the best employees they had. Now you cant get any help when you go in, and once they do acknowledge your existence you wont get any parts to get the job done right the first time. And if they guess and you get something close to what you need it will be for the wrong vehicle for sure. Dont waste your time go to Advance Auto its 50 yards down the street on the opposite side of the highway.
Stopped in to get a bulb for my right back turn signal that burned out. Waited on fast and the young man that waited on me asked if I wanted him to put it in for me. I said yes thank you, and was on my way again.
While we were in Indiana for an appointment. My pregnant daughter, our grandchildren and her boyfriend were at advance and Earl from AutoZone came down to help them. This man deserves the appreciation. Thank you so much. Going above and beyond what has to be done to help!!!!!!!!!!!
