Burst coolant hose Went in with car overheating and coolant spewing out of somewhere in the engine compartment. Mechanic did an excellent job and the cost wasn't too much for the work that was done. Always get great service from Chris'. They run a top notch shop with attention to detail and friendly customer service. Wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car repaired/serviced.

My car was hesitating when pulling out onto fast moving traffic. However, it did not do this constantly. Chris was able to diagnose the problem and fix it even when it was not as obvious since it did not always happen.

Chris Hunter and his entire staff are wonderful as we all know... forget all those tire shops around Delco. They have the best prices on quality tires as well. So, if you need tires check them out.

I had the check this mechanic shop out since we have the same last name, so I came here for an oil change. They checked over my vehicle for me while it there and they noticed my battery was running real low, and offered me the service of getting a new battery while I was there. I really appreciated that because I have a new baby in my car and coming out of the grocery store with a dead battery could have been a real problem they saved me from having! These guys go the extra mile and every that worked there was really nice and informative. I would definitely suggest coming to this shop

Chris Hunter and his team are HONEST and talented. He will tell you when it is reasonable to repair or when you should replace. And he will help your vehicle last as long as possible! He has kept our 1999 Subaru Forester running like gold.

This is the best mechanic shop I have ever visited. From the time I dropped off my car and met Jimmy, I knew I was in good hands. The owner Chris was extremely professional; you can tell that he cares about his customers. Although, he was not able to help me, he went out of his way to see if he could help with my situation outside of his business. He doesn't know it but I was going through a week of hell with people giving me the run-around. He showed kindness and honesty. Don't hesitate to visit this place if you are having car trouble. Chris' business is awesome. My fiancé and I moved to the area about 2 years ago and one of the hardest things was having to find a new mechanic I liked and trusted as much as the one I had to leave. I absolutely love this shop and all the ppl there. They are so pleasant to deal with, as well as knowledgeable in their field. I'm a fellow technician and find I am impressed with the care & effort put out by every member of this facility. I know they do their best to stay on top of the ever growing changes in technology in our field. I highly recommend this place. I was so impressed with Chris Hunter Auto!! I needed a new mechanic!! We all know how that is?! Well I found a new mechanic and I'm SO HAPPY!! I was in need of a state inspection (10 days over due)! I wasn't raked over the coals. They inspected and did emissions....I passed! They fixed my windshield washer pump that's been broke since after my last inspection. All was done in the same day. They called me prior to fixing my pump and they were so nice! It was a good experience from beginning to end!! I now have a new mechanic shop. I can't say enough about this place. The staff is friendly, the work is top quality, and the prices are reasonable. The owner, Chris, truly cares about his customers and communicates very well. If something needs to be done to your car, Chris will call first to ensure that you understand the issue. The other day, I needed a headlamp connector fixed. It's a fairly simple fix so I tried doing it myself, but I was having some trouble. I brought the car to Chris and he walked me through the process step by step, right out front of the shop. Great guy and great business!

Chris Hunter has been my mechanic for years upon years upon years and I absolutely love him and his shop. Never ever a bad experience, Chris is honest and fair and as long as I live within 250 miles of his shop I will be bringing my cars to him. My dealership tried to con $1600 out of me for state inspection and after Chris went over my car it was $900. He's a great guy, he owns a stand-up business and he'll always have my business

This is my auto shop for as long as I'm driving. From day one and many years after, the crew here has been accommodating, professional, competent and friendly. I had an issue with a previous car that had recently gone out of warranty. I took it to Chris. One of his crew looked at the problem and told me it was a $600.00 repair. He also told me that he wouldn't touch it until I took it back to the dealer and asked what they could do. He said even though it was out of warranty, take it back and ask. I did. The repair was done at no charge. Chris's could have done the repair and I would have been none the wiser. The way I see it, Chris paid ME $600.00 bucks for being a customer! If I take my car in for one thing Chris tells me that I also need something else, I tell him to do it without hesitation. It feels amazing to have that kind of trust and confidence.

A mechanical repair facility that has it all: good people who are knowledgeable and conscientious about the quality of their repairs. My personal and company cars are both serviced at Chris' shop, and have been for close to 10 years. The work this shop produces is outstanding in quality and in their customer service oriented approach. I know for a fact the work is quality. I inspect cars for a living and nothing escapes me. I have recommended Chris' place to many ,and have done business with other shop owners (auto body) who send their mechanical work to Chris. That speaks volumes. And the shop is family run and oriented. Many likes!

What can you say about Chris Hunter's Auto and Chris himself...awesome place to do business. I have been bringing my car to Chris' shop for more than 6 years now. He has always given me a fair price for the work, called and reviewed my repair options, and most of all, always delivered quality work.
