I brought my car here for an oil change plus brakes/rotors. I had purchased my own parts elsewhere and they were able to use my parts without any issues. As a woman, sometimes I feel swindled while getting my car serviced but I could tell Nick genuinely wanted to assist me and he was very knowledgeable. They did a top to bottom inspection on my vehicle and even pulled the car fax to show me what my next few service appointments should look like - and of course how much everything would cost with labor prices. It was very well laid out. They really took their time I will definitely be back and would recommend them for service.

Recently had my car in for an inspection and a few issues were discovered. They walked me through all the issues and were very thorough. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. I really can't recommend them enough for all their work and everything they did.

Heard the reviews for C&J Auto and decided to make an appt. Great place, great customer service, great tech!! Jon's very personable, professional and accommodating. When I had to make a trip out of state. Jon was very accommodating with my schedule and was able to get the car in and out in time for my trip. Also love how they have an online review of the car with photos. Happy to be a new customer and will be returning!

Great service and prices- I used to only go to the dealership and it was my first time going to C &J, they were friendly and provided better service than the dealership ever did for me. I never felt like I was being overcharged or being sold repairs that were unnecessary.

Absolutely lovely group of guys! I work close by, and always stop by when I need gas. I drive an old clunker, and so opening the gas cap is not an easy job? the lever/button to open it doesn’t work and so to open it you have to jerry-rig some wires in the trunk. Any time I’m struggling, one of their amazing mechanics comes out a pops it open for me. Although I continue to forget his name, which I believe is Roy, I never forget his kindness. These last few days have been rough on my car, as 2 of my window regulators busted within 48 hours of eachother, leaving me with both windows in the door. With less than a days notice (2 days in a row! Right after Labor Day) they got my windows up before noon! I am so absolutely grateful for these guys! Out of everyone I spoke to, the only name I remember 100% is Justin, however to him and his amazing team I send my ecstatic thanks!

This is a wonderful shoppe. My cars needs were promptly taken care of. I was always treated with respect. John and Justin Provided exemplary service. It’s a good feeling in today’s day to be able to rely on people and here is an automotive place where you can.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Quick to respond and work was completed on time. Definitely going back! Aug 25 - back again to have them install a new set of tires. One of the tires had a manufacturers defect and had to be replaced. Three trips back-and-forth with no charge because the incident was not my fault. I called C&J Automotive to request to have my tire repaired same day. I was able to get an appointment that afternoon. When I arrived I asked if I could also get an oil change as well. They agreed to do the oil change and accommodated me on such short notice. I am grateful because I was visiting family on military leave, and they got me in and out. Definitely would recommend them as they were friendly, kind, accommodating, and the services I received were completed timely, and for a reasonable price. Thank you so much C&J Automotive!

C and J replaced tired and did car inspection for me. They were very friendly and knowledgeable in helping with selecting the tires. Their price was very competitive. Completed the work in timely manner. A local family owned business. I highly recommend them.

Can't recommend C&J enough! Scheduled an inspection and emissions test online, dropped the car off at 9am and my digital report was sent just a few hours later. The staff was very transparent regarding the results and what they felt needed to be completed now vs what could wait - being oversold is always my concern with car inspections and really felt like they were on my side! Super professional, super timely, and overall nice people. 10/10 recommend!

I have a car I havent driven in about 1.5 years that needed a good amount of work done. Scheduled myself online and was able to drop my car off within 24 hours. They were super quick and transparent with the quote they offered me, and when I accepted the work it was a super fast turn around. Everyone at the shop was friendly, very happy as a first time customer

Great EXPERIENCE! Nick helped me get my car back on track with my state inspection! There's a few things I'll need in the future. The service was quick, friendly and I was even offered a ride back home if I didn't want to wait. I appreciate the digital report and the prices seem fair. I got my deal from one of their mail flyers. I'm coming back for an oil change too! Overall, great experience and I do recommended checking these guys out if you're looking for a new mechanic.

We had two cars with issues at the same time. Our WRXSTI broke a belt and could not be driven. The car was towed to C&J . The car was immediately diagnosed, additional issues which we had neglected were addressed by them ( car was out of inspection!) estimate approved, and fixed in 24 hours. CAR 2 : My SL500 has only been worked on by Mercedes mechanics in the past.Mercedes had a long wait list, so we gave it to C&J - SO GREAT - everything fixed , the invoice was very fair, and the car was promptly returned to me ... they even drove to my house! TEN STARS.
