I had a great experience with Edgemont Auto Body! Everyone there was amazing. The entire team was kind, professional, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions. Special shout-out to Patti and Bob. They took the time to walk me through everything and made me feel completely comfortable and confident leaving my car in their care. It wasn’t a long wait for my car, which I loved, and when I picked it up, it looked like new! I couldn’t be happier with the service and the results. 10/10 Highly recommend!

A tree fell on my car 2 weeks after I bought it it was full of scratches a dents. I brought it here and my car came back perfect I am so grateful . This is definitely a place to trust your car with they even cleaned the inside. They worked with my insurance.

I can’t rave enough about Edgemont Auto Body. Bob, Patty and the entire team have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process from start to finish. I was involved in a car accident a month ago where I was not at fault. After Google searches and a bunch of great reviews for Edgemont Auto Body, I called Bob and Patty and I was able to bring my car over not even an hour later to discuss next steps with insurance, scheduling, etc. Bob was so informative and Patty was on it with helping me get a car rental set up. I got 2 new passenger side doors. The paint match and blending is gorgeous. My car looks even better than it did pre-accident. How is that possible? Because Bob and his team truly CARE and do excellent work. Bob also gave me a call to let me know my driver side window regulator broke and he fixed it, free of charge. THAT is the epitome of great customer service. It meant a lot to me. I can’t recommend them enough! I will exclusively come here because I know my car will be in the best hands possible. I had an absolutely amazing experience with this auto body shop! They got my car repaired so quickly, and the quality of the work is outstanding—it looks brand new. The paint and finish are flawless, and you’d never know there had even been any damage. What really impressed me, though, was their generosity and customer service. I asked about an extra part that wasn’t related to the accident, and instead of charging me, they went above and beyond and gave it to me for free. That kind of kindness and care is so rare these days, and it meant a lot. I understand why they have a 4.9 review. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and efficient. I couldn't believe how fast they returned my car - faster then other auto body shops I used before. You can tell they care about their work and costumer service. They made me feel like I was the VIP! WHERE DO I BEGIN!!!! I would give fifty stars if possible!!! From start to finish and amazing experience! Ms. Patty at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating ! I was offered an appointment the next day! Ms. Patty made sure everything was set up and ready with my rental and insurance claim. When I arrived I was greeted by Mr.Bob! What a pleasure it was. Very nice very knowledgeable! The best part yet is that my car was body repair was completed in 24 hours!! I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Let the before and after speak for itself!

Just left Edgemont Auto Body with a perfect bumper. I had what I thought was minor damage and decided to pay out of pocket, not through insurance for what looked like just the front panel to go back in alignment. Crash Collision/Service King in Exton gave me a detailed write up of $2,000, yet Dan took a peek and said "gimme a sec." Then popped the bumper back into place in under 10 seconds. Still in shock, but it's perfect and just needs to be washed now since there are no scratches/dings/otherwise issues. So incredibly grateful for his honesty and quick thinking - this guy knows what he's doing. While I hope I'm not in a position in the future to get body work done, I would 10000% use Edgemont if needed and will recommend them to everyone based on my experience!

Talk about TALENTED and MILITARY FRIENDLY! I had hit a fence post when backing up, scraped the right side of my car, torn off a piece of the plastic siding, and slightly dented my car. They absolutely fixed it up, you can’t even tell there was any damage done! They were so welcoming and so friendly. My car was only in the shop for two days and I’m very happy with the results. What should’ve been an $800 repair job was knocked all the way down to $450 as their way of showing appreciation for my service. I can’t believe it. In a world where I am offered a military discount for being a service member less and less across different shops, this was humbling and heartwarming. I was treated very well and my car was fixed up wonderfully. I will be sure to use them again in the future.

I went to Edgemont Auto Body when my car was rear-ended at an intersection. Edgemont was recommended to me, and I couldn't be happier. Patty took care of all the paperwork and arranged for me to get a rental car. Bob and his team did an excellent job! You can tell this is an honest, hard-working business. I would trust them with any auto-body repair. I found out they also work on wheel rims, so I am looking forward to returning for some cosmetic work done on them. There are not enough stars and not enough words to praise this team. It took these guys 5 business days to get parts to install the parts to look for any further damage and fix it along the way. My orange crosstrek looks like it’s never ever been in an accident. This car is my life line given how I have to commute to Maryland and Virginia for work as well as the entire south eastern area of PA. I’ve put over 60k of miles on it in under 5 years. Understand how stressful it was when I had a head on collision in it, not knowing if it will ever be safe to drive again. The entire team made the whole process stress free, quick and easy and they delivered it back to me once finished on time as promised. From the bottom of my heart thank you!!!!

From the moment I first walked in the door, to my final time walking out I felt cared for, appreciated, heard, and safe. Navigating the world of car repair without my dad anymore can be a scary and uneasy experience but they all went above and beyond to look out for me, keep things easy and simple, and communicate effectively. Best auto body shop in the area. Not only do they have amazing customer service and communication skills but Bob and his team did an impeccable job with my car. The finished work was beyond my expectations. My car had some serious damage and they finished the job in just a span of 2 weeks. You would be crazy to go anywhere else.

Everyone at Edgemont Auto Body went above and beyond to help repair my car from a minor accident. When it first happened, it did not seem to be a lot of damage so I thought I could possibly avoid using insurance. I called 3 local places and Edgemont Auto Body was only place that told me to drive it on over and they would take a look. Dan informed me that it would definitely be in my best interest to use insurance. He also used duct tape to secure my front and side panels. Although Edgemont wasn't in my list of my insurance company's preferred providers, I asked to send my car to them as they went above and beyond to help me on that very stressful morning! They were caring, honest, and professional so I really wanted to use them for the repair. I am so happy that I did! The repair was done very well and done quickly. The communication was great during the whole process. I didn't have a ride on the day that my car was ready for pickup so they dropped off my car at my house. The team at Edgemont Auto Body made this whole process easier and less stressful from start to finish. I would highly recommend them!

I Called Bob from Edgemont Auto Body after a scumbag backed into my truck at a Home Cheapo! Bob and his staff were extremely professional and accommodating! They set up for a rental car and everything. Dropped my truck off on a Monday and had it back Friday morning! I would highly recommend them for all of your Auto Body needs!

I had 1 bad experience with a shop my insurance recommended with a different car I owned at the time where they put cheap parts on my car and only a year or 2 later I had to replace those parts with my own money. Ever since I decided to do my own research on where to take my car for repairs and now I’m set for life! If I’ve come back to this body shop this many times and can still rave about this place, then you should understand how grateful I am to find the best place in the area to take my car! Bob and his team did an amazing job with my vehicle yet again! Bob at Edgemont Auto Body was recommended to me by a family member a few years ago for some minor cosmetic damage on my previous vehicle. They did such a wonderful job they were my first call when I did pretty sizable damage by introducing my 2 year young SUV to the telephone pole at the end of my driveway. I was heartbroken because my car is still practically new. Bob, Michelle, and the team were honest, professional, and even coordinated with my insurance company. My car was done in less time than expected and looks better than new. They even detailed my interior! I was able to leave my rental with them to have picked up which made the whole thing extremely convenient. I am hoping to not need them again for a while but will call if I do and I will definitely recommend them to others.

Would highly recommend using this business for any automotive needs, there are not many shops around like this on any more. Very customer focused and do fantastic work. I hit a pot hole right outside of their shop and got a flat tire. I walked into their shop to ask to use some tools to get my tire off and put a spare on. Bob, who is the owner of the business, did not hesitate to lend a helping hand. He had also said that if I couldn't get them off, drive over and he would take off my tire for me. I couldn't get the Lug Nuts off by hand so I had to drive over. Bob could not get them off even with his Impact gun he had, he had said in 42 years of experience, he had never seen a Lug Nut so tight. Bob, then went out of his way to go to another Local Shop to borrow their more powerful Impact Gun to help me. There are not many people who would do that nowadays from knowing a person for less than 5 minutes. While waiting for him to get back, I was able to observe his highly skilled mechanics work. I must say, the level of craftsmanship and detail I witnessed was unmatched. Even though this was a very small job for them, the level of attention they gave me was more than enough for me to say that this business is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I would trust them to do any automotive job that is needed. Keep up the great work!

I damaged my new truck and didn’t want to use my insurance so I got a few estimates and was surprised at the cost and the poor service. I happened to be getting my car washed and I was speaking to one of the employees and he recommended Edgmont. So I called and made an appointment. They were great. First they were friendly and forthright. They went over the truck carefully and pointed out all the small details and what needed to be done. Second their price was very reasonable. When I got the truck back, it was done on time and everything was done beautifully. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Honestly after this experience I wouldn’t go to any other place.
