I strongly warn anyone considering Jewel Auto Sales- do not trust this dealership. My daughter and her boyfriend purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and only after attempting to register it with the DMV did they discover it had a salvage/title history – something that was never disclosed during the sale.
When they contacted the dealership for help, they were met with excuses, zero accountability, and conflicting information. Rather than assisting them or acknowledging any wrongdoing, the dealership was dismissive and unhelpful.
Even worse- the car was later involved in a serious accident and was totaled. The airbags Did Not deploy. A vehicle that had already been previously totaled should never have been sold without clear disclosure, and its safety systems clearly failed. This could have cost my daughter her life.
This dealership is careless, dishonest, and puts profit above safety. Their lack of transparency and responsibility unacceptable. Stay far away from Jewel Auto Sales. Verify everything independently, because they clearly will not tell you the truth.
Don't BUY A CAR FROM HERE! ALL THE CARS THEY SELL ARE SALVAGE TITLES WHICH MEANS THE INSURANCE COMPANY TOTALED THE CAR OUT AND THEY BOUGHT IT AT AN AUCTION FOR MAYBE $300 AND TURN AROUND AND SELL IT FOR $3,000 EVERY CAR HAS RUST ON THE FRAM THIS PLACE IS GOING TO GET SOMEONE KILLED
Bought a car I'm ok with a salvage title if it had small damage! I was lied to! Rusted frame! Hit a pot hole doing less than 15mps! Broke my nose 2 black eyes brushed head! The front driver side tire fell off! frame cracked if I would have been on 95 one of my kids or I would have been dead! Please be very careful buying from here! It should be illegal!!
would’ve given 0 stars if possible. BUYER BEWARE!! look closely at these reviews and stay far away. I saw them and thought maybe i’ll be the lucky one that gets a good one, but nope.
First red flag was them not telling you the cars are salvaged, which basically means they slap on any old used parts that’ll probably break down after normal use just to get it passable for a title to sell it.
Dealer (Jerry) told me no problems, drives the car to and from work, 1 month later my first road trip im broken down on the highway due to overheating (later found out head gasket went).
Constant repair after repair with the car and when I finally said enough and wanted to trade in (which he originally told me I could) he told me “we don’t sell/trade in cars with problems”.. even though every car on the lot has problems, and most don’t even have AC Compressors for the summer and check engine lights reset. Also had to ask around for the dealer that sold me the lemon for days and he wouldn’t answer his cell, nor answer the work phone. kept getting transferred to some old guy who said he or any other salesman weren’t there. Until I popped up and everyone’s just chilling around.
Asked beforehand about a warranty which he said they don’t normally do, but if Trans or Engine is messed up they’ll work with you, months later when it goes it’s out of there hands.
Decided to bite the bullet and do some more repairs since Im stuck with it, but if your like me and thinking maybe you’ll be the lucky one DON’T EVEN TAKE THAT CHANCE!! you’ll end up frustrated and dropping more money overtime. They try an sell you telling you a million people are calling and looking at this car so you need to jump on it, don’t fall for the hype
I purchased a car from them 2 months ago and I thought I was going to have a nice car I mean it seemed fine. 2 weeks later car have every problem in the world
The car broke down on me 4 times in a month then when I call and tell them this car is having multiple problems they tell me basically they can’t do anything about it. I can’t even trade it in because of its history which wasn’t brought to my attention at all and before purchasing it I asked did this car have any problems I was told no we don’t sell cars with problems straight up terrible. The car was cutting off on me in the middle of me driving. Now I don’t have a car that fast it’s been 2 months only. And anyone paid $400 for tags and registration?
Guess they don't want my business called to ask about a car that is posted on their website but was told it was gone but 4 months later the pictures is still posted but... no worries, I searched for something else submitted a inquiry no response. No call back.
Beware!!! They tried to sell me a truck that had an R title without disclosing it. They never disclosed it until it was time to sign the title. Then they wanted to charge me a $2-300 "restocking fee". They tried to do everything they could to hide the R too. Including trying to sell me the truck uninspected first, then "accidently" giving me a missing VIN digit. The salesman didn't even know how to reset a trip meter. Very shady place!
I was sold a nissan sentra with 3,000 dollars in body and frame damage. Dont buy from them. They sell cars they've been in accidents not cars that people bring in.
Phenomenal customer service. Even though I did not buy a car the salesman was so helpful and was very good at negotiating. It was a haggle free experience and they let you test drive the car for as long as you want
The guys worked to make sure everything was right with the car before we settled on it, worked with us on the price, made the buying process as painless as possible. Smooth and customer focused experience and we would use them again.
Bought a 2004 Toyota Corolla from Wise. Dude was super helpful, chill and willing to work with me, even helped me find insurance cheaper than what i originally was going to get elsewhere. Highly recommend this place
Went to purchase a car the owner went over my head who unbeonsed to me is friends with my ex husband and shared my information with him completely unprofessional unethical business.
I have brought two cars from there and both cars have given me no problems... run like New only thing I need to do is change the oil! The saleman I had was very respectful and had me in and out... I would definitely go back again for my third car from there
Purchased my 2007 Chrysler Sebring with 62,000 miles on it. Looked nice minus some cosmetic issues. Response for me inquiring about my car was fast and purchasing was fast as well. However, they didn't give me a warranty & later on found out I could've got one "I just didn't ask". Also to add insult to injury my car was the nicest one on the lot with the lowest mileage. My next car... won't be from here.
I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry from them no less than a month and I've had nothing but problems since. I gave them my last! As a single mother, I am unable to get around at all. They knew they sold me a bad car! My advice to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from them, DONT!!!
I purchase a 2003 Honda Accord v6 from here.. The miles was only 127,000.. I purchase the car on 12/11/15. Ever since I've bought the car it's been repairs after repairs.. The transmission is gone on the car. The mechanic explain that they sold me a LEMON.. The transmission should've been replace and he is not sure how it passed inspection in December. PLEASE STAY AWAY.. AS THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND ARE SELLING LEMONS.
