J’s towing was amazing. My dad’s car hit debris on 95 on the way home from Philadelphia Airport and we got a bad flat tire. We were on a dangerous area of 95. J’s tow truck arrived quickly and John was very friendly and helpful. So grateful for J’s towing company and for John’s help.

Jay is the best! I cannot thanks him enough!! Where do I start. Jay was not only on time to tow us, he was very friendly and helpful also. To top it off, he saved my husband life by signal him off for safety from the dangerous highway incident. Really from the bottom of my heart thanks so much Jay. ??God bless you!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! my car broke down on a saturday night at the KOP mall... called AAA and they said it would be 3 hours(arriving by 2am). i cancelled the service and next day called about 3 places, all with no answer. when we called J's they instantly told us that they would be there ASAP (was a sunday, eagles game day lol), arrived at a wonderful time, super duper friendly and efficient!!! was able to tell me what was wrong with my car, fix it, and have it towed all the way back to my shop (abt 30mins away from KOP). amazed by the excellent customer service, knowledge of what was wrong with my car and how to fix it, affordable, overall such an amazing service & experience!! i know who i'll call if im ever in a situation like this again, highly highly recommend!!

Where do I start? My car broke down near my house on a Tuesday night, and I called around to different tow trucks in the area to see if they can drop my car off at the mechanic. I got in touch with J's Towing and he came to pick up my car, and asked me what was wrong with it, told him that my alternator was shot and he took one look at it, made a few phone calls to shops in the area, and he said that he would have it back to me by end of the day. I didn't believe him at first, thinking he was just going to take the car, and it would sit in a shop for a few days. Fast forward a few hours, I got a text from him telling me that he was on his way back to my house to drop off my car. I was expecting to see my car on the truck being dropped off, but no, J drove my car from the shop, back to my house, parked it in my driveway, handed me my keys and said that it was done. I was very impressed with his customer service. He didn't have to do that, but he saw what was going on, identified the problem and offered solutions for my car. The tow itself is realitively inexpensive as well. Others charge over hundreds of dollars to tow a car, but J came in well under that. The dude definitely takes care of his customers and it shows in his service. It's his name and he makes sure that all of his clients are taken care of. I highly recommend J's Towing. He will definitely be my go to tow truck company going forward.

On 7/14/2025 my car broke down and I called for service and the first truck didn’t show up and then I called Jo’s and they came and towed my car with excellent customer service I just want to thank them for their service and thank the gentleman that came and helped me would definitely recommend this company

Willing to go the extra mile! My car was significantly damaged by a falling tree branch in a Thursday night storm. By the time we got everything squared away with the insurance company and knew we wanted to tow the car to our preferred collision center 30 miles away, it was 2.5 hours before closing on a Friday. Not wanting the car to sit unsecured over the weekend, I started frantically calling local towing companies directly while my husband was on hold with AAA. We booked directly with J's Towing while waiting to hear from AAA - only to cancel a short time later when an AAA-contracted driver called and said he was 5 minutes away. An hour later, that "5-minutes away" guy still hadn't shown up. I sheepishly called J's back and explained the situation, and they dispatched a driver right away. John was professional, friendly, and calm in the face of my panic - but also ready to *hustle.* Realizing that we only had minutes to spare, he quickly loaded up my car, agreed that we could call him with a new destination (a friend's garage) if it seemed he wouldn't arrive in time, and was off. He coordinated with the collision center while en route in rush-hour traffic, and arrived just in time. I hope not to need a towing service again - but if there is a next time, J's will be my first call!

I can't express enough gratitude for Js Towing. The service was phenomenal throughout the entire interaction. My vehicle wouldn't start, it was late at night, dark and the temperature was frigid. Needless to say, I was in a panic and overwhelmed. J's Towing answered the phone promptly. The dispatcher was empathetic and reassuring from the start. This tow truck company is a big scammer I call for service on 08/16/24 before they could tow my car I told them I will be using my debit card they agreed with it so when my car was tow at the shop the shop was closed I was trying to take my car to the next shop the driver got upset and told me he will not be taking my debit card he want cash so I ran to the ATM to get his money which is 150.00 than I told him to give my receipt he refused to I have been calling them they still refusing to give me my receipt they a big scammer I will never use them again very bed service if you used them and u want to fail a claim with your insurance company you not have any document to show to your insurance company for reimbursement but I have something coming for them I will be going to court very soon.I will be carrying them to court very soon they don't even deserve a one star they a scammer company very sad I made a very big mistake today by calling them. But trust me it will never happen again. I call the police the police told me to take them to court and I will you can't take my money and not give me a receipt. This guy is a criminal he told me he was calling me back he never call back I hope nobody will do business with them they got on old ugly truck he in his bedroom take calls and send his driver on the road to tow people car. He's just trying to get money from hand to mouth ? I personally went to his tow truck company not knowing he's doing business from his bedroom I call him he never open the door for me very sad. before you give his driver your money you must first get your receipt from the driver because they only looking for daily bread ?.

i was stranded for approximately 3 hrs before calling J’s towing. i was greeted by the owner & under the circumstances i can honestly say this was the BEST customer service. At 3am freezing weather John was very accommodating & polite w/ assisting me. i highly recommend that before you waste your time w/ other companies you contact Js Towing! You will not regret it at all !!!

I had the absolute craziest night two weeks ago trying to get to work - a horrible flat tire in the middle of nowhere! It's hard to find a middle of nowhere around here...but trust me, I did it, lol. I called my insurance company and they sent over these fine folks..absolutely brilliantly kind and helpful! I cannot state enough how amazing this company is. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from J! I ran into him at a salvage yard, he gave me some advice and told me he would come to take care of putting the rim w/a tire, I had just bought at the salvage yard, on my car. I was 40 minutes from my destination and J came through with his promise! He also double checked a few other things to be sure I was good to go for my 5 hour road trip back home tomorrow. I’m extremely pleased with J’s Towing services tonight. I’ve been paying for roadside assistance for over a decade with the same company and for the past few years of trying to get service it’s been horrific. I called for a tow to the dealership since 9:30 in the morning and sat waiting till 5pm only to receive disappointment. They tried to set me up with 3 different operators who made me wait 2hrs only to never show up or cancel after all that time. I was fed up and canceled my entire policy. I made one phone call to J’s and they showed up quickly. I was so happy with the service I received. He was professional and friendly. He even sent a text with a pic of my car at the dealership after dropping it off. I’m so grateful!!! Thank you for being amazing!!! I wish I could give 10 stars! I highly recommend J’s Towing!!!

They towed my car for me pretty quickly. The driver was professional and very helpful. The price was reasonable compared to the other companies I had called. Would I recommend them yes I've already recommended them to family members and they were satisfied with the service. I will definitely use them again.

After just getting off the phone with an alleged supervisor named Leslie I’m so frustrated. My mother, whom is a Senior, was left stranded on the side of the highway for 4.5 hrs after a tire blowout. Her insurance company contracted them. The driver eventually arrives with a nasty attitude. My mother requested that he get her tire because her rim was still on it. The driver actually told her to go and get it. I spoke with Leslie about the quality of service my mom received and requested a follow up. She didn’t even get my number. She said sure and good bye.

Had my car towed today after 2 other towing company failed to retrieve my car from the parking garage at work. It was a tough tow but they got it done where others had failed and they were courteous and friendly too. I would recommend them anytime and if I need another tow I'll definitely ask my insurance company to send J's to my rescue. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

Excellent service!! They absolutely came through in a clutch and provided amazing timely service. The driver was super honest and kind. There was regular phone and text communication throughout the process which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this company. They will make sure you’re taken care of! I’m extremely satisfied with my experience.

I must say that I was quite surprised by the service I received. I was most impressed by the time frame that I was given and it was kept almost to the minute. The expertise in handling my car was another seller for me. The price, customer service and the efficiency of picking up and delivering my car were also all great for me. If I ever have to use a towing service again it will be this one without a shadow of a doubt. I can gladly recommend them highly. I’m glad to know that I don’t have to pay an arm and a leg for great towing service.
