I recently called this place to see if they do registration and notary services, the first time I called the gentleman was very nice to inform me that they don’t do it and there is somebody across the street who does.
But the second time I called, I spoke with someone and the person was very rude and blunt on the phone with me and informed me that the other services I requested were only done in Elizabethville, but either way I appreciate that they were able to inform me I received my registration and tags from a nice person named Autumn who does all sorts of nursery services. She is very prompt and professional.
I ordered a part online and had my brother pick it up while I was at work and was told they didnt have it when they did. When he went back at 11 30 the store was closed. If you claim your open till 1 you should be open till 1. Would not recommend getting any parts from here
Must update either on phone or website about holiday.
Website said closing at 5 pm. That means still open. I drove 35min to get here found store closed. WTH. Wasted my time.
Horrible customer service. I walked up to the register and no one acknowledged me for a very uncomfortable period of time while several employees chatted behind the counter. Did not answer my questions well and did not ever greet me. Give your business to some other place that deserves it.
