Thanks to all the road closures and detours around the Valley Semi Trucks are having to take our small back roads with a lot of blind curves. I came around one of those blind curves to find a logging truck completely in both lanes. I had to ride off the road and thus causing damage to my brand new 2025 Mini. Took her to Weida Brothers and she looks like a brand new car again! Extremely happy the results and will continue to use Weida Brothers in the future…HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Well I had hopes that being a small private shop that I would experience better compared to some larger corporate type establishments. Was pretty close to home so I could swing by now and then to see how things were going but seems for first couple months my vehicle remained in the same spot as it was when dropped of for repairs. I'd email weekly because being a mechanic for over 20yrs I know some parts need to be ordered and at times are on back order simply because availability is low. Well after 3 months and some days I finally got the call stating my vehicle was completed, oh and when you receive messages saying you can pick your vehicle up on this day.. dont fall for it as myself and my wife had to coordinate time off of work to get the vehicle picked up and such.. but last minute found out that those messages were auto-generated and not accurate, lovely. So when I did get my vehicle back I dropped off my rental there which was a pleasant surprise as we had to figure a way of dropping off and picking up. But looking at my vehicle it was clean.. back together like it was before the hit and run accident. Drove home and noticed a shake that wasn't there before the accident.. just figured it was a flat spot on tire from sitting 3 months.. well 2nd day and still has a shimmy, had all tires balanced days before the accident so thought maybe a wheel weight was knocked off at impact.. brought it in to the shop to check tire balance and when I got to the tire on opposite side of impact I saw it was about to blow out.. not what I expected to see 2 days after being given the keys to drive my vehicle after repairs. New tire was just under $240 ..not what anyone would expect days after getting a vehicle repaired. They did contact me before saying there was a tire of a different size and asked if I wanted to buy a tire. I declined because I had intended on replacing tires at my job. Now they also informed me they had to swap the same tire around twice when doing the alignment on my vehicle which tells me there was 2 opportunities to notice how bad the tire was.. now if the tire appeared fine at the time and it wore this badly after only 2 trips to work and home then the alignment job was way off.. but after replacing the tire in question it has not wore abnormally in any way which tells me thr alignment is fair.. and that it was a bad tire left on my vehicle when I was given the keys to drive home. I messaged the shop/ owner even spoke on the phone about the tire. He seemed annoyed that I was bringing it up.. even said " what do want me to buy you a tire".. which annoyed me as a mechanic. I figured you would want your clients leaving in a safe vehicle.. and if you say the tire was good when I left then something is wrong with the vehicle that was just "repaired".. which is it.. I reached out to my insurance company and was told they had been contacted by the shop and my request for compensation on buying the tire was declined because of whatever the shop had told them.. nice.. like I'm gonna tell mom what you did before you tell what I did kind thing. Long story short.. either they missed the unsafe tire they let me leave in or the work they performed was sub-par and magically got better after I replaced the tire and im a better mechanic then I thought because the tire isn't wearing abnormally now. Even after the response I reiterate yes I was contacted about the tire being a different size but at no time was it said that the tire was unsafe..and the tires condition was a result of the accident and driving home. Now just a few weeks after repairs I have a loud roaring noise coming from the rear of my vehicle. In the area of all the repairs done.. sounds like a wheel bearing gone bad...it was and they replaced it.. sometimes new parts go bad. Revisiting the review my vehicle has been flawless ever since and am very happy with how it drives

My car looks like a new car! Weida Brothers did an excellent job! They sent emails daily on the progress. Getting a rental car at Weidas made this process so easy. What I thought would be a nightmare was the opposite. It was a pleasure dealing with Weida Brothers!

I had my CRV serviced from Weida Brothers after having some damage from hitting a deer. I was very pleased with the service and they did a wonderful job with the repairs! They had my vehicle ready in a timely manner and kept me updated on the status of the repairs via text. Would definitely recommend this shop!

Had an appointment set for 2 months which they called and changed 1 week before schedule. Dropped car Monday at 3pm, told it would be done Wednesday. Messaged Wednesday morning saying it would only be done Thursday. Thursday morning got a text saying it would be done on time, did not hear from anyone so we called at 2pm. To where the receptionist told us "Oh it'll only be done tomorrow" (Friday). And when asked if/when someone was going to call to let us know that, she say's "Well we close at 4:30 so...yea". The #1 worst experience I have EVER had with a garage of any kind. Not long after that phone call the owner Tim called me and apologized for what had transpired over the course of the last few days, and especially for how things were handled on the previous phone call. He was absolutely amazing and definitely made things better with us on a professional and personal level. He compensated us for the customer service issues that had transpired, and even wanted to do more and did. We may return in the future if needed. We love being able to support small businesses within our community, especially one so close to home. Car looks and runs great👍 Thank you Weidman Brother's!

Weida’s did a wonderful job while servicing my altima. I was very pleased with the repairs and with how good my car looked when I got it back. I got it back in a timely manner, and the customer service was excellent!! would definitely recommend this shop.

Very friendly people. Unfortunately their painting service is not top quality. Charged me an arm and a leg just to get mediocre paint job that has flaking at edges and dried paint drips. Held my vehicle for a full week when estimate was 1-2 days.

Had my car for over a month for pretty minor damage from a deer .. paint dosnt even match and its orange pealed its slightly darker and dosnt have the same metalic finish the rest of the car does .. its passable from far away ... but up close this is not a good paint job ..went to them maiinly becuase it was local and with in walking distance. I should have listened to the sevral people who said that was a bad idea.

I picked my car up last Friday . They had my car 17 days . I hit a deer . When I picked my car up there were lights on the dash from something being wrong . They told me it was all the same problem. I took my car to Honda today only to find out my car was not repaired properly . There were still damaged parts from the accident and parts that was charged to insurance was not there . I put one star but I wouldn't give them any stars . My insurance company is now going after them and I'm going to see what I can do on my end law wise . If you get your car repaired there you might want to have your car Checked that all damaged parts were replaced underneath and where you can't see . I trusted them with my car and it was a bad choice .
