gave them the part number to order my part and 3 days later and 3 wrong parts later still not the right part,had to go 1 hour away to finally get the right one with the same part number I gave them,the female manager argued with me saying all three parts can't be wrong,very frustrating that's why people order stuff online,I made 5 trips there for nothing,just to be treated like I didn't know anything,people shouldn't be hired at auto parts stores if they have no experience in the field. After talking to other managers autozone made good on their end,give them 5 stars for customer appreciation and satisfaction. Thankyou regional management,Anthony store manager and the parts manager.

The staff is friendly and willing to help you figure out your issue. I've done online orders, and in person, not once having an issue finding what I need. The stock can be low on specialty/import parts but if you pre-order they will do all the work to get you the part that you need.

Love coming to this store. Always something to buy, always a deal to be had if you have a laundry list like mine. Lol Staff is always accommodating and helpful.

The guys are always helpful that work there but it never fails i have to order online and then it's not there when it's supposed to be only complaint but that's autozone in general and not just this specific location.

It's been hit or miss for us at this store. It'd cleaner than it's been in a while. And the staff this round was very friendly and seemed like they were enjoying themselves. We found what we needed and our order ahead was done. Happy it was good.

Ordered and paid for a bug deflector.i was told it would be here tuesday here it is Saturday. I will never enter this store agsin ..if my part ever comes .i.m returning it for a refund terrible service

Store associates are very friendly and willing to help find what you're looking for. Prices are competitive and have a good stock, it's rare that they're out of something I need. Great place to shop for auto part needs.

Well my visit to AutoZone in Elizabethtown was pretty good there was a new guy I believe he was the manager he was struggling with some things but me and my friend helped him out and I'd have to say he did an amazing job first first day on the job and besides this was my first time coming to AutoZone so I could be a returning customer

Pretty good service and I get what I go for most times and if it's not I. Stock it usually is within a few days I was a little bit dissatisfied with the gentleman at the counter a few days ago he rang me up é separate occasions and even though I had my rewards card out he never once scanned it or gave me a receipt in my bag but overall it's a great store much better than others I have went to in the past

I have been calling for over 40 minutes, no one answers the phone, & someone is hanging up on me??!!! Very frustrating when all I want to do is find out if my part i ordered is in, so I wouldn't be making a trip for no reason!!!

The "free one day home delivery" is going to take at least 4 days. Definitely not impressed with that service. Seems like it's just a ploy to get you to order on their website. Pretty frustrating because I'm working long hours and couldn't get to the store and thought this would be a good solution.

There were 6 employees, yet one person was both answering the phone, and cashiering. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes, until he could hang up the phone. He was also the only one to acknowledge me at all. The other 5 employees should be ashamed of themselves.

4 people working in the store while I was there. Yet it took me 25minutes to get what I needed and check out. All I needed was clips and bolts that hold my tail lights in place. Stood there for 15min just waiting to pay for my items. Some of the employees were more concerned with helping people on the phone as it rang. Instead of helping people that were there in front of them. Which the people got there well before the phone rang. They need some better organization in that place. Assign people to specific tasks. Like one answers the phone, one helps people outside. Another help someone check out, then the last person float between those positions as needed.

I had to deal with an employee who clearly did not know how to price match. Instead of five mins I had to spend 20 mins because he didn't mess up once he messed up twice. And the other employees were just standing around doing nothing. Just a very disappointing experience.

Very nice employee helped me out. I am actually an employee at Advance Auto Parts but there was not one close and i needed the part. Was in stock and at a decent price.
