I was in dire need of a car battery an hour before the store closed and this store was amazing! They helped me at the last minute so that I could continue on my travels!

I love these guys. I get most of the stuff I need for my Jeep here. This time it was just the stuff I need for an oil change. It has been years since I’ve had to deal with anyone in here that didn’t know what they were talking about or doing! These are my guys here!

I received great service that was quick and got me the part that I needed within the price range I was looking. I specifically was helped by Quade, who helped me identify my engine issue as well as fixing it for me. I would wholeheartedly recommend this Auto Zone for your engine needs.

Travel around the country. I stop at autozone to do a return. I've been driving over 12 hours. I was sold the wrong part at another autozone. So, I was trying to get this part to work over two hours. She told me, she couldn't do returns and I need to wait for someone else. That was OK, but then she started yelling at me. Because, I didn't respond the way she wanted me to reacted. I was tired and just want to get right part or refund. This was so unprofessional and rude. Please teach your employees customer service. And she follow me outside

We stopped at an AutoZone in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, and James helped us above and beyond his responsibilities. We were in trouble, and he not only explained our problem, but helped us in a professional and friendly manner.

I purchased a Duralast battery in December 2021 that only lasted for one year. When I took my vehicle in to have the battery replaced, they claimed to not have my information in the system and were therefore unable to honor the warranty. The absolute worst of the worst and I will never give my business to AutoZone ever again. Advance Auto in Shippensburg are so much better and actually stand by their products.

I stopped in this evening for headlight bulbs. Smity helped me get what I needed. He went above and beyond and put them in for me even though it was cold and getting dark. I was very thankful I didn’t have to attempt to do it myself. Thanks again Smity!

I used to love the place but I guess they got some new employees who actually old employees. Don’t know how to treat people walk away from you while talking them act like your not important I wouldn’t shop there ever again I should just anybody that knows me would not shop you’re gonna either AutoZone in Shippensburg horrible let me repeat that horrible.

Went there yesterday with battery issues and the gentleman that helped us went above and beyond. Originally went there for a battery test and he identified our issue, grabbed the part we needed and took the old one out and the new one in. Stellar service.

Went to have my battery checked and was told he couldn't because it was raining. Went to Advance and a lady working at the back of the store said she'd be more than happy to test it. My guess is he didn't want to get wet and could care less about my issues.

Our check engine light turned on while on the highway. We made our way here and were helped by Smitty and Luke. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us get back on the road to begin our vacation.

Stopped here for assistance with a tire issue on the way home to MA. The staff were very friendly and so helpful, especially Smitty. They got us back on the road! Grateful for the help!!

Smitty was so helpful with the information he gave us . He made a bad day just a little bit better with his customer service . He was quick and efficient in getting us what we need !

Staff are friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. Would give five stars, but they will no longer help you install things like headlights on your car, which is a big reason why I go here.

Went in and needed assistance and they were quick to help and very friendly! I also asked for an associate to show me how to fix the problem so I can do it myself and he was willing to teach me! Highly recommend this location in Shippensburg :)

It was a little busy there but the gentleman was very courteous and acknowledged us, telling us he'd be with us shortly. Don't mind waiting....with the way things are...it's almost to be expected but the gentleman handled it well. We got what we needed, checked out quickly and were on our way.

A gentleman helped me put a passenger side windshield wiper on. Very professional and made me feel appreciated as a customer. Thank you!! Definitely recommend this business if you need auto supplies!!

I love autozone shippensburg. The guys there terry, ronald, and Ryan are the go to's. Have a honda question Ron has you covered need a part they don't have? I have literally had commercial offer to source me parts before. Although you may have to wait due to minimal staffing in some cases and phones ringing off the hook some days, these guys go above and beyond when it comes to helping you get back on the road with the correct part which isn't something I can say about chambersburg autozone or the hub in Carlisle. The hub may have everything but I have never me a lazier group of individuals than at the hub.

Always have what I need to keep my pos running, guys are really nice and helpful, make sure you know what you need before you go in, stood behind a guy that was trying to explain a bottom rad hose to them for 10 mins. Overall real mint place to get parts

This team rocks!!! Even on a REALLY busy Saturday afternoon, Manager Terry was fantastic about getting my battery installed (because AAA service was somehow unable to perform that "guaranteed" service I pay for). They can get busy at times, so you have to be patient and wait for their stellar service... But it's ALWAYS been a top notch crew and they treat you with the care and respect that's hard to find these days!!!

The employees were joking around and making wise cracks with each other, while I was trying to figure out what I needed for an oil change. I couldn’t find the right filter so I went and said I couldn’t find it. He just replied “it’s right back there bud” didn’t even offer to help. All the while having a jolly time with each other. When I go to a business it’s nice when the employees offer to help if I’m having trouble finding something. This is not the experience you get from this autozone.

This has to be the worst AutoZone I have ever visited. I’ve never met a more helpless staff of children even adults goofing around the entire time I was trying to get them to help my girlfriend and I. I pulled in with my girlfriends vehicle because the check engine light came on and they checked it promptly which I was happy with. It began to go downhill from there the entire time the kid was sitting in the car he was mocking it because it was a Dodge and not a Chevrolet... I started to realize these guys honestly thought this was a big joke telling me over and over I would never own a Dodge vehicle. And I just brushed it off at first just thinking whatever. But it really started to bug me when they said the light could be due to a bad battery. So they went to get the tester to hook up to the battery and the kid had no idea what he was doing again mocking the vehicle saying it was a bad design and I should have purchased a GM product... he couldn’t find the terminals to hook up the battery tester... you work at an auto parts store and can’t find the battery terminals because the car is a Dodge. Please... I had to show him where they were and he began to laugh the entire time saying that the test won’t work. By the way did I mention he put the terminals on backwards the first time... anyway what I’m getting at is if you don’t drive a GM vehicle and you don’t want to deal with a bunch of idiots go elsewhere. I was furious when I left the parking lot and my girlfriend was very upset that they were making fun of her car.

They have the parts you need but figure on a 30 minute wait in order for them to find the part you need. The customer care is a 0 out of 5 for me, I am a customer there spending on average $2,000 in parts and It is very rare I am treated like a customer should be. They did receive 3 stars however due to their inventory of parts and the great prices as well as outstanding warranties!
