He was very knowledgeable & let me know every which option for the break light problem I have. 10/10 service, throw in the towel & stop here. They always seem to have what I need in stock or only a day or 2 away. Great customer service, friendly people work there. It's just a nice shopping experience.

I stopped to use their code reader for my car. Clerks were very helpful and let me take the code reader out to my car to read the codes. Then you go into the store and their computer will give you a problem diagnosis, FREE OF CHARGE! I did buy spark plugs. I ordered the spark plugs on advance auto parts website, their website has coupons for you .

Giving you guys a five-star rating anyway cuz you're convenient but customer service could need a little pep in the step or at least talk to me don't stand there and talk on the phone and look at me while I'm trying to get a part from a car but I'm still giving you five stars older woman needs to try to act like she cares

Double check their shelf prices compared to what you pay at the register when you go in there. I went in for one item, an air filter, and the shelf price was $16.29 but it rung up at $17.99 at the register. I asked him to hold on while I went to double check the price, he had his manager then go check it again, but they seemed really slow to give me the shelf price even once they saw I was right. Don't know whats going on with that, but it seemed suspicious, like it wasn't the first time that's been the case.......IYKYK

We needed a parts store on our travels and we stopped here and they were great. It took my husband awhile to fix our loss of tire and they let him take care of business off to the side and let me use the bathroom multiple times that day. Thank you for everything. Even the multiple times we had to buy parts.

Had my check engine light on, came in this morning and received help right away. Very kind staff, didn’t make me feel like a burden at all.

Stopped there to see if I bought windshield wipers, if they would install them for me. There was a very nice young man, Jeremy who was so helpful in helping me decide what was a good set of wipers. He installed them in just a couple of minutes. He also asked me if I needed my washer fluid checked, of course I said yes, well I needed over a half of gallon. I would stop there again. Ask for Jeremy, he was great !

I was on a road trip and my rental car ran out of oil. It was late Sun so no car shop was opening. I drove to this store and Nick helped me figure out which oil to use and taught me how to properly add oil to the car. He was super professional, kind and helpful. Thank you Nick!

The employees that worked today where awesome!! Extremely helpful, patient and understanding when my vehicle broke down. A+++ to all of you was there around 1pm and finally left around 630pm these guys need a raise!!!

Good place for some oem parts you need right away but just like all other big stores they just don't have the selection like you'd think.

Came into buy a part today, owed me some loot for a previous part that I paid for a week ago that wasn't in store(still had to buy an extra to get the only one instore). Anyways I'd get them 5 because Cody and Lloyd are fantastic help, but Gin made me feel like mayonaise was an instrument, so I told her to keep my loot. Shes the best!

Very nice staff treated me well had no problems with a return I would recommend this place there's females and males working so you don't need to feel intimidated if you're a female going in there I would definitely go to advanced again in Shippensburg.

Guys here are honest and helpful. I bought a battery but it turned out there was nothing wrong with my old battery so they returned the new one--wouldn't sell me something I didn't need and I appreciate that.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I had some problems replacing the windshield wipers on a vehicle (I bought the wipers here) stopped in and they helped me ensure they were properly installed. I have also needed to do an exchange of items( I picked up the wrong item) and they were absolutely fantastic with the return. ALL retail stores should be like this for returns. With Friendly service like this, they are the only auto parts store I will be trusting with my vehicles and my money.

Five stars this time gentlemen that helped me was friendly polite and even though it was raining and I told him I would go do it myself at the gas station he still offered and insisted to install the part which was a simple install the wiper blades answered questions knowledgeably although I already knew answers they provided correct accurate helpful insights without trying to inflate the price answers

The young gentleman that helped me was very kind and helpful he went and got what I needed off the shelves then just send me over there to look for him great customer service all around I recommend this place

They have everything we could possibly need. And their staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the inventory they have. I can go in, tell them what codes my vehicles have, & within a matter of minutes, I've gotten exactly what I need & am on my way. I strongly recommend them.

Fair price on a rear wiper for my vehicle. The young lady at the counter installed the wiper for me at no additional cost. Keep up the good customer service Shippensburg Advanced.

Reasonable prices for quality products. You can find both aftermarket and some OEM parts here. Knowledgeable staff and pretty decent customer service.

• I wouldn't go here for air fresheners • I am a local, and have yet to experience a positive visit here. There are MANY other places around that offer superior service and comparable products for better prices, and that hire more knowledgeable, kind & helpful employees.

Crazy deal on mobil1 synthetic and a filter. Crazy price, basically got 5 quarts and a filter for the price of 3. Derek is the manager there, appreciate his help.

Stopped here in Shippensburg on a whim after burning up a wheel bearing on my way to Ohio from Maryland. Was given excellent service by the associates and was referred to places to work on the vehicle since I was unfamiliar with the area. Definitely a class A group of people working this store. Thanks for making a tragic repair simple and calm for me.
