NAPA has always been my auto parts store. When you order a part it fits the first time. I've tried some of the other auto parts stores in Shippensburg but I often had to return the parts I bought because they won't work on the vehicle they were ordered for. Thank you for your excellent service, Mike, Sherman, and Vince.
My vehicle broke down at the house. I called the Shippensburg NAPA store and spoke with Sherman. I explained that I was located about 10-15 minutes away from the NAPA store and was unable to get the part I needed, because I was unable to drive my vehicle. Sherman asked her manager if it would be possible if NAPA could deliver the part to me, (as I was not a NAPA served garage or business). Her manager agreed to have someone deliver the part to my address.
Turns out, I was able to repair my vehicle without needing the part. Nonetheless, I wanted to give a 5 Star shoutout to the Shippensburg NAPA store and especially to Sherman for her willingness to go Above and Beyond with her customer service!

Little expensive, but the parts are very well made, the breaks and rotates, last longer then the other places, call ahead to place your orders, in and out.
