My wife and I were in the area from Tennessee on a much needed vacation. We were staying at a nearby campground. While there it occurred to me that I may have topped of the transmission fluid in my F-350 with the wrong type. I really wanted to get it out of there so I Googled local shops with a good rating. LN Automotive came up so I just drove there and explained my situation to who I believe to be the owner. He was very accommodating and got me right in to perform a complete transmission fluid change out. Everything went well for the rest of our time there until we left to head to Burke’s Garden, Va. We got about 2 miles from the campground and one of the rubber transmission lines popped of which was no fault of the shop. I lost about 10 quarts of transmission fluid. To cut out more details…I was able to get my truck and camper to LN. I believe he saw my dire situation so he got me right in, put new transmission cooler hoses on and filled the transmission back up with fluid. I paid him and we were on our way. Everyone at the shop was very hospitable. I really appreciated them for helping me out and not overcharging. I highly recommend LN Automotive in Newville, Pa.!
Been going for a couple years now, very welcoming people always willing to help. Done a ton of work to my 7.3 powerstoke and I will always recommend them to anyone.

If Vern and his gang can't fix it, for cheaper, get a new car. Vern is a good, honest, upright, independently owned vehicle repairer with a healthy lifestyle and work ethic. He should be your guy! He also has the nicest public bathroom in Newville.
Good work. Good prices. Won't try to scam you. Some of the workers seem a little confused though. It's funny but it doesn't negatively affect the overall experience
