First and last time using tow universe. Paid extra for expedited shipping. I called after 3 days of "processing" and was instructed that I placed the other "after hours" (mind you it was 1pm on a Monday at the time of ordering). It then shipped the next day, and come to find out they used standard FedEx ground. Wasted money and I got the package a week later; having to take calls from FedEx because TowUniverse put two addresses on the package. Upon arrival, the box was beat, minimal packaging material inside, and a set of old instructions that didn't relate to what I bought thrown down in the bottom. If you're needing parts in a pinch, DON'T use them. Take your time and money elsewhere.

This company took my money and never delivered the item. No confirmation number, nothing. USPS printed a label for an item that never came. It's been over a week and absolutely nothing. They have a customer service bot that's made to string you along. Don't give away your money ppl.

Great products got a bed cover for my dodge ram at a good price will definitely use them again for other things regarding my vehicles.

Had problems with product but Irvin took care of me and went above and beyond to make me a happy customer! Highly recommended!

I won't simply complain here - I am contacting the company. The under-rail liner arrived, but to my surprise, I simply found it laying on my parking slab in the alley. I park in the garage and was away from home for 2 days so I really don't know "when" it arrived. I was not alerted to the delivery, and the items were not secured in any way. The tailgate cover and some washers were just sitting in the bed liner. No tape, nothing to secure the items. I'm glad nobody drove by and snatched the liner! There were no covers for the tie-down openings, which means water is going to get down underneath and "sit." And it appears that this may have been a returned item. I say that because it looks like someone cut more out of the over rail corners than should have been leaving a big gap between the liner and the truck (also allowing water to get down underneath and "sit"). There's also gapping in the fit under both corner areas as well. Before ordering I emailed to make sure this item would specifically fit my truck. I was told that it would. The liner is not a perfect fit. I know the liner is not meant to be waterproofed, but I was hoping for more protection against water/rusting underneath. Open holes don't help. Other than that, the fit was decent. It was very easy to install. I would purchase again but would specifically request delivery confirmation and ask that the loose items (tailgate, washers) are secured to the liner. I would also question the return policy because I would rather receive a liner that perfectly fits my truck. I will be inquiring. ------------------------ I just placed an order today. So far, so good. Customer service was excellent! We'll see how the product quality rates when received.

Everything showed up before the weekend just like they said it would . First time having to buy a brake control and wiring harness great customer service they were a big help helping me over the phone. With that said now when I got the chance to put everything on and needed help with the questions I had you can't get them to give you a call back all you get is some AI that's why I would not get anything from them again and am changing my review starts.

Best price on the internet for the Ranch Hand front bumper I was looking for. Order process on line failed twice so I had to call. Bella was great and the same online order system worked properly for her. However……….the deliver system is pretty sketchy. You will get a tracking number but no carrier mentioned so tracking is impossible. I called Tow Universe to inquire and I got a recording saying the next available agent will call me back. No call for two days. On day three a truck shows up. Thank goodness was it was a small box truck with a lift gate or he would still be stuck on our narrow mountain road. It all worked out but communication is weak.

I needed a trailer brake adapter plug for an E450 RV chassis, which was not readily available in online dropdown. I contacted Ella at Tow Universe, and she took the time to research and found the part number and also the location of the plug in under the dash. Appreciate her effort and professional customer service. mh

Fast shipping, great price. Exactly as advertised. Hitch fit like a glove and the wiring harness was easy to install.

Product ordered, a Curt Class 3,trailer hitch, was well made in the USA, top shelf quality, fit/installed as described and arrived on time. Only complaint is it was not packaged well; but what the heck, it was a heavy solid steel trailer hitch packed in a cardboard box.

So far everything went smoothly. I only just placed my order. They took my money nicely. Looking forward to getting my product and I will know then for sure how well this went.

Ordered a hitch, chose same day pickup at warehouse. Received order confirmation email right away. 2 hours later - no information about pickup. No response to online chat or phone. Update: There was a mistake on their end, and they were not yet ready for pickup from the warehouse. Irwin went to get the hitch I ordered and I was able to pick it up the same day at the location I expected.

Holy crap! This was the easiest installation I have ever done on a car, the instructions were very thorough and specific for my Volvo. Customer service was helpful expediting my hitch 10/10 recommend

Great price on the trailer hitch with the wire kit package, but could not find the ball mount to go with the trailer hitch. Had to go to a different website to purchase the ball mount. Would've been nice to purchase it all from the same place.

Great customer service. Fast shipping. I ordered a hitch and wiring for my van and received a phone call that day to confirm the order and check on the trim of the van because known difference in the wiring. I was able to confirm my model and received the parts quickly. Order was placed on Tuesday and receives them by Friday.

Ordered online. Shipment arrived on time and with all the correct parts. One thing I didn't like was that the receiver hitch was just inside the box with nothing to stop it from moving around. I mean it is a trailer hitch so it's pretty tough and it had wrapping around the edges but I just thought it could have used a little foam to keep it stable. Not enough to take away a star, just a suggestion.

I won't lie I ordered then read some of the reviews which made me nervous. I didn't instantly get tracking info so I emailed them late at night.....got a response moments later saying I would have the info the next morning which is understandable I emailed them like 12am. Next day they got right to with the tracking info and was told it was going to be there the next day. Arrived that next day perfect as I ordered!! Great company will definitely get my business in the future!!! thank you for putting up with me I know I'm a pain
