From the initial call, to the driver who hauled my son’s vehicle, customer service from beginning to end was spot one! The call was placed around 1:40AM and the driver was there in less than 30 mins. This is the first time we’ve needed a 24 hour towing company. So thankful this was the first place we called. Hoping I don’t ever need services again, but if I do, Hix Towing is who I will call.
After my insurance company's road side assistance left me hanging for 16 hours, I decided to bite the bullet and reach out to a towing company myself. The owner arrived quickly, was professional and polite, and got the car hauled over to Midas for me for a decent price. Thanks!
I called this morning at 8:15 am to schedule a van tow to a local mechanic, we set a pick up time at 9:30. He showed up 10 minutes early and got my van to the mechanic in about 15 minutes. Kent was super friendly and worked quickly with my time crunch. Great service, timely help, and reasonable price! Will recommend to friends and family (and google) in need of a tow.

our insurance co. called another carrier to come pick up our car that broke down on us rt 15 last Friday night around 11pm
they told us they would be there in 1 1/2 hours. we picked our son up and left. next day our car was still sitting there, no phone call no nothing. so I called our insurance carrier and told them it was still there. they apologized, within minutes I received a call from HICKS on Carlisle. Very nice man was going to pick up our car. he was polite and got the job done. this is one amazing company, quick on the job and polite to boot. will definitely use again if need be. thank you HICKS TOWING !!! we need more companies like you. Very professional and experienced. Very personable as well! Allowed me to ride along to the delivery location, and gave me as much of a break in fees as possible. If i ever need a tow again, I will DEFINITELY contract this outfit again!
We highly recommend this service. We called for a tow. The driver arrived well before the stated time frame and, after some discussion, offered to jump start the vehicle instead. The jump got us home.
Came out quickly on a Sunday, and very reasonably priced! Nice guy and I was able to get towed across town to my garage super easily with out going broke!

Absolutely thrilled! My vehicle broke down and I submitted a request for towing through Progressive at 11am. After another towing company was assigned the pickup, I waited over 5 hours just to receive a text that that company had canceled the pick up. Within minutes of having the pickup assigned to them, Hix towing was on the phone with me and had my vehicle back in my driveway within 30 minutes. Driver was very friendly and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend that if you need towing service, this is where you go. Thank you Hix!!!
