Shout out to Nathan at the Titusville O'Reilly store. He went above and beyond his duties for helping out this olde lady. He battled the cold, wind and rain to put in my head light bulb so I could see and make sure I got home safely. It was not an easy peasy job but he stuck with it until it was completed, not everyone would have done that! He deserves recognition (a raise would be well deserved as well). I went in and two clerks were working to help one person. I stood there a while before the one finally asked, "May I help you?" She(?) Proceeded to talk to me like I was a mechanic. I drive the vehicle, I don't do repairs, that's your job.
I can't say enough about the level of service here. I've been to hundreds of auto parts stores over the years and none have come close. From general help finding stuff, to locating and getting good prices on rare parts. Today,I needed to borrow a rather large wrench to get a banjo bolt off, and instead of doing the tool loan thing, Christy (hope I spelled that right) just helped me get the bolt loose right there on the floor. Best staff I've ever seen at a parts house. Thanks again
They're always helpful and I love the fact that they can look up purchase on their computer for warranty and returns to verify as it's very convenient.
O'Reilly's is my go to auto parts store. This location even more so. I've had great service with the folks that work there. I've had assistance with a stuck filter, rotors trued up, tips on installing wiper blades and a battery install each time with professional attitude.
Seriously recommend O’Reilly Auto Parts store. Our coolant was leaking and spraying everywhere and ruined our battery. They’re put in a new battery and gave us the other part for free! They were very professional.
Shaun was a doll. He removed all 4 tires to check pads and roters. Not time to change yet. Also fixed my monitor system. Thank you so much Shaun. God bless you.
Very friendly & knowledgeable people, prices are competitive, but being a small town store they don't always have what I need, but can get it in a day or so
Wish I could give zero stars. We ordered a drive shaft but we needed the screws so we had to order them from somewhere else. Of course we couldnt pick up the drive shaft until we had the old one but the car worked and we needed to drive it till the screws came. Screws came today, so we went out to get the drive shaft, it was gone they sent it back. When we talked to them serval times, even yesterday we just talked to them and said we would be there today. Went out today and it was gone, you couldnt of told us you sent it back when we just talked yesterday. Lost me as a customer being the car we need to use will be unable for almost a week. Its disrespectful and disgusting as a business to do this to someone.
I don't generally comment about part stores. However O'Reilly's made a huge difference for my family the other night. My son was in a situation where he needed a part and was out of the area. I was home with all the income. We called O'Reilly's and they simply said for me to order the part online and my son could pick it up at the store. The service desk stayed open until he arrived at 9:02PM. Which I was ever so grateful for. No other part store would probably have done such a nice thing for someone. Yet O'Reilly's did. Then again maybe my son's clock is set a tad fast...🕰 Anyway we appreciated what they did for him! Thank you!

the worst o'reilly I've ever been to, they wouldn't cross reference the parts I need, they refused to test my battery, and the managers attitude towards me leads me to believe he had some type of prejudice towards my heritage. extremely disappointing experience because I normally find o'Reilly auto parts to be the most helpful of all auto part stores
Went into O’reillys part store today in Titusville pa shortly after 6 pm walked up to the counter where two employees were standing at opposite ends of the counter and not one employee acknowledged me even being their , after waiting for three minutes I turned around and left this store and will not return again I went to the part store right next to them and got asked if I needed help with anything almost as soon as the entrance door closed , your store has horrible customer service
I wasn't sure of the size on rotors for my car. Cortney ordered all 3 sizes and said she would hold on to the other two just in case the ones I took were wrong. Her customer service is top notch!! I have never had a bad experience at any of the locations. All great people!!
Very friendly staff and good prices. The people that work there actually know how cars work and can help you with troubleshooting if needed. I go in fairly often (one of the problems with having a lemon) and they always know how to help me and understand everything.
