I live close to this door so I stop here whenever I need anything for my car, truck, or motorcycle. The staff is always been helpful and friendly. The store is pretty well stocked and the prices are fair. I don't think I could ask for much more. Although I would love it if they would carry the correct motor oil for my bike.

Battery died in the recent snow storm, Jesse got it out and replaced in the bitter cold. He was very helpful, personable and professional.

I went to this store today and was so pleased with the excellent service and Jesse who assisted me. He helped me with a new battery and had me in and out in no time. Very polite, pleasant and helpful.

Searched for the best place to buy a battery around me and was directed here. Drove over, picked up my online purchase of the battery. The cashier asked if I had the old battery with me, but it was in the car I drove there since they’d advertised everywhere that there’s free installation with battery purchase. When I told them I was expecting my battery to be swapped out, the cashier told me that was only for certain vehicles. I told him my car (22 Jeep) and he said that was a car they do not install the battery for. I then took my car to a local mechanic and tried to laugh with them about being told by advanced that about the system saying a professional needs to install said battery in my car. The mechanic told me he used to work at advanced and had never experienced that. It was frustrating to drive back with the old battery and get my refund from somewhere who’d advertised free installation??

The customer service at this establishment was phenomenal. Jesse who serviced me went above and beyond to educate me on the products and different options. His patience and expertise made the experience very enjoyable.

Terrible experience this morning at around 9am, June 15th, 2024. Worker refused to install a new battery I was purchasing from his store. First excuse was that he was the only one there, fine, I get it. Then shortly thereafter, another worker showed up and clocked in. I then asked again if he could install my battery, and he told me “we can’t with your model of car, it’s an electronic thing.” I drive a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta (it’s not a hybrid)… He then charged me a cap fee, I asked him what it was, he said “it’s been around for a hundred years.” After going to AutoZone down the street, who were kind enough to install my new battery for me (which I purchased from Advanced Auto), I had to drive back to Advanced Auto with my old battery to be credited back the cap fee. What a lazy and rude person at Advanced Auto. Will never return again.

6-6-24 update. Eric was great. Had to exchange an alternator. Called the day before. Explained the situation. Ask him where the closest replacement part was. He told me he could get the part later that day. Came in today. Part was ready to go. Little bit of trouble on the paperwork. In and out within about 10 minutes. Even pointed out the bad bearing in exchanged alternator. The guy that was in the parking lot changing a battery is a good representation of what customer service is. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. It wasn't the guy that rang me out. I was in a hurry to get down to my daughter who ran out of gas on the 17th. Cold as heck outside. I needed a gas can. I was ready to head out back down the road because I didn't see one, he stopped me on the way out and asked if I needed help while he was still helping the other customer in the parking lot and pointed me to the gas cans. The other staff member, whom I didn't even notice, rang me out. Either way, advance is usually my choice compared to awful zone.

????????? ???????! Went in on a Sunday to buy a rear windshield wiper blade for my Lexus. The wiper is not attached at the bottom of the windshield but at the top and is concealed under the spoiler. Christian found the perfect wiper blade and watched a quick tutorial and replaced it in less than a minute. Thank you Christian and Advance Auto Parts.

Car battery died, Dave showed me all the options available and even put the new battery in free of charge. Dave suggested a kit that was rather cheap to also help with the longevity of the new battery. Shoutout to Dave the man and the whole team. A1 service

If you need parts, service, or great customer service regarding auto parts or needs. I have to say Dave and Sammi were amazing. I had 3 of my studs break on my hub. Not only did they go above and beyond, but Dave looked for every possible tool that could help me. From looking up videos on their phones to coming outside of the store to check on me. This was 10 STAR SERVICE!!! Best experience in my 37 years of life from an auto store hands down. Thank You Dave for going above and beyond and thank you Sammi for looking up videos. Without you guys I may have had to call a mechanic. Thank you! - The Magician (the real magic was that slide hammer lol)

Called in to purchase a replacement battery as well as have it installed and the employee I spoke with said it was “too cold” to do a battery install. Went to the trappe location hours later and was in & out with my new battery installed in 15 minutes.

Buyer beware in regards to warranty returns. Associate Brian refused to warranty exchange an item. Very upsetting as they claim at any time you may exchange said items. Their computer systems are not connected as to where Auto Zone's is, you can do exchanges without being judged/hassled - at any location with Auto Zone - and receive higher quality products and customer service.

I call to get a price on rotors the lady puts me on hold so long the phone would start ringing again instead of picking it up she continually puts the phone on hold without answering it. After i hang up and call back the lad then picks up and screams at me hold on so I immediately just get in my car and go there and first of all the place is empty I mention to the people at the desk I wasn’t happy with the way i was treated over the phone and the lady ignores me doesn’t even offer an apology never again will i spend money here.

Customer service is first class. Treated with respect. They ensured I bought the exact part I needed for my car and installed it without having to ask. Entire experience was stress free and friendly. Store very clean and organized. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Basic parts U need are usually in supply with great helpful staff. If it's not in stock they can ship quickly. Online ordering system still needs lots of improvement. Difficult and aggravating to use. Skip it if you don't need a headache.

Stopped in about 8am for oil (which turned into 20 questions) , and the customer service/sales guy, Liam, was chill. Being a guy, I'm usually humbled when I explain I know zero about vehicles & their maintenance. But Liam was great, he helped and guided me through all my questions and what's good for my car. I'm big on customer service and just based off of this experience I'll go back to that store to get the products I'll need. Appreciate you Liam?

Went to get oil and a filter. Usually the guy Ross just looks up my vehicle and grabs the stuff for me. Today there was a woman, old man, and younger guy working. The two men barely looked in my direction and the woman rolled her eyes and proceeded to ask what I needed. After I told her the exact information I told Ross every time she asked more questions I didn't know the answer to. She said I would find the information in my owners manual. After two trips back to the truck to check the engine and the manual for the information she needed that I didn't know how to find I was annoyed. I figured if she couldn't be bothered to be helpful then I couldn't be bothered to spend my money there. Good thing AutoZone just opened. Thanks for your help lady.

I went there to buy a battery because my car decided not to start when I was at work 45 minutes away from home. The guys there were kind enough to give me a ride back to my car so that I didn't have to walk back with a 60 pound battery in hand. I definitely recommend going here.

After getting an email with the weeks ads, I went through the link to the site, I found a deal on oil and filter combo. I purchased it and some transmission fluid. When I arrived I found the website had miss sent the info and that my vehicle did not qualify for the deal. The staff were excellent in helping me and fixing the problem. Website not so user friendly in Mobile mode but customer service is 5 Stars.

Went in around 6PM asking for an OBDII read. They said they couldn’t do it because it was dark out. The reason was safety. I was stunned and started to browse the store a little bit confused. Another worker told me if it wasn’t raining they’d do it. I work in a very safety consious environment where conditions are over analyzed to ensure apporpariate safety. For what is involved in scanning my cars computer, Its as simple as plugging something in and pressing a few buttons. This one does not make sense to me in the least. If there is a safety issue with their parking lot that I am not aware of, shame on them for exposing me, a customer to it without fixing it. Terrible service, will not be returning. Luckily their building another auto parts store down the street.

The staff is here a pendulum swing. Some will go out of their way to help, while others seem to wish you'd just leave and go away. And my goodness, can somewhere there learn how to use a code reader?

Staff here is very friendly, and willing to answer questions even over the phone. Prices are a bit high. If you know what you're getting ahead of time, shop the website for store pickup and use a coupon. There's always at least 15% available or more if you know where to look. Then wait the 30 minutes and head over. Don't wait for any kind of "your items are ready" email like other stores send, Advance doesn't have them.

I've been shopping here for years, and for the most part the staff has been friendly and helpful in diagnosing car problems, recommending the parts needed, and describing the process of fixing them. I've learned a lot by talking to folks here and enjoyed my experience. There does seem to be a high turnover rate, though. No one seems to stay for more than a year, so I've seen generations come and go in the span of time I've been a customer. I wonder why that is?

Most of the employees here seem to have basic knowledge of vehicles if not more with the exception of a few. Did quite a bit of work on my car that I don't know if I would've been able to do without them. They also have pretty good deals most of the time if you look at their flyers
